The location is amazing. The room was super clean and comfortable. The rooms didnt have an iron but I called the front desk and they gave me one for the entire stay. Breakfast was good enough. I will stay here again when traveling for work to Bogota.

The only thing that I didn't love was the gym, it was too small for the amount of guests. There is a little bit of everything in the gym, that was good, but it was too busy at least the hours I attended (6:30am)

The receptionist was very welcoming and communicated excellently as he spoke English. The room was very clean. The bed, pillows, and sheets were very comfortable. The water pressure was strong and the bathroom was very spacious. There were lots of storage space in the hallway closets too. The hotel itself is very near parque 93 so there were a lot of good restaurants nearby. It’s also easy to walk to the Andino commercial center from the hotel.

The electricity was fluctuating during our whole stay. We also requested for a room with a bathtub but didn’t get it.

Excelent location, great design and cleanliness all around, very comfortable bed and spacious room. Definitely a bargain for your buck and very safe, walkable area.

The AC was not as cold as I would’ve liked it, struggled at night with how warm it would get. Room cleaning service was not done one day since we were still in the room at the time they passed. Lastly, the front-desk staff charged me a slightly different price than what was agreed through the app and said the check-out was earlier than my Booking app said. They changed the check-out time to what the app said after complaining but didn’t seem happy about it.

It is a very good hotel. The rooms are nice, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a safe zone so you don't have any problems around,you can move around freely.

The only thing that was the issue for us is that since Bogota is little bit a cold city, maybe they can find some solution to heat up little bit the room.

The hotel location is excelente, it is your first time (or not) in Colombia, that is the best area to stay in my opinion. This hotel is a great option, good value for a great service and facilities. I really reccomend it.

I like the hotel, It is clean, new, the room is very spacious, excelente option... the only think I would reccomend to check is the shower drain, that does not drains the watter fast enough... I'd say it is a problem in the reagion as I had the same experience in another hotel, but it is a little anoying.

The customer service provided by hotel staff was exceptional. I traveled with my mom and husband, rooms were on the same floor, hotel had clean rooms, updated bathrooms and good breakfast. Piter was great and made our stay pleasant. The hotel sent a cake with a note to our room on my birthday! Super happy! We will visit again!

The terrace was under construction so we couldn't use it.

Everyone was very polite and profesional. Some minor things but I will come back for sure.

They forgot twice to clean the room. And the water runs out from the shower into the bottom of the sink.

I did like the location, everything was in the neighborhood, save to walk outside and a lot of restaurants nearby. although I went for work, there is closely nightlife.

The breakfast was to much just buffet. Not bad though, but I would have like some scramble eggs.

Great room, very comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast! Great service. Allowed us to check in at 1:30 am.

Originally booked a room with two beds. Upon arrival, the hotel had a master bed (very big) available. However, the bed was huge and super comfortable.

The personal at the front desk was very helpful. The bar tender was incredibly friendly. Beds are comfortable (an extra warm covered was also there)and has a lot of bathroom space. Easy to walk to Park 93 and access to a lot of restaurants in the near.

No iron in the room; No hair dryer accesories; No light turns on to enter the room, you need to blindly find the electronic card holder to turn on the lights. Very difficult task in the night!!
