Good location, close to the beach, easy to get around in the area, nice pool, great restaurant, and really friendly staff in both the hotel, diveshop and restaurant! Nice big rooms with balconies and simple bathrooms. We were 9 travellers (4 adults and 5 teens age 14-18 years) and had four neighbouring rooms on first floor towards the beach (2 with poolview and 2 on the opposite side). Stayed 9 days and went diving with Carabao.

Restaurant closes at 9 p.m. But the good thing about that is, that it’s quit at the property and very easy to find another restaurant that is open until later. So it wasn’t a problem for us.

Staff are super friendly and welcoming, room was spacious and comfortable, awesome view from the balcony. You get a discount at the restaurant on site, and the food there was really good!

The pool table isn’t free… and the swimming pool looks bigger in the photos. Definitely orientated towards those that are diving but still a cool spot to stay at for a good price even if you’re not!!

We can’t speak highly enough of this place - it made our time in Koh Tao unforgettable. We decided to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Sairee Beach, and stay here to complete our Open Water diving course. After initially booking for 5 nights, we extended for another 4 nights to go on to complete our Advanced Divers course. Everything you need is right here, with great food at the on-site restaurant, but other food options and a 7-ELEVEn just down the road, and scooter hire, laundry, etc all close by. The staff (and doggos) are all great, with a special shout out to our dive instructor, Marco!

We had to wait over an hour for the taxi pick up when we arrived, but this was down to a miscommunication. We were slightly disappointed not to get a late check out the day we left, especially after spending 9 nights here, and knowing the room was available, but nothing that would stop us from returning.

Quiet location, nice beach & food in on site restaurant was so nice and a good price too. 4 friendly small dogs running about, kayaks & snorkels for rent and of course diving which we didn't try. Motorbikes for rent in soi and free shuttle to the pier twice daily. Could see the beach and sea from the balcony.

No remote for the air-con in room but luckily it wasn't too warm so just used the ceiling fan which was fine. Mosquito screens missing from balcony door too, would have been nice for fresh air at night. 5 basic Thai tv channels. No kettle or fridge.

The staff were so so friendly, and they made our stay a pleasure! Thank you Carabao team! Restaurant on site, really reasonable prices. Can hire snorkel kit & kayaks. Location couldn't have been better either, right on the beach, in a very chilled area. We weren't planning on diving but ended up doing the course and some extra fun dives. Had a fantastic week 😊

Even-though we don’t usually ask hotels to make up our room every day, it would be good to have the option to request it when needed. At least changing bins every second day. We were staying for a week, and I had to grab the broom and take the bins out myself.

The location is great walking distance to shark bay, Taa Ton beach and freedom beach.

The hotel doesn’t provide free drinking water, unlike most of the hotels and Airbnbs I stayed at in Thailand. There’s also no tea, coffee, or kettle in the room.

Great place. Double ensuite room with fan for about £9 a night. Nice balcony looking at the beach. You can hear the waves from the balcony. Stayed a week and after 3 days asked them to clean the room and they did it that afternoon. Drying rack for clothes. Nice restaurant next door. Staff very helpful. Diving. Had a refresher dive and then 3 more dives with them. Everything was well explained about the diving route and what we might see. And free snacks and water on boat. The pool was a great addition too. With beach loungers around it. Lots of nice places to eat within 5 mins walk and lots of shakes and smoothies on offer everywhere. Would definitely go again. Also very cute friendly dogs around the communal areas. Excellent.

By a beautiful beach with sunset. Big room, clean and confortable. The restaurant is good and not expensive for koh tao.

They said they clean the room every 3 days but I asked 2 times and they didnt do It. Even when I left the key and said no Rush during the day... I ve made It myself, ask one cleaning lady for the brush... The restaurant staff could be more friendly. Smiling is for free...
