Overall, I had a good stay at Best Western Laval-Montreal. The location is convenient, and the hotel was very clean throughout. The room was comfortable, everything worked well, and I had no major issues during my stay. Breakfast was solid—there were good options and even some protein choices, which I appreciated. That said, I was a little disappointed there were no waffles, which I’ve come to expect from other Best Westerns. A small thing, but it would’ve made breakfast feel a bit more complete. The only real downside was the parking situation. The lot is a bit small, so when the hotel is full, some guests end up parking on the street. Just something to be aware of. All in all, a clean, comfortable, and reliable stay with friendly service. I’d stay again!

Check in process was smooth, the staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was quite good, the pool looked nice though I did not have time to use it. The room other than the AC not functioning was good and was clean.

The room was too hot the temperature ( air conditioning) was set to the lowest temperature and clearly was not functioning. The price was quite a bit higher than expected due to an above average occupancy rate this weekend ie 272.00 per queen room, I booked 2 and thought it was pricey but I needed to be near St. Therese for an event. I have stayed at BW hotels many times over the years mostly for business and the price has been lower elevating the overall value.

It was clean and the basics were newly renovated. I was in room 322 which was very spacious

Although the bathroom felt newly renovated, the floor of the shower was very very slippery. I am a healthy and fit person and I almost fell a few times while taking a shower. There should be some anti slip strips put in. Also the half glass shower wall is not efficient, there is water all over the bath mat and floor, again making it slippery

0n 11/04/24,I had a bad a experience because a thief broke into my car and damaged my rear glass while best western failled to keep my car safe. They don't even care about my lost. I would never refer anyone to stay there. They don't value their costomer's properties. I think that they should hire a security company to parol the premises because security camera is not enough. I had a bad 7 hours to returned back to New York with a plastic bag tapped around my rear widow. It was a bab experience. .

1. The staff was very nice and the room was clean. When I complained that the room would be very noisy in the morning since the breakfast area was right out of the window of the room, she changed me to another room without an extra fee. And she showed me around the alternative room before I made the decision, very considerate. 2. Heater was quiet 3. Breakfast was OK.

1. The location is too far from downtown, about 30 minutes' drive. 2. The design of the building looks weird to me, which makes most of the rooms not quiet. 3. The wall is thin, so you can hear sound from everywhere.

The hotel, facilities and room were very clean and modern. We appreciated having a fridge in the room and the bathroom had been recently renovated and was great, if a little tight for room and not that many hooks to hang towels and clothing.

The room needed an extra chair; there was only the one for the desk which was comfortable. More hooks or towel bars in the bathroom. The biggest complaint would be the noise in the hall. Not sure if you can do something about this, but it would be good to be able to muffle hall noises.

Super clean, nice, renovated rooms. Good breakfast, fresh and items were different all 3 days we were there. Staff very helpful and friendly. In particular want to make mention of Tatiana who went above and beyond to make my family’s stay pleasant. From providing us a map and guiding us through the transit system, writing out where to get off for everywhere we wanted to see, to running towels to us at the pool for our kids when we forgot to bring them from our room - amazingly kind employee! Thank you!!

There isn’t any we can say we didn’t like. Some suggestions I could make is maybe opening the pool slightly earlier (it opens at 9am) and perhaps a better quality coffee machine in rooms.

The property was clean and rooms were spacious. Breakfast was also good.

It was very noisy because of location next to the highway. The rooms facing the highway got so much noise (even with ear plugs on). Also lots of loud children staying at this property. Some playing hockey in the hallway outside our room.

Staff gave us a free upgrade(king room w/balcony).

A little disappointed on the breakfast selection since it was reviewed by many past visitors as having excellent breakfast menu. Maybe it's a different menu during weekday stay and weekend stay( We stayed from Saturday to Sunday).

Online booking was easy and fast. Registration was easy and fast. Room was comfortable. Appreciated the free parking and convenient location.

The breakfast was ordinary. On week days, the breakfast ends at 9 AM, which I find early. There should be a towel bar on the wall to hang wet towels, especially in shower-only bathrooms.
