We stayed for 6 nights at Castell Son Claret and were blown away by the beautiful surroundings and amazing service. From the moment you drive through the electric gates you are greeted with manicured gardens and view of the stunning period country house. The pool area overlooks the countryside with staff at hand to meet your every need and ensure you have a quality relaxing experience. This hotel is perfect for couples who want to unwind and recharge.

Beautiful hotel in an outstanding location. We were upgraded upon arrival to a lovely suite, which was very much appreciated. The staff were incredibly helpful, breakfast outstanding and service and amenities wonderful. Really could not fault this hotel - would highly recommend.

Not much. Maybe not enough seats by pool during a busy weekend. Staff was very friendly to then reserve for the next day. Long wait for lunch at pool bar. Staff again noticed and was very generous.

Exceptional staff - everyone from, from reception and cleaners to the ground staff and waiters - were super friendly and helpful. Especially when they replied in Spanish when I tried to speak with them to practise my Spanish , rather than replying in English. Great, chilled, location and quiet pool and spa

I had to wait 2-3 days for a massage. I would have hoped for a massage sooner or to be recommended somewhere else if it wasn’t possible

Staff friendly and helpful. Spa and other facilities impressive. Dinner at the Olivera restaurant was exceptional.

We booked 2 rooms - 1 for the kids - and asked to be placed close together but ended up in completely different locations. We were very surprised that for a 'leading hotel' there was no night-time turn-down service.

The service at dinner was slow. We was sat down and took 15 minutes for water, it took over an hour between our starter and mains.

Great hotel. Fabulous setting bedside a national park and a small village. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Very peaceful place. Breakfast was excellent.

Food was expensive but there’s a lovely relaxed tavern in the village.
