Location literally couldn’t have been better - quiet and felt like you were in the middle of nowhere, but actually it was central to everywhere. Great beach just minutes away and choice of 2 lovely pools to enjoy. Breakfast was delicious and changed every day with plenty of options for vegetarians/vegans. So glad we chose to stay, the staff were wonderful and it was our place in Ko Samui without doubt. Cafe Madrid pizza just across the road served the best pizza ever Lamai cooking school was also fantastic. An excellent stay all around, stayed 6 nights and wish we didn’t have to leave.

The location was perfect, a short walk aroung the corner to the beach, and lots of restaurants and bars across the road from the hotel. The hotel is beautifully laid out with lush greenery and spotlessly clean, we had a large room with all the facilities to make our stay comfortable, breakfast was very good and even better they have 2 fantastic coffee machines in the breakfast room

it was so annoying that other hotel guests put our their towels and belongings on pool loungers and disappear for the day, only to come back to swim at 5pm! On 2 afternoons of our 7 day we could not make use of the pool because of this, management should have a system that any belongings left longer than an hour unattended should be removed, This is very selfish behaviour of other hotel guests!

Location is fantastic - close to the beach (2 min walking to public beach access) and at the same time directly in the street with lots of restaurants, bars and some action. Best of both worlds, especially with family really cool, since the walking distance is never too far for the stuff you need. We were here during off season, so I don't know if it is too busy during high season in the area. We really liked it, that the area wasn't as busy as normal. Also the hotel area is really pretty. Two pools and lots of trees - everything seemed in good shape. We would book again and recommend to our friends if they wish to visit the area. Also a good starting point for some elephant sanctuary or pig Island Tour. Staff is really friendly and tries to help with bookings/arrangements.

Everything was great, cannot complain about anything to be honest. Staff was super friendly and nice, helped with any requests we had. You can rent a scooter straight from the hotel which is super convenient. The room was big, clean and comfortable. There are 2 pools, one more quiet in a beautiful garden and another bigger one near the breakfast area. The location is great, 5 minutes walking from the beach and on the main street in Lamai, where you can find restaurants, bars and shops, a night market right in front and a 7-11 next door. Would totally come back if we're vising Koh Samui.

If i have to nitpick, I would've liked some more variety for breakfast but it is decent enough for a good meal at the start of the day

The food was good, the room was amazing and the property was great. The staff was friendly. Everything looked new and clean. Great bathroom and beds. Location to the pool was great. I would recommend this motel to others. Once you on the property you forget about all the crowds and feel like you are on an oasis. One of the nicest properties we stayed at on our trip. The Thai staff was exceptional as always.

I requested the motel to get me a scooter and it was a couple hours late but not the staffs fault. I had booked the rooms with Agoda and they messed up the reservation again (Don't use Agoda). I had to pay significantly more for the rooms at the motel as they did not receive my reservation through Agoda. We unfortunately had dump of a room the day prior and I wanted to treat my wife and family to a nice place. The motel was great. I would say Agoda cost me about 3,000 baht.

We come to Koh Samui once every 2 years and keep coming back to Am Samui palace because it’s such a lovely place to stay, staff are friendly, breakfast buffet is amazing and it’s in a great location close to lots of food options, massages and lots of shops, the beach access js also very close. There is also basic gym facilities to get you by nothing amazing but gives you a quick workout during your visit otherwise there is other options for a gym in lamai if it doesn’t fulfill your requirements. Can’t fault a thing about this resort and can’t wait for our next stay. Thanks Am Samui for a wonderful stay.

The location of the hotel was very good for us, close to the beach, close to the shops, restaurants, night markets, but still aside from the big road. We got a room in the ground floor close to the entrance, in front of reception. So we were a little bit concerned that it might be too loud, but it turned out to be fine. The territory of the hotel is green, clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful. The room was also clean and had everything you need. Minus one point for the condition of the room, it needs renovation, especially bathroom. We didn't book breakfast but we passed the restaurant every morning at breakfast times and from what we saw there I don't think we missed much. All in all, good experience, I recommend.

The hotel is located right in the heart of Lamai beach. Perfect location to take advantage of the beach or nightlife

There isn’t much you can dislike about this hotel, we loved it. However, if there was one thing I would change is that the bed was a little hard for my taste.

The location is amazing. Although is not on the first line to the beach, it is really easy and 2 min walk to get there. The place is great, clean and comfortable. Good showers, nice bath at the balcony, spacious room. Cordial and nice staff! Breakfast was tasty and have enough food diversity.

Some equipment at the gym did not work. There was no water at the gym which is open (very hot). So a suggestion to maintain it better and providing water. Everything else was just perfect!

Very nice hotel located in a quiet part of Lamai beach with nearby restaurants, shops and whatever you may need. You can enjoy 2 swimming pools and we liked especially the one with more plants and greenery around it due to the natural shade. The room's size was very spacious and this exceeded our expectations. Staff was helpful and polite. Breakfast was various and delicious. Thanks.

The only thing we didn't like is that it was hardly to find a place near the pool as the guests were covering the sunbeds from the early morning and just left them empty for later usage. We don't support this practice even though is met in many hotels.
