The rooftop pool and outside area was great, I would definitelty reccomend spending some time up there at night time and just enjoy the skyline. Everything was clean and staff was helpful to help me book another night within just a few minutes.

The balcony was small in the room, but to be fair I didnt even know there was a balcony when I booked it so I didn't really care.

I am very satisfied with my stay at this hotel! As soon as I entered the lobby, I immediately felt a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. The hotel staff was very helpful, and the check-in process was quick. The room is very spacious and clean, with modern furniture that is well-maintained. The bed is incredibly comfortable, which allowed me to sleep soundly throughout the night. The cleanliness of this hotel deserves a thumbs-up. Every corner of the room and its facilities is well-kept. The bathroom is also clean and fully equipped with complete toiletries. Additionally, the air conditioning is cold and quite comfortable. One more thing, the hotel’s location is also strategic, close to various dining spots and shopping centers. I will definitely return and recommend this hotel to my friends. It’s close to the Ratchaprarop Airport Rail Link Station, the room was nice and clean, the staff were friendly. Easy to book Grab.

You can only get one keycard. It’s a little challenging if your companion goes in and out in different times. You need to ask assistance for the lift everytime you don’t have your keycard with you.

The room is comfort,matress bouncy and the bathroom is large.The room access using card and the hotel have lift for access to high level. This hotel is NEAR TO PLATINUM MALL AND PRATUNAM MARKET i suggest u WALK.If u think its far actually its not because we have try using tuktuk frm hotel to platinum mall and end up walking back because its near only!

I think almost ALL HOTEL doesn’t provide iron.So for muslim ladies if u wnt to iron your shawl u probably need to wear it with wrinkle in it as they dont have iron.

Not exactly in tge Heart of tge city but not far from reastraunts laundry food stalls 711 all in walking distance 'Very nice staff reception was knowledgeable and good in languages ' got free storage if you go somewhere and come back , overall pretty good spot and off the main road so only thing to wake you if in a front room is roosters ' cross the st " Good spot nice little roof top pool and sun area' . All good.

Great place if you are on a budget. We stayed here because it was cheap and it was nice enough. We were supposed to arrive BKK at 0500 and we wanted a guaranteed place to rest before checking into our much more expensive hotel nearby. That hotel may or may not have allowed us to check in early, so this was our plan. Get cleaned up and crash for a few hours--which is exactly what we did.

Everything was fine.

It was central to everything and down a side street so I didn't have to listen to traffic. The staff were great, I liked the room, and as a solo traveller's I felt very very safe because they had someone outside as well as a counter person through the night and most of the day. The breakfast was 2 doors down and wonderful.

There was a juvenile rooster outside the room learning how to crow. It actually made my stay so enjoyable because it kept beeping like a car instead of crowing. It was in fact the highlight of my stay but maybe not everyone would enjoy waking up to a rooster beeping.

Ive had a great time here at the hotel was easy to get transportation as the skytrain is close by and bolt drivers pick you up and drop you off there also. Beds were very comfortable like i read in other reviews and the pool was also very nice during the hot weather!

The pool was nice but could use a good cleaning i think it wasnt the cleanest.

Good location, easy walk to train and surrounding markets etc. tons of food nearby and some very good finds that appeared mediocre but exceeded all expectations! Rooms were big and clean and the pool was nice for the kids to cool off while we had a drink watching the sun set. I was worried being budget but it was fantastic

Extra bed quoted at 500 baht but on arrival they said 500baht per day which is quite a cost when you’re not expecting it. Management were helpful though

Staff were amazing . totally went out of their call for duty to assist. no matter how big or small the Q they help 1050 %. very happy over all thank you
