The ease of check-in, the comfort of the beds, the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room, the late check-out time (12 noon), the availability of luggage carts, the proximity to the airport.

Given how expensive the rooms are, and given that many travelers have early morning flights, MOXY should include an electric kettle and some packets of tea and coffee in every room. Even cheap hotels provide this simple amenity. Given the limited food choices at MOXY, which are overpriced in relation to the amount of food provided, on our second time at MOXY, we decided to purchase food at the airport before checking in.

I appreciated the location’s proximity to the airport—it was within walking distance. I was also able to conveniently return my rental car, which made the entire experience incredibly seamless. The convenience offered was of exceptional value, and I will definitely use this place again in the future and recommend it to anyone traveling to Vienna. As for the hotel itself, I honestly wish I had a bit more time to enjoy the on-site facilities like the restaurant, bar, or amenities such as the gym. I didn’t get the chance to use them this time, but I’ll definitely be coming back.

That said, I’m a fairly flexible sleeper, but I found that having only one very soft pillow per person wasn’t quite enough. I know my partner, for example, would likely find it uncomfortable. It might be helpful to offer additional or firmer pillow options moving forward.

It's a short walk from Vienna Airport and has all the amenities of a full hotel but convenient for a simple overnight rest on a long layover.

The check-in process was very slow. Several delayed flights completely overwhelmed the staff. I understand that's not their fault, but even having booked online I still needed to go through some paperwork to get my key. It's a little odd to have to fill in the same things I did online, and certainly didn't help the situation. I understand they need to check my passport and verify me, sure, but why I needed to fill out paper forms when there were dozens of people waiting in line makes me think it kind of defeats the entire purpose of automation.

The hotel is a convenient walk (mostly covered from rain) from the airport terminal. It is just right for those, who have flights when the public transport is limited. The room is clean, tidy and quiet. There were sandwiches and snacks available beside the reception (just in case you are hungry at midnight). The hotel gives a stylish impression, which is nice. The pricing was competitive, as compared to other options in the area.

When considering the facilities (e.g. lack of in room safe, minibar, etc...) the hotel is hardly an option for a longer than overnight stay. Yet, for the overnight stay it is just right.

Rating: 10/10 We stayed at the Moxy Vienna Airport Hotel for just one night between flights, but it turned out to be a great experience. The location is perfect — so easy to reach even when arriving late, which was a big plus for us. The hotel's open-plan ground floor design creates such a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere, I loved it. The room was comfortable and stylish, and the breakfast the next morning exceeded our expectations — fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety. All in all, excellent value for money. We will definitely stay here again on our next layover in Vienna!

Wow ok so this hotel is definitely going for a vibe but I am not entirely sure which one. A sexy, neon colored party Polaroid interior with a 24/7 bar meets tired middle-aged travelers with loads of luggage who happily consume the complimentary welcome cocktail before passing out in their rooms. The idea of late night food, the sandwich bar, drinks all around make a great deal for extended layovers or too early/too late arrivals/departures. Hotel was quiet, clean and featured some design details of varying quality.

Signage from the airport to find the hotel could have been more clear. The walk from arrivals is around 10 minutes past parking garages that felt a bit creepy for me as a single woman after dark. Also more info in the hotel about the airport opening times e.g. check-in hours could be useful besides the arrival/departure info. But this is complaining at a very high level.

Very good airport hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are modern, clean and well fitted. The included breakfast was good with a decent range of options. Pleasant bar/ eating area on the ground floor. Very easy access to the airport.

The beds were comfortable but the pillows were awful. Only one thick and extremely hard pillow was supplied for each person. There did not appear to be any option to get alternative pillows. This is the reason we have marked the hotel down on comfort. It is a pity as the rest of the hotel and the service are good.

Very modern and comfortable rooms. 5-10min from the airport. There is a tunnel way going under the car parks which I only found on my way back to the airport from the hotel. Ideal if it rains.

Very expensive! €205 a night without breakfast for one person is a lot for a hotel where you spend only few hours before an early flight. But the choice is very limited around the airport.l so I guess they can get away charging that much. They give you a voucher for a drink with that price. I thought a cold beer would be nice, but only valid for the basic draught one! not the other draught or bottle beers. Staff wasn’t ready to accommodate here! Finally when I enter the lobby, music playing as loud as entering a club! I could hardly made myself understood when checking in! apparently they were throwing a party! not a great first impression where you’re expecting to arrive in a relaxing place! No drink for me at the bar with that noise!

Excellent service, room was lovely and clean, bed was perfectly comfortable, with lovely squashing pillows. I had a problem dragging my heavy suitcase all the way from the Airport terminal through the corridor and tunnel to the hotel and was exhausted when I arrived. One of the hotel receptionists helped me with my case up to my room and couldn’t have been nicer – I was so impressed by her kindness and helpfulness – so sweet.

The hotel is a little bit further from the Airport terminal than it seemed – particularly when you have to drag a heavy suitcase with a large backpack on your back as well – I had to keep stopping. Maybe that is more my problem – I probably need to purchase a newsuitcase on wheels and pack a bit less for future trips…!

I was looking for a hotel near the Vienna airport for an early flight the next day. The location was convenient, but it is a 10 minute walk across parking lots. I couldn't find the tunnel on arrival, but this is likely due to a language barrier in asking directions. The staff was extremely friendly and cheery. I was only staying overnight, and this was a good choice. I did see, however, that there was easy access into Vienna not far from the hotel.

It may have been just an oversight in my room, but the only trashcan was a small one in the bathroom. Also, the prepared meals that you buy and heat up were a bit expensive for what they were, and the snacks were crisps, candy, and the like. I am sure that I could have found something if I went back to the airport or walked around, but I was tired with an early morning flight. Other than the food selection, this place was good.
