The beach is nice, the hotel set up is cool and really boho-chique! Work still is being done, and in the room we missed some small things like a hook to hang our towel in the shower, but that’s a minor detail. I loved that there was a beach bag and coffee in the morning, fresh water. The people at the reception desk were very helpful.

It would be nice if there were some appointed locations for the use of marihuana and some supervision. Because now it was everywhere, also a lot around the pool, beach bar and therefore also kids play area. Not the best to be around with kids in my opinion. People were also very loud, and rude to staff. Cleaning: was not really okay for us. Upon arrival I requested new sheets as ours were dirty, I mentioned this through the WhatsApp. But up till departure we did not get any new sheets.

I slept on the hill and there is no elevator. The only way to get to the room was to climb almost 80 stairs every time that was pain in the ass.

The room was exceptional, very spacious and clean. The bed and our own jacuzzi with a view over Haad Rin beach were our highlights. The staff was super attentive and always provided us with water, towels, toilet paper etc. The communication with front desk was very helpful and smooth. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. In our opinion we got more than we payed for which makes it our favourite resort we have stayed in so far. They provide scooter rentals as well as shuttles and make sure you are happy at all times. We cant wait to come here again and enjoy the private peaceful beach and views.

Make sure you come to breakfast in time to have enough to choose from, as they do pack down the buffet very punctual at 10.00

A true tropical paradise – unforgettable stay at Lotus Luxury Villa! We stayed here from July 29 to August 2, and it was pure perfection from start to finish. The villa is absolutely stunning – spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The private pool and direct beach access made every moment special, from sunrise swims to evening cocktails by the water. The location is peaceful and private, yet still close enough to great restaurants and attractions. The beach in front of the villa is clean, quiet, and perfect for both adults and kids. The service was outstanding – the team was attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with transfers, activities, or anything we needed. A very special thanks to Jenny, the amazing concierge, who truly made everything possible – from last-minute requests to organizing special touches that made our stay unforgettable. The breakfast we enjoyed every morning was like heaven – fresh, beautifully presented, and the perfect start to each day. We felt at home from the moment we arrived and left with wonderful memories. We had a wonderful stay at Cocohut Beach Resort! The staff were absolutely amazing — super friendly and always quick to help us with anything through WhatsApp, which made communication very easy. The location is at the end of a steep road, but the hotel provides a free private shuttle car at any time you need. It’s very comfortable and helpful, whether you want to go up the hill or to the main center of Haad Rin — they’ll drop you off or pick you up whenever you ask. The facilities are excellent: two beautiful pools (the upper infinity pool is especially stunning), very clean water, and plenty of comfortable tanning beds. The private beach is quiet and peaceful — perfect for relaxing. The hotel also provides beach towels whenever needed, you just sign for them. The rooms are super clean. We booked a big terrace room and it was fantastic — spacious, with two king-sized beds, which made our stay even more comfortable. The Breakfast is also very good, an egg station, lots of salads, coffee machines, breads, and lot more Overall, this resort offers a perfect balance of comfort, service, and relaxation. Highly recommended!!

We liked everything!

Very nice resort with private beach. We had room no.421, which was on the top of the resort with nice view. We liked it very much. Our room was huge with everything what you need (kettle, fridge, cups, bathrobe...). The room was very clean and hotel wanted to cleaned it every day.

The pool area is too small for this huge resort, second pool would be great. There were a lots of Israeli tourist, who behaved not very politely. They were very noisy and rude.I really missed the sun loungers on the beach, I don't understand why the hotel would solve this, there wouldn't be so many people at the pool. The breakfast can be better with more variations.

We loved the stay - we booked deluxe room, its by the pool and on the beach. Staff was very kind and helpful all the time, even before we arrived, nonstop available on whatsapp. Breakfasts were excellent, even after a week we were not bored from the offer, which included lots of salads, fruits, thai food etc. Everything was clean - rooms, pool area, beach… In the room you get daily water and there is a coffee capsule machine. Prices in the bar and restaurant are little bit overpriced, but you have endless options to eat in the area as well. The only annoying thing (and its not technically hotel issue) were groups of Israeli people, who were very loud and had no manners, acting like it’s their private party.

Great location on an almost private beach. Gorgeous sunsets sitting at the end of the jetty. We had 2 rooms for our family a bungalow and room with view and pool. Both were great, the room with pool was amazing with gorgeous views. Food and drinks at restaurant were also good. It’s very close to the action at haad rin with a free shuttle bus. You’ll need to check location of rooms if you want to be near the beach and reception as this is not a traditional hotel, it seems to be 2 hotels that are now managed as cocohut. Don’t miss the infinity pool at the top of the hotel, views are amazing and the shuttle will drop you up there from reception.

It’s on a hillside so be prepared to walk up and down hills and stairs. Breakfast quite standard and limited offering.
