Very clean, bar was great, food exceptional for a hotel and the staff were absolutely fantastic and welcoming

It was a tad far out of the centre however Uber prices are so low it’s not an issue at all

First of all I am very grateful to all the personal and Hotel managers for helping to save my life. During my stay in the hotel I had a stroke. Thank you for active cooperation with emergency medical care. And thank you for allowing me to park my car free of charge during all time of my hospitalisation in the hospital. Now I am already at home. I wish everyone the best wishes!!!

The hotel is clean, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast offers a good variety, but it was the same each of the four days we stayed. There is a pool, but it is quite small, and we didn’t use it. The location is outside the city center, so getting to the Old Town requires a taxi or public transport, as there’s no hotel pickup service. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful — they gave us tips about museum entry and useful suggestions, which we really appreciated. Overall, a pleasant stay if you don’t mind being a little outside the center

Location is far from the Old Town, small pool, breakfast was repetitive.

The location is approx 4km away from the main square, and a nice 45-minute walk or 20zl Uber gets you to the heart of Krakow.. I recommend not taking your car to the city.. restricted areas and parking charges will cost you much more. Xbox and games area for kids was a highlight as well as the pool(small) and gym (small area but well equipped.

The pool, although a nice addition, was very busy, which is fine, but the area around could be better maintained (regular cleaning). One thing that bugged me was, even though we arrived at the pool in hotel robes and slippers. We were asked to prove we were hotel guests before entering?? This was the same for every person.. I'm not sure if they have an issue with non guests entering to use the facilities, but if so, then why not put a card reader on the door or a sign in sheet with your room details. Asking someone who is clearly a guest to prove their stay with the room key is not the correct approach.

Hotel is nice and comfortable, especially if staying with kids. Swimming pool is nice after hot day, although it is pretty small. Breakfast is very good with a lot of choices. Location is not very close to city centre, but taxi cost us only ~6 EUR. I really enjoyed "Rituals" shower cream and shampoo - very good choice for hotel! :) Restaurant was nice - 8/10 . Overall we enjoyed staying in this hotel and we will probably be back.

Water in swimming pool was pretty cold. It was fine after +30°C day, but in colder weather ( in our opinion) it wouldn't be enjoyable. Breakfast sometimes was really crowded and it was impossible to find a seating place in restaurant at the beginning and we had to wait for free table, but of course if you're heading to breakfast early in the morning before 8 am- it will be fine! :)

Nice hotel with a comfortable room and a very good breakfast ! Perfect when you are traveling with kids. We got a room with a big bed and a sofa for the kids. The location is also ok. Not right in the center but you can get there with a short taxi drive as well as with the public transport. Staff very helpful and friendly! Parking right by the hotel although you have to pay extra.

Way to many people in the pool, which, unfortunately, was a bit dangerous. My daughter got hit in the head:( It's difficult to find a table for breakfast. And l personally do not like an X box in the lobby for kids to play ! Not all games are appropriate for young children! It is difficult to check in and tell your child not to watch when someone else is playing. I notice that lots of Novotels now have video games in the lobbies, and l don't like it.

We found the location accessible for the town and airport. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel and it is a quick journey to the edge of the old town, then a ten minute walk to Rynek Glowny. Our children appreciated the computer consoles with comfy chairs in the reception area as a space to hang out with other children in the evening. The rooms are clean and bright and the double beds were very comfortable.

The pool area could get very crowded and the changing rooms were too small for the number of guests using them. We could hear traffic from our room (floor 10) although this did quieten down later on at night. The room description on Booking does say they are sound proofed.

The hotel is really nice. 3 km away from the city centre in a new neighbourhood. Loved my room and bed. Breakfast choices were excellent. Novotel is a football fan so adults and kids could watch football games in the lobby on a big screen. Lobby bar was nice and parking is very convenient and big. Across the street is a Circle K where you can buy some snacks and groceries and drinks.

I wish the mini bar had something in it. It was empty. And the pool is there, it's just smaller in real life than in pictures. Also it's 2.3m deep right away. If your kids are not good swimmers, better watch them closer.

The room was a decent size. The staff was friendly and there was good facilities in the hotel. My partner ordered roomservice and they said it was nice. Location was close to the concert I was going to at Klub Studio and it's potentially a good location if you're travelling for work. Bus links to other places is quite good here.

The hotel in general is a bit out of the way location wise for a lot of other things, nearest supermarket is about a 25 - 30 minute walk each way, Central Krakow being a 20 minute drive or a 45 min walk.

I went this hotel with my family. My all family were satisfied enough. There was a pool inside, and I and my son enjoyed a lot. And also there is a X box game corner near reception, and it was very good for children to spend a time. So far, everything was very good!

When I checked in, because of system trouble, my room key was not activated. But staff reacted very soon and it solved within a day.
