The hotel was at an amazing location and the staff at the restaurant is amazing. The food is great and the hotel is great value for money. The city has a lot to offer and you are well connected if wanting to see the rest of Tenerife. The natural pools are wonderful and close by bus.

The bathrooms could be cleaner.

Everything was amazing but especially the entertainment with Marcos, that guy was bursting with good energy the whole time from aqua gym in the morning to dj and dancing late at night! Made the whole experience special, wish I could take him back home with me!

Room view on the 11th floor was pretty nice, could see all the see and the beach. Nice bed. Shower in the room I was is extremely good. Food for breakfast and dinner had very good options. The bar and the outside areas have comfy sofas and chairs for both day and night time. Great swimming pool. I would definitely stay again.

No basic drinks included in the dinner.

We don’t really stay in a hotel so couldn’t rate the services, bar is reasonable priced for those not staying all inclusive and but the breakfast is Amazing!

The bed is very uncomfortable and you only get one pillow. No coffee facilities and no free bottle of water like most hotels do.. fridge wasn’t even plugged in.

Food was fresh and good, a lot of vegetables and fruits. The staff are really nice and try to do their besr.

I missed avocado, mango and some more sorts of cheese and salami. Also for people who likes meat, could me more different sorts of meat.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We had half board. Wifi was good and media streaming. Very close to bus station and supermarket. There are also parking spaces if you rent a car. The nearest beach is 300 meters down the street.

Furniture is a bit outdated. The mattress is too soft for my opinion. Everything else was great.

The alcoholic English neighbor! Slamming the door, shouting, fighting and all this between midnight and 04:00 in the morning!! It didn't take long for us to fight! These must be thrown out of the accommodation!

Breakfast - good choice buffet style. Evening meal - good choice and variety of different dishes - serve yourself. Room spacious. Near to beach and bus station.

Balcony very small. Our room was across from the lift which was noisy. However, we asked to be changed and they honoured our request.

5 minutes till Ocean, the best views Playa Jardin. Very good everything, good breakfast, big pool, good personnel.
