Cozy rooms and its nice to see the garden with plants from the balcony. The location is also very good, I could walk to most places by foot. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended especially considering their good prices!

Its just a picky thing. The lightning could be less clinical/cold, warmer shade and brigther room lights.

Wonderful quiet location. Near shops, restaurants and the beach. Spacious, clean room with very comfortable bed. Fridge and kettle provided. Staff efficient and friendly.

Small thing; the chairs provided on balcony and in room are super uncomfortable.

The facility is very new and modern, looking really nice. The staff is extraordinary and amazing! The y carry the bags for you to your room, you get room cleaning and water bottles every day. Scooter rental is also possible and fair priced! They pick you up and return you to the pier for free, which is also amazing. All in all, the staff is really exceptional and I can only highly recommend this place. It’s modern, nice, extremely clean and has a very good location with some good restaurants around. Everything else can be reached with a scooter. Would definitely come again if prices remain stable. Thank you very much for hosting me on Koh Tao!

This does not play a role, but if you have loud neighbours (yelling in Spanish from one end of the room to the other), then the walls can appear very thin. But generally, the place is very quiet.

Very nice staff, absolutely super kind and caring. Felt at home. There are plants all over and get well treated. Location is not in the centre nor at a beach but if you have a motorbike or scooter, it is very central of many nice directions to go to. Good foodplaces nearby. Nearest beach like 8-10 minutes walking distance. City centre like 15-20 minutes walking distance, which was not a problem to us.

Walking requires to walk on roads with a lot (and then I really mean a lot) of scooters. The island honestly has too many, and taxi rides are much more expensive then other places in Thailand. The hotel however offers a few free shuttle moments to town. Back to the hotel you pay someting. Watch out for scrap the repair shop has laying around at the beginning of the little road to the hotel. You can seriously hurt you feet in the dark on it and they discard your comment if you tell them you did (I ended up in hospital one 1/2 day because of it).

This charming, budget-friendly hotel offers excellent value for money. The receptionist contacted me beforehand and arranged a convenient pickup from the pier. Upon arrival, I was able to rent a well-maintained scooter from the hotel itself, making it effortless to explore the entire island. The accommodation is consistently solid: the room is clean, and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

The only downside is the internet speed—it's acceptable but basic. ( surfing the net is okay but struggles with streaming) Other than that, everything is great.

I loved the quiet location, restaurants and cafes very close by though, big balcony where I always had my coffee in the morning looking out in the greenery...room was really big and exactly like shown on the pictures. For me it was perfect!

I rented a bicycle which was not in very good shape...no lights for the bike were provided, if you wanted to ride back from a restaurant in the evening its quite dangerous because no-one sees you!!! There's no breakfast and no restaurant, even though the name says greenery resort and eatery....

This place is a gem! A short rocky road away from the mainroad you’ll find Greenery Resort, a well maintained place with clean rooms, comfy beds, and a superfriendly staff. The location was great too, not in the midst of the partyzone, but close enough to easily reach everything by scooter (which is a must on this island, it’s crawling with scooters) Also, rent your scooter here! Most places demand your passport as a deposit, which is a very bad and fraudulent idea. At Greenery, no passport deposit is needed. To top this all off they also provide pick up from and to the pier. All your needs are taken care of, for a very reasonable price.

Greenery was a great place to stay. There was a really good on site restaurant with a wide ranging menu where we ate for most breakfasts and a couple of dinners. It was closed for a couple of days and a very short walk to the main road is a fabulous French cafe (open til 5pm) that did perfect for breakfast. Plus a shop very close too. The room was a good size, with a great shower, good a/c and very friendly and helpful staff. Greenery organised a taxi for us, there is a free shuttle to and from the pier, a book swap, lots of seating if you want to get out of your apartment. It was red hot when we were there so we didn't capitalise on the tiered garden area, but it looked really nice if you could get in the shade. We rented a couple of bokes for the day for a great price and scooters were also available. The location meant we could easily walk to the main street where there were loads of restaurants and dive shops and if you're feeling energetic you can also walk to Shark Bay and the John Suan (spelt wrong!) viewpoint.

The walls in the bedroom were a bit thin, so we could hear our neighbours chatting a bit late into the night, but not really a big deal. This is no reflection on Greenery, but the island is very hilly and we weren't confident about taking a scooter to a bay that involved some really steep hills and drops, so you're a bit stuck. We didn't want to go on a crowded boat trip so booked a taxi (all are 4x4's) on a couple of days which made it a bit pricey, but we were happy and safe and could take our time snorkelling.

The staff were so friendly and helpful! We rented a bike from them which we would recommend as taxis on the island are over priced so it works out much cheaper! Beds were comfy, good air con. They said they are building a swimming pool next year which will be amazing! We will definitely come back for that!

We marked down because we had an issue with ants in the room, they did a deep clean but unfortunately the issue wasn't solved. The WiFi wasn't great but this seems to be the same issue across the island. The only other thing I'd recommend to the hotel is to do up the bathrooms as they aren't great. Other than that an amazing stay!
