It was lovely it had a nice balcony we did have a room by the road but I didn’t think it was too bad really, they were cutting down a tree by our room when we got there so it was a little loud but they advised us of this when we got there and said what time they’d be done so we were happy with that. They gave us a free breakfast as they had no hot water for us. Room was clean and staff friendly and helpful, they let us leave our luggage all day on our check out day as we went on a trip for the day and got back about 6pm to pick them up

The location of this Resort is amazing. It’s located directly at the beach. Our room was simple but nice as it was in the first row with a balcony directly facing the beach. Our room was not super modern but instead the view was amazing! We enjoyed our time here a lot. There’s a 7eleven as well as many restaurants close by. The beach was not too overcrowded and an amazing place to just calm down and relax. We enjoyed our stay here a lot.

Everything was great.

Perfect location right on the beach, near all the shops and restaurants you could need. The room was good and the veranda nice and spacious. We extended our stay from four nights to eight, the location and the price was really good.

Only thing we had bit of a problem with was some weird sawdust or something on our bed every day. One day we saw couple bugs that looked like termites and informed the staff, they said they’re not termites and everything’s fine and they’ll clean the room whenever we want. So that was fine, but it was still a bit of a hassle.

- decent size room, facing the beach was a bonus - great staff, allowed us to check in before the stated time. - having an air con and a fan - good value for money

- our room wasn’t cleaned throughout our stay - wouldn’t class our room as a bungalow it was more of a maisonette - aware koh tao is very hot, however, having a thin sheet to sleep with isn’t very comfy, and he’d rather hard - fridge did not work

Apartment on second floor with no guiding, so dangerous with baby. You can't let the baby crawl to much. AC changed it settings by itself Water was rarely ever warm. All in all still good. We extended a few days.

I really loved that the property was right next to the beach and the area around is quiet and ideal for families. The WiFi was also good!! Room was well equipped and the air conditioning worked.

The restaurant was lacking in any atmosphere and even if you were staying there they charged 20 baht to use the toilet. They have snorkel gear to rent but it’s super grubby and a lot of it doesn’t work.

Perfect location right at the beach near to all the food and shops you need. The room was nice and everything worked well. We liked the location so much we decided to extend our stay for another four nights!

Perfect location. Clean room with nice balcony with a side sea view. Staff at reception were friendly.

Room wasn't ready until 2 hours after stated check in time. The girl at reception was very apologetic saying that it was a very busy day. Not a major problem , just went to the beach side restaurant to wait.
