The rooms are so beautiful and comfy. Good size and good value for money. The apartment is equipped with everything for a short stay. Very clean and has a modern layouts and fit outs

Breakfast is horrible. Hardly anything good to eat. Staff in the restaurant are not friendly. When we first checked in, we had a problem with the reception as they insisted to charge me for my 12YO daughter for breakfast. I was upset as I had inserted all the children ages correctly while booking my and paid B&B for all but they insisted that hotel policy does not include children above 11 and they should be charged full price. I wrote my complain to booking.com but I got no response on my complaint so far. Hence, they made me pay for her separately and if I had knew that the breakfast is bad, I wouldn’t even bother pay for any of us. My advice to families is to do the 2mins walk to the Ekkamai mall for breakfast.

Rooms were amazing. Very spacious and clean. Quiet atmosphere. Location is very close to BTS and there is small shopping area close to the hotel.

I have stayed here many times and in the past when I stayed if I arrived early and there was a room ready I could drop my bags and things in the safe and get to work. This time they tried to sell me early check in and even though the room was ready wouldn't let me pop my bags and things in the safe till 2pm. As a business man that's pretty annoying. One of the reasons for my repeat business was them being kind and hospitable and practical when rooms were ready. It must be a new policy because there was loads of bags in storage. Shame. Time to move on probably.

Everything was fine, but I was a bit surprised that the hotel did not provide ice. When my friend had a burn at the hotel at midnight, the front desk said they didn't have any emergency medicine or ice cubes, we'd have to go out and buy some.…

-Great room with handy appliances like a washing machine and microwave. I especially liked the folding table/shelf in the kitchen which allowed you to sit and eat or work and have a view of the city at the same time. The staff was very nice and accommodating. -The garden adjacent to the gym and pool on the top floor was quite nice and the views were great.

-The wifi-codes stopped working every other day or so, so I had to ask for a new one at least a couple of times, which would then be brought to my room. This wasn't explained to me anywhere beforehand so there was not really any way of knowing when the wifi would stop working. -You can buy laundry detergent for an extra 50 baht from the reception, but I think this could have been included with the room, which tends to be the case in some other places. Would be much more convenient than having to buy it separately. -Shower pressure in the overhead rainforest shower was a bit low.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating, they were ready to help within their means. We enjoyed our stay here for the second time.

There are some areas they can improve to make the stay even more memorable The Suite we booked had a kitchenette, but it didnt have proper kitchen utensils, not even a knife was provided, the stove top was very difficult to operate no dish cleaning supplies (soap, scrub or cloth) provided. Toiletries and other essentials were not refilled on their own and required constant reminding Washing machine provided but no drying rack Bedroom in the suite was very tight, barely had any space to walk around the bed

Very nice property. I booked a 2 bed and it was very nice. More like a extended stay apartment with full service. The second room was a bit small for the queen bed but very cozy and comfortable.

Not very close to the MBK or Platinum malls. Typical cab ride was 45 min. so we spent a lot of time in traffic. Secondly, the street in front of the hotel was a one way. And always jammed. Some grab cans kept canceling given the long time to come there.

This was my 3rd time at the property, good location, staff is pleasant and helpful. They upgraded my room as the originally booked room as well its replacement had issues

There was heavy repair works going on in the property which I wasn’t informed about while booking, but only on check in. Corridor to my room had repairmen and their stuff all over apart from the noise The rooms initially given to had problem with aircon and ducts were covered in dust and lint, had to change room twice and unpack pack multiple times in the process

This hotel is clean and comfortable, but the bedroom room is a bit small but certainly was a very comfortable bed with quality linens. The wardrobe included an iron and ironing board, dresser, and safe box. Kitchen had a stove top, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, kettle, and basic dishes and cutlery. Water and coffee were supplied each day. The sitting area had a couch, dismantalable table and a smart TV. Bathroom was small but functional. Initially we were given a room with bedroom on the loft with no restroom up there and stairs were very steep for 70 year olds. Talked with reception for a change and everything organised by the time we got back in the evening with our luggage in the room.

Nothing, as our initial issue was solved moving us to comfortable suite.

Breakfast was okay could have been better.
