First and foremost, the staff at this hotel are absolutely AMAZING! I want to extend a special thanks to Mr. Raffeq for his exceptional professionalism, genuine kindness, and incredible willingness to assist at every turn. Everyone at the reception desk is remarkably friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The security guards always greet guests with a smile and kindness, ready to help with anything—from opening doors to offering assistance—with genuine positivity. I firmly believe that people are the heart and soul of any company, and this hotel’s team exemplifies that perfectly. Their dedication and warmth not only enhance the guest experience but truly define the value of this establishment. It’s the wonderful people here who make this hotel great, and I have nothing but praise for them.

The only area where I experienced some difficulty was with the internet service. The Wi-Fi connection was often unstable and slow, with frequent interruptions that seemed to stem from network issues such as IP address conflicts and possible ARP-related disruptions. As a result, web pages most of the times failed to load properly, and I had to rely on my personal mobile data, which added extra cost. I believe that addressing these technical issues with a more reliable and secure internet solution would greatly enhance the overall guest experience and align perfectly with the high standards maintained throughout the hotel.

Location was good and the breakfast was also good.

A restaurant for dine in for lunch and dinner would have good inside the hotel.

So this is the second or third time we have stayed at hotel royal as a family. this time i think they had upgraded the rooms and everything was nice. including the safe was working. (as the last 2 visits it was not) but i must say the staff is excellent. We requested for a smooth late check in and it was very very smooth. keep up the good work

Only one tiny issue we were in a inter-connecting room and the door was not that great in sound proof, other than that it was a pleasant stay as we were there for almost a week.

Location was great, facilities were good, room was always cleaned by the time I returned, and the concierge and security personnel were very friendly and helpful.

Room window opened to a rundown building that afforded no privacy. I ended up keeping the curtains closed every time I was in my room. Area for improvement: Reception staff could be more friendly. I understood they were being professional, but offering a smile would actually boost your professionalism and make encounters with you more pleasant and memorable.

Location is great; Lot 10, Pavilion and Fahrenheit just around the corner. Accessible by Grabs even during peak time when other places are congested. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The bedroom was spacious and clean. A bit dated yet very clean; this includes the linens and towels. Air-conditioning has worked properly. This is important during hot weather. Breakfast was a good spread and generous. They changed the main menu daily which is a great deal! Will certainly choose to stay at the hotel in the future.

Carpets and furniture needs an update, cleanliness should be improved. Hotel staff does not respond clearly to requests sometimes things needs to be repeated and reconfirmed. I had a problem at checkout with my security deposit I didn’t had the receipt and after long unnecessary debate it was refunded. I as getting late for my flight back and had no time to get in to long discussions on this matter

The hotel is in a strategic location, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The room service is excellent, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Plus, having YouTube and Netflix available in the room is a great bonus for entertainment. The view from the room was amazing, with a clear sight of KL Tower and KLCC.

Sometimes, I could smell cigarettes, but it wasn't too strong (level 14). Some of the hotel staff could have been more friendly, and I noticed staff smoking outside, which was a bit off-putting.

Well located hotel close to transport links, great restaurant options and nightlife in Bukit Bintang. Four elevators so you never wait too long. Spacious and comfortable room with bath and separate shower. Coffee shop, comfortable lounge area and swimming pool at hotel. Friendly staff. Good WiFi connection.

Breakfast wasn't included in room rate which was on the expensive side. Hotel requires a cash deposit of 50rm at check-in. Limited TV channels. Room cleaned late afternoon daily would prefer it to have been earlier.

The location is good and it's a walking distance to the nearest restaurant and shopping mall

It would be perfect if the staff in front of entrance helping me to open up the front door as happened to me I came with full of my luggage bags and carry bags no one helping me. And same also the moment when I checked out. The moment my grab car came nobody help me to open the door as myself and my son open the door with my fullest hands with the luggage bags and extra carry bags towards the grab car. I noticed the staff only served the foreigners when it comes to open the door. Well, it's quite not satisfying. Your improvement in such situation is much appreciated to your excellent service in future. Thank you

The young gentlement at the Reception was very friendly and made us feel very much welcome and at home, thank you so much. The concierge and the Night reception very friendly and helpful. The guard at the entance, was very kind and very friendly. Position of hotel is perfect.

Our bed in the room was connected to the neighbours bath room wall, they loved to have shower at 1pm in the night and that 4 night long and at least 3 of them were in the room! Goodies in the room has been replaced daily and the bed has been done, but lack of cleanning! The towel were fighting to be alive, for a 4 star hotel, no go!!
