There cannot be a better located dorm! I love that the dorms are in the resort, you get access to all the resort amenities at the price of a dorm. It was clean, well kept, and extremely affordable. The staff clean the grounds every day to remove fallen leaves. There are also some adorable dogs that roam about the property :) My favourite part though was the bean bags on the beach! Best way to unwind. I also tried the restaurant for a meal, the food was great.

The air conditioning in the room struggled quite a bit, especially during day time. They should consider putting at least a fan to help circulate the air. There should be a 24 hour drinking water source easily accessible.

Very nice hotel sincerely. Nice room paint in good condition. Practical furniture. We have room for 2 suitcases. Large terrace. Safe. Good bedding. Functional bathroom with separation between the WC and the shower. Magnificent and maintained green spaces. Smiling staff (reception and restaurant .... but not maids). The hotel is well located near Freedom Beach and Shark Bay. It is also close to many points of view. Scooter rental on site with a good price. à la carte breakfast. Fantastic fruit juices (mango and mint or strawberries and mint). PADI diving center? not tested for personal reasons). Beach towels placed in the room. cleaning done every day. Payment made upon arrival. 2 problems only one of which is annoying: bad smell in the bathroom certain times of the day and .... a repetitive noise which comes from ??? Water balloons when someone activates the water? Or air conditioning? I think these are rams in the piping. The management offered to relocate to 1 other room we visited 4 and finally preferred to stay in our large clean room and with a beautiful terrace on the 1st floor. I will come back.

Restaurant on beach Planning dives was a breeze The dives and instructors and guides were great! Great location.

It would have been nice to have some mtn bikes for rent to help get back and forth to the pier. I guess I need to learn to ride a scooter/motor bike. They had those available for rent. Also, really happy that the taxi driver was available to give rides, as needed. And still pleased with the location, secluded enough from the noisy area but still restaurants, shops, yoga studio, currency exchange and 7/11 nearby

The view from the property is just awesome. One could just spend days at the property without venturing out. They have a nice restaurant that serves good food and drinks. The staff is polite.They offer free pick up from the port and also allow early check-in at no extra cost.

The water was kept in the Dive Class office instead of an open accessible place. I couldn't access it at night when the office was closed. My room door knob wouldn't lock and opened in the night which led to mosquitoes in the room. The mattress has a rexine cover, so whenever one moves in bed, it makes a sound.

The resort is beautiful with pastoral views and country vibes. Close to restaurants, 7-11, shark bay. There is a beach in the resort, small but beautiful.

Facilities in the bungalow are outdated, especially bathroom. For me that was not crucial at all and our stay was still very nice. There’s a lot of mosquitoes and it seems like the resort doesn’t take any action to struggle with them.

The hotel belongs to our diving school, so it was very comfortable for dive courses participants. The room and the area was clean, quiet and very beautiful. The stay has included transfer from and to the pier - this made our arrival very comfortable.

Some of the hotel staffs were a bit difficult to communicate, we went to have a breakfast in the morning and the staff could not communicate neither Thai nor English with us.

Lovely location, just off the main road away from the noise. Really cute little set up of bungalows that lead to the sea and some lovely areas with bean bags and over the water hammocks to relax, I spent a whole day there just chilling and it was perfect after 3 full on days of diving. The beach isn’t really a beach as the tide is high in the day, but you can still enjoy the sea. The rooms are simple but have what you need, i loved the little outside sitting area on the bungalow veranda, a nice little spot to cool down, read a book and listen to the birds. It is close to shark bay and view point i walked and it took about 12mins, some steep inclines but the viewpoint is worth it. Lovely helpful staff from picking me up from my dive accommodation, to checking in early to helping me book my ferry ticket on possibly the busiest day (full moon), they could not get me a ticket at the resort, so took me to the main office at the pier where i was able to buy the last ticket to catch my flight. on my last day i missed the shuttle into town for my ferry and i was taken in the golf cart in the pouring rain, very grateful for the lift. There is an amazing little cafe place called Big Bite on the corner as you turn off the main road, lovely spot for breakfast, i had the smoothie bowl and avocado on toast it was amazing and great coffee, see pic

The air con was not very powerful and kept going off, minor issue.

We stayed in a hostel room, and it was perfect for us as was near lots of restaurants, right on the beach, had a lovely pool and really pretty scenery!

The beds in the hostel were a little uncomfortable and the vent in the bathroom could of done with a mosquito net as we had lots of bugs coming into the bathroom.

Amazing location! The resort is incredible and the price is super affordable, especially considering the experience that you will be getting. We were in disbelief of the views when we arrived! The staff are also very friendly. We took a one day divint course with Russ and absolutely loved it! Would recommend this to anyone traveling to Koh Tao.
