Very helpful staff. happy to move us from original room allocation when we complained about view, and very quick to fix dead light bulb. Beautiful views and quiet in the area we were moved to. Incredible breakfast buffet with endless choices. Allowed us late check out.

Hotel is remote from town and alternative eating places, but Grab taxis are cheap and solve that problem. Check in was very slow and the initial room allocation by the pool was noisy, but receptionist very helpful changing it. Hotel is vast...not recommended if walking is a problem!

Nice rooms and pool area. Great sunset. Great breakfast with lot to choose from. Bit far from the city but Crab is only 1 to 2 eur to city.

Service really was not 5 star. Was not allowed to sit in the lobby bar without otdering even though it was almost empty. Had to give card for quarantee to be able to use room charge. Still had to pay right away when ordered pizza to the room. Had to ask again next day as our safety was locked open. Beach was really small.

Value for money family orientated hotel. Good services with very helpful staff. Just be aware it is a cashless hotel so don't forget your cards.

The club lounge was packed but the staffs were kind enough to put two extra chair by the reception area for evening hi-tea.

Olympic size swimming pool for lane swimming exercise. House keeping called up to ask if house keeping service was required in the afternoon if I slept in and missed the house keeping service time in the morning. When requested for tissue or towel, they were delivered within 15 minutes, or would tell me when the required items would be delivered. Good communication!

10.30 am. breakfast time end but some food tray was empty without refill at the buffet food station. Guests should be notified that breakfast buffet food station would not be refilled after what time and restaurant light would be off by 10.30 am and that staffs would start tidy up the restaurant at 10.15 a.m. so that guests can make an informed decision not to go to the restaurant for breakfast. Any changes in breakfast serving time routine should let guest know when entering the restaurant before breakfast or when check in, especially when food station would have no refill.

Great location with beautiful view of the sea. Comfortable room with sufficient amenities. Breakfast was good.

The receptionist that checked us in gave us a Deluxe King room and a D Twin room instead of our requested 2x D Twin rooms, and we only realized when we reached the room. The exchange for a Twin took a while as he didn’t seem to know how to solve the issue, until another staff took over. By the time we got to our Twin room we were exhausted as we had been driving for 6 hours to get to the hotel. I think the front desk staff needs to be trained better in handling check-ins. Also, there had been an incident whereby we got a call way past midnight which jolted us from our slumber, to ask if we would like to order anything, which was very strange to say the least!

Fantastic location . This is 10th stay . Staff is very friendly and helpful , also at the clubhouse and Pacific .

Pity they are building those huge apartment blocks right next to the property . Hotel needs to be seriously upgraded . Regularly thing don’t work or leak . Carpets are filthy , hadn’t even been vacuum cleaned when we moved in.

This resort was wonderful. I was a bit skeptical before because I thought that it wouldn’t be authentic or too removed from the spirit of KK. But I’m pleased to say that it was fantastic! The pool, gym, beach area and spa were well maintained and very inviting. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of flavours- especially typical Malaysian dishes. Every staff member was friendly and ready to give advice or answer questions. I didn’t get all the names but I remember that Eldrey was especially polite. All staff were attentive and I’m grateful to have met them while staying here.

This is not an issue, just be aware that you’re not in the town centre staying here. But a complimentary shuttle service into town was provided and this made things so convenient.
