Our second Christmas in this hotel. We booked it for many reasons: the wonderful view over the ocean and over the public pools from our balcony, the big amount of choices for breakfast, the fun activities organized by the staff, the ping pong table (I love to play on holidays), the big room with closets.

Unlike last year, when the music from the nearby restaurants stopped at 22:00, this year was very animated and the music lasted until very late in the night. Locking the windows did not help with the noise reduction.

We enjoyed the location and our room with pool-view. The room had everything you might need and the fridge and ac worked perfectly. The staff was friendly and we really enjoyed the breakfast as we are early risers anyway and therefore went before the rush.

The dinner was not really our thing, The selection was especially limited for vegetarians (the only protein available being cheese, so no beans, chickpeas, tofu or anything else in the main dishes). The vegetable sides sometimes also had meat in them (for example brussel sprouts with bacon) and were cooked for people who might have a hard time chewing already... As a vegan you would probably only be able to eat salad, potatoes, bread and fruit as the vegetarian mains usually were covered in cheese as well.

However, despite the room’s very old-fashioned decor and the bathroom feeling like something out of a nursing home, the view was absolutely breathtaking, everything was clean, and it was comfortable. Dinner was decent. Overall, it was a good experience. Just keep in mind that if you’re young, it might not be the most suitable place to stay—unless you’re primarily looking to enjoy the stunning sea view, which was definitely great value for the price.

They now have a kettle and cups in the room {big improvement}. The food has improved from last year. The TV has also improved since last year

Everything was perfect. Best possible location, nice rooms, generous breakfast buffet.The staff was very friendly and super helpful. There was an incident on New Years Eve party, for which they have quickly apologized and offered a compensation, which was really appreciated. Mistakes are human and can happen. Knowing how to solve them the best possible way, that's what makes customer service special. And they have done it. I am very grateful and happy to have stayed there. I will always come back. I recommend this hotel hands down. 10!

I loved the staff, extremely friendly and helpful and welcoming :) The rooms are very clean and beds made perfect and fresh every day. The hotel is in an excellent prime location but it's not noisy.

Quite an elderly clientele so if you don't mind that then ok! Mornings in the hotel for breakfast are very busy so you need to be up quite early to enjoy it, the time of the breakfast could be extended to 11am and perhaps start at 8am instead, people enjoy a lie in on holidays without missing out on paid breakfast each morning.

Great location, Bar prices reasonable, Good choice of breakfast plenty of loungers by the pool .

Toilets in the public areas need to be monitored more often as they were dirty on more than one occasion. Some renovations have taken place in the bedroom. The shower is fantastic but it is letdown by the tray to put soap and wash flannel in as this is badly rusted. Needed a new toilet seat and generally a bit of care.

The location and the views from our room on the 11th floor were amazing.

The breakfast was quite poor quality and the room was chaotic at the busy times. The hotel is quite old fashioned but that did not bother us. Getting a lift could take a while as one was broken. Also the pool area seemed quite small for the size of the hotel but we used Lago Martinez right outside instead.

The hotel was excellent especially the breakfast, staff, facilities & location. We had a sea view room with a balcony, again lovely. The only issue we had was the noise from the next hotel which went on till midnight every night. If you go to bed early I would strongly advise to not book the sea view rooms. I asked at reception to change to a room overlooking the pool & was refused as apparently the hotel was full. This was the only drawback.

The loud music every night, we couldn’t sleep till it finished at midnight, annoying when you get up early.
