Everything was great clean very welcoming

The buy one get one free system at happy hour give you one drink and then have to ask for the next one when your ready then charge you again for the same drink after questioning my bill many times and proving the waiter wrong on many occasions and nearly being charged an extra $180 as per drinks that were incorrect barman was very rude and unhelpful after that so didn’t ruin my holiday just found this system undesirable I wasn’t the only guest this was happening to

Unfortunately the beach was closed due to storm damage and the need for repairs. The hotel management as compensation offered complimentary dinner every night plus one free spa or the option to check in to their 5 star hotel just 500 meters away. We chose to stay and still had a wonderful time …dinner was exceptional !

Amazing staff who were very friendly and helpful. Lovely rooms with nice outside porch area to relax in. Beautiful grounds which were always maintained! The spa and spa treatments were amazing!! Food was delicious.

Rooms perhaps a little dated. Beach area was not clean and you couldn’t swim in the sea. Gym perhaps a little small but at least it had one.

The pool is large and good privacy for muslim women wearing hijab

We had a wonderful villa with an ocean view. The hotel is right on the water with its own small beach. Very nice big swimming pool, which is very useful when you can't swim in the ocean. It is a great calm resort surrounded by nature. Staff was very nice and helpful. Great breakfast with omelet station.

The terrace door is almost not closing and not insulated, so you can practically hear everything outside. And if there are people talking or loud birds singing, it interrupts your sleep. The bed was a little hard.

Location was great

Most of the rooms were not well kept. They had some bathroom problems.

Lovely room which was spacious and a very good shower. Shhets were changed regularly. The grounds are well-established and very nicely maintained by the garden staff. A very nice pool.

There was renovation work taking place on the beach by the pool. This involved a large JCB digger which was noisy. I went to a different hotel during the day to use the pool at the beach bar. I was not warned about this disruption before arriving.

The breakfast was superb, we had a choice of juices each day e.g. Guava, pineapple, orange with 2 coffee machines for cappucino and Latte lovers! There is an omelette station where the chef can quickly prepare you an omelette of your choice, breakfast buffet includes cereal selection choices, toast, selection of fruit and a range of different other delicious treats which change daily eg vegetable green curry (yes for breakfast) Indian Pancakes, Pineapple rice, various meat dishes - the staff are all so friendly and relaxed and make you feel at home straight away,

Room service could be better, Massage was in the sister Hotel only, Hotel seem running on 20% only but service shall be as 100% which was not the case, Breakfast could be bigger. Often missing items.
