Villa was great, beautiful view. There was no Breakfast lunch or Dinner at villas but there was an excellent range of menus from lots of restaurants are the island that could be ordered direct & were delivered very quickly. Fridge was stocked up daily with essentials ie: bread, eggs, cheese, soft drinks, water, beer, wine & other things. Housekeeping was done everyday. We were collected direct from pier and taken to villa. Checkin was very quick. Staff were very friendly, helpful & efficient with all needs.

Everything was amazing and we cannot recommend the place enough! The house was stunning with fantastic view, dream place to be honest! Beds was comfortable and well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms was large and aircondition was very efficient. The fridge was already stocked with butter, egg, bread, vine, soda and water that you could buy each day, which they refilled. Lots of menus in the house that delivered fairly quickly for breakfast, lunch and dinner, so one didn’t have to go anywhere if you didn’t want to. Lounge areas in our house was so amazing and we sat there every night and just enjoyed the place and the view. Pool was great size too for us 4 and excellent wifi. It’s possible to snorkle in the sea, as there is three sun decks, if you walk down the steep roads and stairs - good work out as our house was one of the top ones (C2 - but can really recommend this house!!). People working there was also so amazing and kind, we felt like home! Last, but not least, the driver we had was so nice! We got several tips to what to do and he made every drive we went on just an lovely experience - amazing guy and a awesome driver (which that place needs as it’s steep roads). Cannot recommend this place enough and we will definitely come back again 💛☺️

The villa is amazing and the views are breathtaking. Best snorkelling spot with corals and lots of fish just in front of it. They provide a free shuttle service to the town and beaches to have dinner. The pick up time for returning is at 21, but could be an hour later. We were very happy about this service anyway. The stuff was attending and very helpful, spoke good english. We were loved our stay in the villa. It was the highlight of our stay in Thailand.

I missed fresh fruits and salad. They were not included in the villas mini-bar list like other food products and the local shops did not provide them either.

The location is outstanding and the view from our villa (P5) was better than the photos. As others have noted the road up there is incredibly steep but getting around with the drop off and pick up service is great. Staff were friendly and the food delivery services worked great. Highly recommend Croissant & Ko and Fasai. Oh and it really needs mentioning again, but that view is something else.

I think parts of the room are starting to look a bit run down, especially in the bathroom/shower. Also if you are any taller than 6ft you will struggle using the shower without having to crouch down. For the price point and it being billed as a 4 star hotel, charging for coffee pods and milk in the room is a bit cheeky. I would stay again, but there a more and more resorts popping up on Koh Tao with pool villas in a similar price point and I do think some modernisation is needed to keep up.

The villa is very clean and beautiful. Lovely views to the sea. The pantry is provided with essentials and very reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly and cleaning the room daily (pool every other day, approximately).

We had such high expectations on the villa and to be/feel more private/secluded that we got a little disappointed by our villa number P1. The villa is right next to the reception and by the “main hotel road”. Even though it has some trees we felt very exposed when by the pool and the big windows. If you’re looking for more privacy, I would NOT recommend choosing the P1.

It is simply sensational! It is one of the most beautiful places on the island. Fantastic views, stunning Pool-Villas for every need. Everyone ist extremely kind and helpful, especially the reception-staff. We only booked one day before and had the problem, that villas were only available for one night. I booked the first and the reception managed to organise a stay for 3 nights! I wouldn’t mind staying here for 2 weeks. I don’t know how to top all of this. They arranged everything we asked for and helped to sort out any problem we had. You will not regret this!

The was simply nothing that bothered us or was a problem.

Stayed in villa C17 which had stunning views. Free shuttles were very handy to access Sairee beach. We did walk down to where the sea could be accessed which was steep especially in the heat but definitely doable. It was easy to order in food and menus provided had gluten free options which personally was a massive bonus for me being coeliac. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers and so the rooms having seperate entrances was not a problem but worth noting for families with younger children. The staff were exceptional. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

I stayed in a luxurious villa that had everything I could ask for — a private kitchen, shuttle service, and a stunning location at Shark Bay. The highlight was having a snorkeling point right in front of the villa, and they even provided paddle boards for guests to enjoy. I truly enjoyed my stay here. The staff were kind, professional, and always helped me with everything I needed. The room was spotlessly clean, and I really appreciated the separate bins for waste sorting, showing excellent environmental awareness and waste management. I will definitely come back here again and bring my friends along. This is the most impressive hotel I have stayed at since I arrived in Thailand.

Beautiful views and an amazing Villa. We will absolutely be returning. Plenty of space for a group of 6 in Villa C25. The free shuttles made moving around the island very convenient and if they weren’t running at the time you needed then the local taxis were very easy to book. The access to the below beach was very easy, was just some steps down and the snorkeling equipment provided was great to see all the fish swimming around.

It was a little out of the town but the free shuttles made that not a problem. There was a small bit of construction but it didn’t make much noise or disrupt the stay.

The villa itself was amazing, the scenery and outlook was breathtaking, beds very comfy and the pool was welcoming after a long day out exploring in the heat. Free shuttle service a few times a day is fantastic down to different locations with pick up too and from the main pier

For the price you pay there is very little and I use the term lightly for a warm/hot shower. Kitchens are like a furnace as there is no air conditioning unit in them only the bedrooms which make the kitchens very uncomfortable. Fridge is stocked with water, minerals, eggs, bread, butter, yoghurt at hefty price tag. Only items free was salt and pepper, bit disappointed considering the amount of money we paid. The road leading up to the villas is not for the faint hearted especially with the amount f traffic on them daily heading to the beach club just down the bottom of the hill. Would I return? No Koh Tao is not an island for me and my family. Road conditions are extremely poor, beaches were filthy (glass, plastic, nails) to name a few items I picked up along my beach walks.
