We LOVED staying here! It was one of the highlights of our week in Samui. Checking in and out was easy. They even arranged a taxi to the airport that was a great price. I should have done that upon arrival! It's all nicely done and fairly new. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. There's a large closet, mini fridge, cable tv, etc. You can also get towels at the front desk. We ended up getting food poisoning for a couple of days, and the staff went above and beyond in helping us. It's a quiet spot but very close to the beach and lots of places to eat, including two markets. We didn't get in the pool, but it looked nice too. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Upon check in we where given 1 upgrade room which was a really nice touch. We have 2 rooms the first floor and 1 on the top floor. The rooms where very big and comfortable. It's walking distance from the beach 711 and many massage places. Turn right when you get out of the hotel and about 100metres up on the left is the best place for massage very good ! Loved the staff they where kind and very helpful.

Pool area needs a good clean and some of the loungers need repairing or replacing. Our room on top floor was incredibly hot unless we left our fob in.

Good location only a few minutes walk to the market and beach, nice pool area, comfortable big room and I loved the elephant painting on the wall! Bathroom also good with nice shower. Staff friendly at the front desk and easy enough to get picked up for tours.

It is not really an apartel, just a hotel. There is a sink in the room but it’s not really a kitchenette as “apartel” would imply - no microwave, no washing up liquid, no food prep equipment etc. This wasn’t a problem for us though.

Great host Sao and was always checking up To see if we were enjoying ourselves, also helped arrange a scooter for our time there 👍

The toilet needed to be fixed once

Accommodation great , room nice clean, to town to restaurants and shops a short walk, about 3 minutes walk to beautiful beach sea lovely clean. Thank you to the owner for her help when we woke up our backpack in the taxi and she called everywhere to bring it back which she did.Thank you for a great stay we definitely recommend it.

Great location with restaurants and gym next to it but it will be noisy at night but we got used to it. Also we used ear plugs that helped. Pool area was ok and sun beds were nice. Staff was friendly and helpful too.

Maybe they should cut down the big tree outside so sun shines the pool area 2h early and not at 11am.

The property was well kept and always clean! Also can’t fault the location in Lamai. Sao and her team went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and they checked in with us before check-in and during checkout to make sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend!

The hosts were excellent and very friendly and accommodating. The room was also very clean and spacious and pool w wonderful. Also, in an excellent spot!

I thought they did great in everything. We had an issue with our shower and they fixed as soon as we told them Excellent service!

Gorgeous hotel in a great location, right beside a convenient store and many food places. Parking available for motorbikes outside and there is also a pool. The room was the biggest and cleanest we have had during our stay in Thailand. The staff are also very helpful.

We loved our stay here! We had so much space, the location was perfect for our needs and very close to the beach, the staff were incredible and went above and beyond. Communication was excellent.

The rooms could have been cleaned to a higher standard, but this is a minor point.
