Didn’t have transport from the pier to the accommodation. There were plenty of hotels transporting their guests and we think when you pay this much money there should be transportation. The hill you have to walk up isn’t for people who aren’t fit. Especially with your luggage.

Hotel has stunning sea view and is located on the hill, so if you rent a motorbike it is easy to access. The pool is great, and they give you free beach towels. Rooms are cleaned daily. Highly recommended for a chill and adventurous stay!

While hotel offers a simple breakfast with a few options to choose from, the lengthy waiting times (averaging 30-45 minutes) may be a consideration for those with morning plans, such as diving or heading to the beach. Despite the early start time at 7:30, it might be worthwhile to explore other breakfast options for a more time-efficient start to your day.

Such a great view! Especially from the breakfast place and the swimming pool. The staff are so friendly here too, and e had such a good stay. They can arrange a lot of things for you - scooter, taxi, snorkel renting, etc. The room is also bigger than what I thought; you get a big balcony and a spacious room. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quieter stay in Chalok. A lot of beaches are 5-10 minutes away (even by foot, faster by scooter). The John Suwan and Sun Suwan 360 viewpoint are so close by. This place is probably my favorite hotel/resort we’ve stayed in Thailand.

Facilities are a bit old, have to say. It’s quite old school decor. It’s a steep steep uphill to get up. It’s not a problem if you hire a scooter, but sometimes we preferred walking (and especially after a good meal), it can really burn some calories.

The room was a great size and there was an incredible ocean view from many locations on the property, including my private balcony. The air conditioning in the room worked well. The hotel was located in Chalok Bay, which has a sufficient number of dining options however is much quieter than Sairee Beach, which was perfect for my holiday experience. Like others have mentioned previously, the drive way from the road up to the hotel is steep, however I enjoyed this exercise. I can appreciate others may not (unless exclusively using scooters or taxi’s) therefore it should be considered prior t making a reservation.

The breakfast options could have been a little more diverse than what was provided. I barely noticed anyone eating in the restaurant for lunch and dinner, which was strange. This maybe because the quality of the food and pricing doesn’t compare well with other local restaurants. This is a shame as the view is sensational from the restaurant, therefore I believe this is a wasted opportunity for the hotel. Some of the fixtures in the fittings in the room were a little old. These items could easily be upgraded for little cost, which would enhance the overall feel of the room and the guests experience.

The staff were fantastic and were so helpful throughout the whole stay. The breakfast was also excellent, lots of choices and lots of food. The pool was also lovely, stunning view and really relaxed atmosphere all round.

When we arrived we were given a room that had lots of bugs in but as soon as we asked to change rooms they let us move no problem and put us in a lovely room that was just great! The walk to the beach/town isn’t long (maybe 7 minutes) but it is very steep up hill on the way back up, this didn’t bother us at all really but just something to keep in mind when booking.

Beautiful Resort, view spectacular, unbelievable friendly staff who go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as ever. The room had all the amenities one needs whilst on holiday. Loved listening to the geko's at night and the rooster that wakes you up in the mornings

If you have leg, hip or knee problems sadly this Resort is not for you. Lots of steps in and around the resort not forgetting the steep hill one needs to navigate to get up and down each day. If you have a scooter that definitely helps.

Amazing views probably the best! We were staying in the top villa, I’ve never had scenery from my bed quite like it. Above the trees right in the side of magnificent boulders in fact we had one in the bathroom. Waking up to the dawn chorus was magical. The bed was the comfiest so far which is a bonus as beds in Thailand are usually too firm. Yes the room was a bit scruffy in areas, towels could do with an update, it did not affect our stay, everywhere was really clean. Breakfast was freshly cooked each day, served with juice coffee or tea. The staff were friendly & welcoming. If I ever return to Koh Tao I would come back here.

The most beautiful view of the island. This was our favourite accommodation during our trip to Thailand. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with a terrace that overlooks the beautiful ocean. The pool is also amazing! The staff were so friendly and helpful. There is also a delicious restaurant at the bottom of the hill for dinner called Ananas.

We didnt have a bike, the incline to the hotel was very steep, hard to walk.

Everything ! The view from our room was breathtaking so was the pool and the view from there. Kindness of the staff everyone there is amazing. The place is quiet and couldn’t have dream of a better location. Breakfast in the morning was nice with choice for everyone from salty to Sweet.

Nothing, everything was perfect Just a bit steep (up the Hill) and need a Motorbike to enjoy the area but you always need one in Ko Tao. Also this place deserve every step climbed when you are up there ☺️
