The staff is very nice. For check in, you sit in a very nice area, with amazing view and they give you drinks!!!

Its difficult get there by car using Google maps. The area is not allowed for normal car, but you can go because you are a guest. Ignore Google maps. Push the button in the red light and go by car very slowly, then you gonna arrive at the hotel. There they gonna take care of your car. It's 27 euros per day to park in the hotel.

Very warm welcome soon as you arrive greeted with tea and coffee and soft drinks, sweets, cakes, anything you want really  staff recommended all the nice restaurants and they were all spot-on very warm welcome from angel  

Property is in a brilliant location the end of Old-Town near all the bars, restaurants and shops amazing room amazing Seaview, bit noisy from the sea, but that’s what you pay for bathroom was in the middle of the room all glass perfect experience for us maybe not for everyon only had breakfast, and it was very satisfying perfect experience, highly recommended

A 5 * boutique hotel with a fantastic location overlooking the Levante beach. A breathtaking view. The staff were exceptional and could not do enough for us. A nice bottle of Cava on arrival. Just loved having breakfast outside on the patio overlooking the sea. A lovely spa area on the top floor with a small gym area.

The hotel location was in the old part of Benidorm Town and was exceptionally difficult to get to by car. Google maps were not useful for this venture as it directed you through pedestrian/restricted areas on very narrow streets. You would need a sketch from the hotel on how to reach the hotel. The hotel has a valet service which takes the car from you on arrival and parks it in another hotel.

Very poor method of paying. Wehad many issues paying to an outside source. They should stick to Bookings.com to manage payment

Fantastic location with all rooms overlooking the seafront. Fantastic breakfast menu, far more than one could eat.

The room we had was quite compact with one side of the bed almost up against the Windows overlooking the sea. No place for bedside cabinet or even shelf.

View is awesome. Room is very comfortable. Staff is super friendly.

I should say that i was not fully satisfied with breakfasts. Restaurant staff was a bit noisy and not very attentive. Also we waited for too long. 1h - 1h30m. Last breakfast on Monday was with not fresh salad.

I love the window view , hotel literally located on top of the rock , just the sea beneath. small cosy room. I love that it has separate shower but also a full time separate bathtub . rooms are small and great for a couple of a solo traveler homemade breakfast ala cart is delicious, not a big selection tho staff is very friendly and helpful speaks descent English

location is not very convenient since in Benidorm lots of city celebrations when they block the city center and it very difficult and confusing to find a way to hotel by car

How near the beach it was and how beautiful and cozy the hotel is. The staff was Amazing, food was delicious. We are 100% coming back.

Both evening meals and breakfast were exceptional, and the staff extremely helpful and attentive. Location a little difficult to get to but once there the veiws are incredible. Our room was lovely with little gifts on arrival too.
