Staff are extremely nice, nothing was too much. Lots of great bars, restaurants etc to choose from. Great tennis club, kids club and gym. Had a great massage at the spa

Everything is an extra. For example, 60 euros an hour at kids club. Rooms are dated and not really at the level of a 5 star hotel at this price point. Would be better to have an indoor heated pool that kids can use in cooler weather. Beach in front of the hotel was not the cleanest for a 5 star hotel.

I had everything I needed. didn’t need to go out of resort.

I liked everything, if the price was a bit more affordable for young people it would be best.

For the price we paid I expected exceptional. The quality of beds and pillows were substandard and service at concierge a bit off. But on th positive side amazing things to do, great restaurants and night life. The beach chiringuito is very badly managed and the service was beyond poor .

Beautiful hotel, much nicer than the photos. 30-40 walk along sea front to Marbella town. Rooms were great, spacious and modern with nice balconies. We were in a one bed suite which was fab with a baby. Cot etc all prepared and fruit in the room on our arrival. Breakfast excellent! Can’t really find much to not like. Staff at the hotel were excellent from the lady who came to turn down the rooms to Romain and others.

Not really hotel as staff there were very good, but staff in restaurants were not quite as good. Restaurants were nice but v expensive so be prepared.

Breakfast first class. Best quality buffet I have seen. Beach restaurant excellent. Enjoyed nightlife in the plaza, bar staff excellent but I do think hotel guests should be treated better than walk ins. Pretty amazing to have to pay 1000 euros just to sit down and have a drink at the end of the night.

As above Also would be better if there was one pool that was no kids as all pools were pretty noisy and they aren’t that big

I love old charm and location of the property. The breakfast was lovely and catered to all dietary needs. The Seafood restaurant was my favorite. The staff were all extremely professional, attentive and kind.

Parts of the property are tired and are in need of renovation. The room was a good size but again needs renovating - particularly the bathroom, more clothes storage and a full height mirror are needed. Quality of the Room Service food was also disappointing. The hotel staff did their best to accommodate reservations for us within the property, but the 3rd party international establishments such as Nobu's, Cipriani's and Fendi Beach should be more accommodating and give preference to hotel guests.

Big and beautiful resort, with 3 swimming pools, luxury room facilities, including yoga mats and block. Plate of fruits on arrival us very nice.Loved the breakfast , that was outstanding.

The entrance doors should be adjusted against slamming. Especially at the night time when neighbours are coming late.... We had a lot of tiny ants inside our room. It is overpriced especially in summer season... we had junior suite which didn't look like a junior suite, looked like a normal room.

Location and facilities and concierge service generally

Some staff were not friendly, especially at The Grill. Concerned services got mixed up a few times but were fine overall and very helpful. Rooms are very tired.

Exceptional breakfast. Great location. Fantastic restaurants around (but very expensive).

The service is not constant, or rather constant interruptions in the supply of coffee and water, cleaning every day of varying quality and at random times. Some rooms have interconnecting doors, and if there are small children in another room, then it is impossible to sleep and you will have to request a room change (if available).

Incredible resort! Amazing gardens, pools, restaurants! Felt like paradise! We stayed for 5 days celebrating my birthday. They upgraded us to a deluxe pool view room and surprised me with a bottle of champagne! We loved everything. The staff was super friendly, perfect cleaning, huge room. I had a perfect birthday. Can’t wait to come back

Maybe some new mattress much softer but this is just my personal preference
