Excellent hotel. Very convenient location, 20 minutes to the centre by tram, and 20 minutes to the airport by bus. Nearby is a large shopping centre, shops, cafes, and a philharmonic. Very quiet and safe. The hotel has a great bar; there is room service. The room is large; there is a desk for work and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a separate shower and bath. The room is clean, you can choose a pillow, and there are free snacks and drinks. There is wonderful tea at the reception.

For some reason, a second soft mattress is placed on a normal hard mattress, which is not very comfortable.

The room was very clean, large and comfortable. The bartender was attentive and got our drinks quickly. The restaurant was amazing! Our Italian dinner was fantastic! We ate at very nice places for the 3 days prior to our stay here and all 4 of us felt that our meal was one of the best we had anywhere. The breakfast buffet was also excellent with homemade items, breads, cereals, yogurt, meats, cheeses, eggs, bacon, sausage, potato pancakes, fruit, tea, coffee and various juices as well as a variety of milks. Everything was very fresh and delicious.

For check-in, the best plan is to get directions to the parking, park under the building and take the elevator to the lobby from the parking garage. There isn't an ideal place to park by the front door. The garage is very clean and access to the lobby is easy.

amazing experience we had during our recent stay at your hotel. Initially, we planned to stay for just one night, but we were so impressed that we extended our stay to two nights. A special mention goes to Jorge at the reception, who was incredibly helpful and kind. His assistance made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel’s location is fantastic, with the tram just a 2-minute walk away, making it very convenient for us to explore the city.

This is a 5-star hotel of the Accor group, so you know what you can expect. The hotel is located in the European/business district of Luxembourg city, so as a tourist hotel it is not ideal. The rooms are large, the bed is comfy, the bathroom is large with both bath and walk-in shower. Very quiet.

The price is on the very high side, even for the 5* luxury. The breakfast buffet is good, but many items are to be paid extra. The parking is not under or next to the hotel, it is under a nearby building with access via the Novotel (next door). The parking is also not easy to reach, not indicated, without help you can't find it. Another detail: the choice of TV-channels is strange: no Belgian channels (it is a neighbouring country). Also, no CNN or similar, in an international business hotel this is quite strange.

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms, facilities open on holidays (restaurant, gym), helpful staff.

I didn't understand why the lady on the reception decided to give me a room with tween bed when I traveled alone. I was too tired when I noticed it and decided not to change the room, but it was quite uncomfortable to sleep on a narrow bed when I could potentially sleep on a large one.

Amazing hotel- beautifully decorated! Very cosy and warm feeling from The moment you enter the hotel! Room was very spacious with fantastic big ; super comfy bed and great bathroom! Everything super clean! Location is great too!!! Tram only a minute walk from The hotel door. Everyone working there extremly nice and polite! Thank you for a beautiful experience

A great hotel in a safe and quiet location with very easy access to the city centre. The front desk staff were excellent.

Sadly the restaurant was understaffed at both dinner and breakfast. Whereas the staff were very nice, and the food was good, service in the evening was very slow and we left early without ordering desserts or coffees - other tables did the same.

Only tiny issue - the socket in the room where you can connect cables to charge phone had blue light flashing all night. I was in room 489 and I tried to dim it down. Didn’t work so I put suitcase and chair in front to stop seeing it.

Breakfast was fine and varied. Location is also fine. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

I did not like that the tables at the restaurant were cleaned using the hoover for the floors. This is unacceptable and casts doubts on how the entire cleaning process takes place.

The room was comfortable and well designed. The hotel was close to the free tram into the Haute Ville, city centre. A good shopping centre is close by. Car parking was free.

The hotel is very hard to find, hidden behind other buildings - and the signage to the hotel was misleading. The food in the hotel Italian restaurant was very ordinary. The layout of the hotel (rooms set around a large atrium) means it can be very noisy, but the rooms have sliding doors which effectively soundproof them. .
