Really nice place to stay on Koh Tao. Clean and comfy rooms and the staff are all so friendly and helpful. Arranged to pick us up from the pier and also took us to our next location which was super helpful. Really good value for money glad we found this place.

Very enjoyable 2 days at this Hotel. Staff were superb. Had an issue with noise from a neighbour room who were partying the day when we arrived very tired from a long journey. No worry on neighbour just play loud music so requested another room. Lovely professional Myanmar lady with superb English said unfortunately the hotel was full for same rooms. So I went back to my room to try to sleep. 5 mins later the receptionist knocked and offered us a free upgraded room. Service was excellent. Nice location with restaurants near by and a quieter vibe from main town. Can hire reasonably priced motorbikes at hotel too. Lovely restaurant attached also. Room are quiet and very nicely furnished and modern and comfortable. Good breakfast too.

The hotel has really nice spacious rooms. They can pick you up from the pier and drop you back there when your stay is over. The staff are really friendly. The hotel is located near many restaurants and stores, making it really convenient. If you don't ride motorbikes, you can walk from there to popular beaches and snorkeling points, like Ao Leuk, Shark Bay and more (if you don't bother walking up and down some hills). They also have a shuttle service to some beaches. Very good AC in the room.

The breakfast is really basic, so don't expect too much. Also, I noticed some small ants in the shower, and also a cute gecko. It didn't bother me though.

Fantastic staff, cleanliness, great comfortable beds. Very impressed with Kyi Phyu Aung, the front office receptionist. Outstanding service from her. Helped in tracking my misplaced phone. Speaks English and is very knowledgeable about Koh Tao. Nothing she couldn't help me with in my questions and concerns. Cleaning staff came and helped with a mess I created. We'd definitely come back here. And there's a kettle in the dining area for guest use and the hotel restaurant looked good. Thank you!!

We loved the location on the island. So many good and drink options within a reasonable walking distance and there’s a nice sop right next door. About a 10 min walk down to the beach with nice places to hang out. The staff was really friendly and professional. They provide housekeeping when you need and also can rent you a scooter for a reasonable price.

The side that our room was on didn’t get much natural sunlight. It’s a bit pricey for what you get compared to other areas in Thailand.

Great location for getting everywhere on Koh Tao, quieter end of the island, less hectic than Sairee area. Really comfortable and huge room, slept very well here, great air con. Lots of good restaurants nearby and a shop underneath the hotel which was really convenient. Lounge area with tables, loungey seats, large TV and some games. Very friendly staff, can have room cleaned every day if you want. Free transfer to and from the pier, even at 6:30am! We really enjoyed the hotel and Koh Tao so ended up extending from 5 to 11 nights!

Comfy bed but we booked a double bedroom which was just 2 single beds so we pushed them together. Good price.

walls are like paper thin, some woman came screaming down the corridor drunk at around 4:30am and woke everyone up then at about 8am the national anthem was played at full blast waking everyone up again so didn’t get a great sleep. Rooms weren’t really cleaned, floors weren’t brushed, mopped or anything. Location wasn’t the best, it was a 20minute walk from the main area but we knew that before booking and don’t mind a walk.

Where do I start this place sorted me right out for my trip and made it effortless. They messaged me in advanced to see what time my ferry was which changed twice may I add. They was still waiting for me at the pier although my ferry was half an hour late. I arrived early in the morning hours before check in time around 10.30 I think. I presumed they’d just let me leave my bags but they checked me in straight away which I can thank them enough for! Staff was amazing couldn’t be any more helpful or polite. Motorbikes are there ready and waiting to be hired at good price, nearly new bikes and completely hassle free. Food there was amazing and avarage priced so I just ate there every night and they would bring to your room if you wanted aswell. They had a shop there also with anything you could possibly need. Would definitely recommend!

Wasn’t a fan of the silk bed sheets but that’s just personal preference.

Everything that I needed was provided. Friendly staff, used scooter to get around whilst I stayed. Picked up from pier and dropped off. Taught me some burmese whilst I stayed. Shop below hotel to buy supplies. Rooms cleaned quickly when requested.

Other people staying sometimes slam the door when leaving the room rather than pull the door gently shut. Not the hotels fault, just wallys staying that are inconsiderate. If the hotel had an alternative to milk like oat milk/soya/almond/other I could have had option 2 breakfast meal which was the cereal option but because I do not eat animals or consume dairy I had toast and jam everyday with a banana and tea instead of option 1 and 2.

Really good place to stay in Koh Tao. The bed was very comfortable, the AC cooled super well and the staff is very friendly. Gi knew how to attend to all our needs. We were going to stay only for 5 nights and we ended up extending up to 9 nights. I would definitely go back to this place! (Most of the island was without electricity several times because they are making renovations in the electricity supply , but the hotel apparently has its own generator because we always had light!)
