The room itself was outstanding, and views were exceptional. It was a decent size, looked exactly like the photos, was clean and well presented. The staff were helpful and polite and the service area on floor 7 was a great facility. Sadly I didn't get time for the sauna or gym, but they sounded great and I can imagine they would be exceptional too, based on the rest of the hotel. I booked this hotel based on the views, photos and other reviews, and was not disappointed.

I felt the breakfast selection was good, but didn't match the high standard and vibe of the rest of the hotel. In the room I booked, which was the second most expensive room available, it was stated to have one large bed, however it was two singles pushed together which got rather uncomfortable at times. There was only one bin and it was in the bathroom, which wasn't a huge inconvenience, but would have been nice to have one by the bedside table or coffee table.

Everything was great here – from the room view to the breakfast to the free transport travel - although I didn't use, it was a great perk to have being in a new city. I got a massage the night I checked in it was heavenly - the perfect thing to escape jetlag.

A pool/spa would be nice! Innsbruck was unbelievably hot so would of been nice to cool down but alas. The room wasn't available to checkin until 4pm which I thought was strange so over my 36 hour journey I was a little disappointed – reception told me to go have lunch on the rooftop which was lovely (but hot) I came back down in an hour to see if it was ready and it was – day made!

Loved the hotel and the views from the room. Clean, easy access to shops and transport and friendly staff. Loved Austria and the hotel. Highly recommended. Thank you!

There was a repeated issue when trying to book. When contacting hotel directly I believe the source of the problem was an issue with booking.com. It was sorted as paid via hotel link. Also went to rooftop bar one evening as had dressed up but said too windy so couldn’t go out on roof. Only 2 Small problems, everything else was excellent. Really loved your hotel and would recommend to others too.

The hotel is very much worth it, if for nothing else, the view is breath-taking: waking up with a floor to ceiling view of the mountains is amazing. The room we had was very nice and spacious, the only minor downside was that the extra bed (since we were three people: my wife, my son and myself) was not very comfy - but ok to sleep in. If you are just two people sharing the room, the beds are very comfortable and the view exquisite. We also enjoyed the copious breakfast which we found of very good value. There were diverse offerings and the buffet and the food was very good.

It would have been nice to know that the hotel has underground parking - the explanations from reception over the phone were a bit vague, so advertising this more would help people coming by car. In the end it was a small nuisance, and we moved the car the evening when we arrived with no problem.

Good location about ten minutes walk from Maria Theresian Strasse where the restaurants and shopping are. Very clean, nicely furnished rooms with view of the city.

The parking garage is closed. There is no barrier at the entrance to warn you or prevent driving down a steep incline before having to reverse out. The temporary loading zone in front of the hotel was frequently filled with idling vehicles. The hotel should station someone out there to move cars along. The alternate garage is across the street, but remember to take the ticket with you because you need the number to re-enter the garage when it's closed. This was not explained by the hotel staff.

- The location of the hotel is very good, nearby the main train station. - The breakfast is a bit expensive, but the quality is good. - nice lounge bar with good view - big shopping mall is near the hotel. - nice view from the room.

- The room wasn't clean. There is some dust under the bed and a lot from the blankets. - We found some white bugs in the room and had to kill them ourselves. - There was nothing for dogs and no bowls to give water to my dog. - There was an annoying sound(no idea what kind of noise from other room) at 7AM on Monday. We had to give up to sleep more for a journey. - one of the waitresses in the lounge was so rude.

The view was amazing. The garage is connected with reception and rooms directly via an elevator. Comfy beds, spaceous bathroom, very clean. Reasonable breakfast selection, breakfast at the 12th floor with even a greater view.

The room was a little bit dusty, but nothing serious, I am allergic and it did not trigger anything, just visible due to all the dark furniture. The scrambled eggs formed a firm homogeneous mass in the pot that you had to cut into and get yourselves a piece of it.

Close to the train station and with a fantastic view of the mountains. It was quiet, spacious and overall very good.

Tiny details, but the feeling of the room could be greater with some tiny tweaks. Our room was adjoining with the presidential suite, with a door to the other suit both in the bathroom and in the bedroom. The doors were locked, and a lamp and wastebasket was placed in front of both doors. It cheapened the feeling a bit. Also, there was a bottle of water in the fridge, but unclear if it was complementary or part of the minibar. This is tiny details, but we have stayed at amazing hotels and this one is not quite at their level (yet).

The room was very big, with everything I needed, staff were very helpful and I requested a mountain view which the staff kindly provided me with, which was amazing to wake up to every morning. The location was perfect and the spa was an added bonus, I loved that it opened til 10 so could visit after a long day out in the cold. The bathroom was also large with heated floors and plenty of space.

The TVs didn’t have an option with English subtitles. One of the nights I had been provided with dirty bedsheets, however I called reception to notify staff who fixed this issue for me promptly. The shower was also a problem as there is a gap which causes a leak.

Breakfast was very good. Great selection and good value for money .

The service station - not ideal and disappointed there was no iron and ironing board in the room. I stayed at Adlers , as I was attending a family wedding. Having to take several shirts and dresses to the service station was a bit of a nightmare. No where to hang your clothes once ironed and no where was there a water station to fill the iron with water for steaming. A single ironing board is really not what I would expect from such a hotel. Trying to take all our clothes back to the room after ironed clothes for all my family was not a great experience and to be honest the rooms can accommodate an iron and ironing board . Disappointed to be honest with this solution.
