The location is excellent, especially if you want experience the things that are located in the city center. The staff were great and helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast is very good, but we stayed for a week so it got quite repetitive. I think most people only stay a couple of nights so this isn't such a big problem.

Our room could have been cleaned a little better after each night but it was still done well. Maybe the floors could have been vacuumed better or more thoroughly.

Excellent waterfront location on edge of the Old Town but about 10 min walk to all Old Town amenities / attractions. About 20min walk to rail station and airport bus stop. Room was on first floor, lovely balcony and very quiet. Spacious and well equipped with T&C facilities, spacious shower room, mini bar / fridge. Nice touch was opting out of daily room servicing and receiving a gift in exchange - chocolates, small bottle of prosecco, complimentary beers. Lovely restaurant and bar, reasonable prices, used buffet breakfast one morning only, good selection but slightly overdone scrambled egg!

The property is perfectly located at edge of historical center, in front of Motława River with its marina. The place is simply breath-taking. The rooms are big, cozy and comfortable. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. There is the hotel restaurant with brewery, where best Polish beer can be tasted. Since the hotel is located in the historical center, anyone will find something for themselves. Restaurants, bars, museums, river and sea cruises, or a simple stroll through the center are just some of the available options.

The location (close to the old city), room, breakfast and service were great ! We would definitely recommend the hotel and like to come back.

When we were about to book the hotel - the room we looked at (probably the cheapest with double bed) was suddenly occupied. So then we took the next available (think it said 4 stars - but seemed like 5 stars) and we got a big room with a balcony - and the upgraded price was worth it. But along with the upgraded room price we still had to pay extra each day for breakfast and that is the only thing we felt was a bit expensive.

Fantastic location,ideal for exploring the heart of Gdansk. Beautiful area surrounded by wonderful architecture.the area was surrounded by a wide range of places to dine in.our room wasn't ready when we arrived as we had an early flight but the staff at reception gladly looked after our luggage for us and gave us plenty of ideas to occupy our time while our room was been prepared.

I can't say that there was much to dislike as it met our needs but if I was to have one criticism it was that the shower was poor for the quality of the room .

Breakfast was lovely. Very fresh lots of choice Everything so clean and spotless. Steak in restaurant best we had whilst there. Loved the Christmassy feel.

Very pricey the breakfast but really nice Couldn’t fault the hotel, the room, the cleanliness, the location. Really excellent steak in the restaurant. Fabulous. However, I booked this 3 months in advance. Had confirmation from the hotel too. Then when we arrived at hotel at 2am absolutely so tired we were told there was no booking. The guy on reception got on phone to “his boss” and chatted on in Polish for about half an hour then said he had sorted something. I would at least have expected to be offered some discount or free breakfast or something to compensate

Room was very nice and bed was exceptionally comfortable. Huge balcony, mini fridge and nice robes and slippers in room. Breakfast was excellent with so much choice. Restaurant/bar onsite as nice, we had a drink there but didn't eat (though looked nice). Location was fantastic, easy to get to from the airport via bus and tram and easy to walk everywhere.

Spa was slightly lacking. Steam room was unbearably hot, like two minutes and it was painful. Salt grotto was out of use. Sauna was fine. Quite small in there. We only used it once, but it as nice it as free.

An amazing medieval building turned into very smart boutique hotel. Location superb for all sites, bars, restaurants. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the range of homemade options everything very tasty. Our room was huge and very comfortable. Staff all helpful and accommodating. Loved that there was a brewery on site.

The only suggestions we have are meant very constructively - there were no options for alternative types of pillow when we checked at reception and those provided were very high. Some lower ones provided to swap out would get the top comfort rating. And the beer is superb at the bar but maybe changing the Bavarian music sometimes for a cooler vibe would have us stay for more drinks or eats.

A 3-4 star hotel built in the old harbor, partially within the old granary/brewery building. The historic part of the hotel is very nice, with robust timbered roofs. The 3-star annex built in the second line of buildings stands as a fairly standard hotel facility; including a free sauna and wellness. Excellent breakfast! A lot of sightseeing opportunities in the walking distance, the historic center is 5-10mins walk away.

Parking in the area may be difficult, yet there are parking options within a 10mins walk. All paid but reasonably priced. The view from the room was a bit less than what we expected ("a room with a harbor view") -- we stayed in the annex, so the view was restricted by other buildings.

We bought the premium room instead of the regular one, and it was 100% worth it. The size of the room was perfect, and we loved having some breathing space to sit down and relax in the room. Overall amazing hotel with an amazing staff.

Our air condition did not work for “cooling” during the “winter” (it’s October btw). At night time, the room became really hot so we had to open the window and balcony doors to cool down, and when we asked for help to set the air conditioning from “heat” to “cooling”, they told us that this wasn’t possible since it was winter. Fully understandable, but still annoying, but that’s about it for the negatives of our stay. Overall an amazing experience, but not having the option to turn on the air condition while sleeping was a drawback for us
