What a nice and extremely dog friendly stay! This hotel has been one of the best we have been with our dog. +super modern and clean room, managed via a tablet + tram stations nearby +the hair conditioner is superb + free coffee and apples + free stay for dog + available dog bowl + no disturb dog-sign for your door +free yoga class on Tuesday 7pm + 10 mins walk to old town +bars and cafes just in front at the Jewish synagogue area

There is a parking available for 100pln /day. We took the alternative interparking 40pln/day to charge our car (200ms from the hotel)

It is a very nice modern hotel located on the edge of the Old Town, minutes from the National Forum of Music and the Opera House and near many little cafes and shops , esp. on St. Anthony's Street. I had standard room, so no coffee machine (but tea, coffee and fruits available for free in the lobby), but otherwise fully equipped with very comfortable bed. The staff in the reception was very pleasant and cheerful.

The reason I did not rate this hotel 10 out of 10 is that the bathroom is separated from the room by a thin glass wall, a trend I dislike as it provides no privacy for users, even with the drapes in place.

Room is nice and tidy, great views to the nearby park. We liked the design and ergonomics of everything. The staff were really nice an spoke good English. Good size bathroom with good shower pressure and clean. Location of the hotel is excellent with many points of interest within walking distance. The hotel is located in a busy old town street with many great restaurants and caffe's nearby. All in all - great value.

The description includes that parking is provided. However, the hotel has very limited parking spots available and you might not get one (this is a problem for all center located hotels). However, not a huge deal because good large public underground parking is nearby (5 min walk). BUT the "parking available" description should really be amended because it creates an unrealistic expectation.

The hotel is in a great location, conveniently has a (small) underground parking, walking distance to Old Town, some nice restaurants in proximity. Breakfast is great, not the largest variety but tasty and fresh. Try and order of the menu, it is included in the price (staff reminds you of it too). This time my room seemed larger than last time. I am not a big fan of pets, and this hotel is "pet friendly". While there were definitely some pets, those did not bother at all (hotel is very clean). Comfortable bed.

There could be a coffee maker in the room, rather than in the lobby only. Slightly larger desk to do some work when needed. Reserved parking before arrival would have been great to take away some uncertainty (I never had issues, but noticed later in evenings the garage would be marked "full")

I really liked how friendly the staff was and the quality of breakfast. The room was comfortable and quiet. Great location. I really liked the lobby area. Very guests friendly. Coffee and tea on the house is a great thing, especially when you want to go for a quick walk in the morning or have tea at night. The hotel is nicely located. Not too far away from the city centre but not too close either so you are not in the middle of a mass of tourists.

Restaurant is too small for number of the guests during a weekend time. As much as I love dogs due to the fact that the restaurant is too small, animals should not be allowed during breakfast/ meal time. I'm not sure about the quality of the duvet as I was boiling under it. I am not too sure if covers are not from polyester instead of cotton. Something is definitely wrong there, as it is not normal to boil like that under a duvet. Also, there is this weird trend of having a toilet in the middle of the room with glass doors, etc. Please stop it. I know it makes room bright, etc, and let's you save money on the space, but that is just weird....

Excellent location - a few minutes walk from the centre of Wroclaw. Quiet street. Reception are very pleasant and professional. Comfortable room. Very good shower. Sufficient storage for a few days stay. Free tea/coffee/hot chocolate/hot water machine in the communal area by reception is less trouble than having a kettle in the room and possibly more eco-friendly. Outside there is a nice little garden area and we were able to enjoy breakfast on the outside terrace every day in the warm weather. A very good buffet selection available at breakfast and also some items cooked to order. A modern but comfortable and pleasant feel to the hotel. Would be happy to stay again.

The mattress is at the soft end of medium so, while very comfortable, it might not be ideal if you have a bad back and need something a little firmer.

Found the carpark easily, was warmly welcomed by the staff and able to check in a little bit early (thank you!). Super great location when travelling with a pet, there is direct access to a lovely walk along the river while also being a super centrally located hotel. BREAKFAST WAS FABULOUS! I appreciated the option to order a few freshly made items (like avocado toast) as well as picking from the buffet (Chia pudding was lovely). Although the restaurant (and also car park) appear small for such a hotel, I had no trouble finding a parking space or a table when I needed. Considering this is 'only' 3 star, I have definitely stayed in worse 4 star hotels. Being a regular visitor to Wroclaw these last months, I can say that so far this is my top hotel and would now make this my choice for future visits!

I had some trouble with the lights, there seemed to be only 3 light settings and if I wanted bathroom lights on I needed to have all room lights on - very minor problem and potentially just a user error. The outdoor area of the restaurant was directly below my room, I can imagine that this could be noisy in summer but was no problem now. If I had a lot of luggage, I would maybe struggle with the room size but as a single traveller, no problem.

The gym not being inside the facility was a bummer, but they provide you with the option to have full access to a very nice gym just a few meters away.

10/10, friendly helpful staff, welcome drink, excellent location, great breakfast, free coffee in the hall also to go, parking, super comfy beds, soft sheets, loved the pillows and blankets as well, list goes on. We loved our stay and we will definitely book again when in Wroclaw. Beautiful and sparkling clean!

We had a bit of a hassle using the lights, everything is operated by a tablet, also the AC cant be turned off and you never know how many degrees you are setting, I dont know what older people do with this lol, but perhaps I was the problem :D
