Our room and our guest's room were charming and comfortable and we enjoyed them a lot. The location suited us very well at the edge of the Old Town and just across the bridge to Wyck, perfect. We could walk to our restaurants and taking in the atmosphere on a Sunday in the Town was a pleasure. Breakfast was only just adequate. The meusli had run out, the fruits were sparse, scrambled egg in intermitant supply, - the saviour was the very good coffee machine. The breakfast room nearest the back garden was delightful. Some were lucky to sit outside on the balmy mornings.

The staff was really friendly and helpfull. gave us a spacious room and told us we could change rooms if we did not like it.

The room was not very noise tight and next to a front door and on the ground floor. So when people where passing through the front door it was pretty noisy. The staff did tell us beforehand that this could be a problem though and told us we could change rooms if it was to noisy. We did not mind because we are deep sleepers but I can imagine other people could be bothered by this.

Location was great! The room size was good! The area was very quiet and the sound proofing in the room was good. The staff was great and helpful! The breakfast was great! The staff even acomodate us with an early start of the breakfast due to leaving very early!

The parking was a bit narrow and guests don’t always park properly but whoever does not like it, they can use the public parking in front of the hotel.

Great hotel, value for money, on a super location right in the middle of Maastricht at the border of the river the Maas.

Visit this hotel for years for business purposes, until now with great pleasure. Our stay, also with our crew, has always been made pleasant by a very friendly and hospitable staff. Recently the hotel has changed hands, and with that things changed: the lounge, also part of the breakfast room, was not to be used since the staff needed it because they were short of working space. Breakfast was not self-service and abundant any more, we needed to order what you like. Breakfast staff was still super friendly, some of the management were less so. I hope this was just a temporary glitch.

Rooms were quite and spacious. The bathroom was modern and room overall was a mix of classic look with modern comfort. Elevator to the third floor was handy! Location was 1 minute from city centre.

Honestly most annoying this was the beds moving apart constantly. (Double single beds instead of a double bed) The hair dryer was pretty weak.

Staff very helpful and polite. Hotel in good location close to but not in centre if Maastricht. Rooms clean. Modern en suite. Hotel retained charm due to building character and retained architectural features. One member of staff was particularly helpful and professional and would commend her.

Was a bit noisy during the night due to other guests and from outside in the street but this depended on the room location. However, this is difficult to avoid and would consider returning to this hotel

Great location, good wifi and excellent breakfast. Walking distance to our working location, close to main square and lots of nice restaurants. Staff mostly very helpful - particularly at breakfast. One of our party was gluten free and this was catered for (but MUST tell reception when you check in or they will not know to prepare).

Air con was helpful as very warm but one of the beds was pushed up against it (it is like a radiator on the wall) so it didn't work very well. On check-out a member of the team tried to charge us for the city tax again (which we had already paid on arrival) luckily I had kept my receipt safe to show that I had paid.

Breakfast -a bit expensive, but very well presented, and very fresh. Cleanliness of the room Location - nice to be by the river and close to the town but also be quiter than in the main square.

The room was up four flights of stairs - 50 steps up and 50 to go down again .... and we are 72 and 78 years old. I know it said there may be steps and no left, but I was a bit disappointed. Also no view unless I stood on a chair and looked out of the skylight. The staff were a very good responded in English and answered all our questions. I could not reach the reception by phone.

Car parking is very restricted at the hotel. However, the Q Park (underground) is directly behind the hotel. But, very expensive. Had we managed to get a space at the hotel we were told it was the same price has the car park. The hotel does not have a car but they were happy for us to drink our own there.

Clean. Comfortable bed. Good location.

Absolutely no storage in the room even though there was plenty of space for a chest of draws etc. Nowhere to place toiletries etc in bathroom, ie no shelves or cupboards or hooks, even though there was sufficient room to provide them. We couldn’t unpack our suitcase’s as there was nowhere to put anything other than a minute open wardrobe.
