Hotel Ibis standard worldwide. Well located in Katowice and very quiet. Good breakfest. Rooms cleaned everyday. Easy to arrive by bus from/to Katowice airport

A budget hotel with small rooms — exactly as described. It’s located not far from the old town of Katowice and very close to the Congress Hall, which makes it an ideal choice for a business trip if you just need a place to rest overnight. If you'd like to work outside your room, you can do so comfortably in the hotel lobby. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The online check-in option is very convenient — it saves time upon arrival. Breakfast is simple and without any frills, but there is enough variety to find something you’ll enjoy, and the quality is good. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

No issues during my stay

Excellent location. 15 minutes' walk to the city centre and main railway station, 10 minutes to the conference I was attending, 12 to the nearest tram stop. 24hr hour shop next door. Lovely friendly staff who were very helpful with all our enquiries. Room was comfortable and air conditioned. Good quality WiFi.

Only one pillow per person. Some traffic noise.

Surprisingly nice and friendly hotel very close to the city centre of ;Katowice. Huge guarded parking area adjacent to the hotel with excellent video gate keepers. Kind and friendly staff, excellent wifi and a very good breakfast very elegantly served. Very good value for money. Rooms are sound isolated. 15 minutes walk from the main Rynek.

I missed CNN or similar international news channel as well as Eurosport channels on the TV.

Very clean hotel with welcoming helpful staff. Very quiet room at the time of our stay. Breakfast exceptional with a wide range of options. Air conditioning which enhanced our stay. Fantastic value for money.

Would have liked tea/ coffee option in the room.

When we arrived at the hotel we found that they are closed due to maintenance. They didn't advised but at the main door they wrote a letter that all reservations were moved to Novotel Katowice Centrum (4 star hotel) right across the street (10 metres away). I am super happy with their option they offered us and also they kept our breakfast reservation, although breakfast at the 4 star hotel was more expensive. In my opinion this hotel should have a 10/10 rating in how they treat their customers.

A little bit far from the centre (only 15 mins walk) but for someone who needs a parking space, it's perfect.

Nice budget hotel, the room had everything needed, it was clean and the mattress was great. The space is designed practically and with a nice vibe. I like their approach on saving energy by letting you decide about cleaning the room or taking the towels.

It is understandable that there are no fridges in the rooms, but when I asked if they could store something for me, the answer was a very plain 'no'. Fortunately what I needed to store was not medicine...

Good location 10 minutes walk from city centre of Katowice. Big parking space. Surprisingly amazing self service breakfast, wide range of food. Quite good furniture for one star hotel. Staff were very friendly and nice they will help you with anything.

You can’t open window for more than 3cm. It doesn’t have a toilet, shower and sink in one room. Sink is right next to bed. No sockets near bed, there are only 2 one next to sink and another next to television.

It was simple and cozy. Very comfortable, especially beds, and great value for money. Staff was nice even sorted breakfast for my son, that apparently have not had those reserved. Breakfast were great.

Parking payment. I thought parking is included, but I had to pay at the end for 48hrs. If I would have read their instructions properly I would probably know. Anyway it was not that bad that it would ruin the whole experience

სასტუმროშივე შეგიძლიათ წინასწარ აიღოთ საუზმე, თუმცა გირჩევთ საუზმის გარეშე და როცა მოგინდებათ ცალკეც შეგიძლიათ იქვე საუზმის გადახდა, ან მხოლოდ ყავა-ჩაი.
