The room was spacious, with a 2-floor top floor with a partial sea view. It featured a hot tub on the balcony, and although it was used only once, it's a nice add-on. The breakfast menu selection and variety were excellent, with plenty of food, from standard breakfast items to Indian and Thai meal choices. The staff is courteous and helpful, available to cater to every need. Cleaning and restocking items like coffee and water were offered daily, which was good because you didn't need to buy water outside. The resort is situated in the north of Patong Beach, a quieter area outside the busy nightlife and daily hustle, with plenty of dining options in the surrounding hotels and vendors. It was close enough to the busy party area to get there on foot.

The shower water pressure was weak in the room, possibly because of the two-floor design. The resort is located about 1-1.5 hour drive from the airport in traffic (and the traffic can get bad there). The cost of the taxi-van is about 1200 BAH.

The location was perfect, just off the sea front and a short walk to Bangla Road and Jung Ceylon. The staff were lovely and Happy Hour and the restaurant was fabulous. Both provided an elegant alternative to going out and are worth paying a bit more for. The view from the pool is stunning and the pool area is pleasant. I also loved the handmade gingerbread house and the Christmas tree in the lobby.

We booked a junior suite and despite it having a lovely kitchenette and dining table it didn't come with silverware or plates. Id be more than happy to pay to hire them or pay a cleaning fee just to limit the massive amount of single use plastics I got through. Thailand is beautiful and I'd like to keep it that way.

Facilities were very good. Rooftop pool very enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent with a very wide selection . Staff were very friendly & helpful our housekeeping Lady was exceptionally helpful & friendly.

Unfortunately we had a pool access room facing the access street. Night time we had interrupted sleep with noise and people coming and going at all hours. Also our pool had no sun with being shaded by buildings.

The split level 2 bedroom penthouse style unit was outstanding. The view from the spa on the balcony spectacular. it was far bigger than i expected.

A few minor maintenance issue and the tv system need some work but who goes to Patong t watch TV

We was due to stay at the Charm the last week of our holiday, however due to the hotel previously in being cut short we had to change our plans and I asked them to change the dates of our holiday and bring our stay forward, staff at the Charm were amazing and was happy to help. Staff were professional and nothing was to much trouble for them. Staff at the poolbar were fantastic, as were the reception and dining room staff. Rooms were lovely, we had a deluxe double with pool, my only criticism would be that if your in room 4121 the debris seems to flow in front of that room so didn't use the pool, however the roof pool was lovely with beautiful views, thank you Charm 😊

The attached pool to the room was very convenient. So nice! Accessibility is very good. Very near to the beach and marketplace. The food was amazing on the property. Nice breakfast. Didn't get bored even for 6 days.

They are not keen on cleaning the room unless we request them. We stayed for a week, but they were okay to continue without cleaning even for 6 nights. No instruction on how to operate the locker. Couldnt use it. The virtual credit card didn't work. Have to pay through a debit card. A little struggle during that.

Super friendly and professional staff.. Nothing was too much trouble. Location is excellent for travel. Stayed in room 2105 which is on Sunny side of the building so if booking a room with private pool access try and request this as just amazing.. Sunrise and sunset outside your room!

The staff were quick to respond to an issue even though they couldn’t resolve it they tried. We were upgraded which was a great experience.

The pillows were too high and uncomfortable , no options. The floors were dirty , although cleaners wipe them , they need a good wash. The shower was not clean The tv reception is horrible and no cable English options The staff are friendly and accomodating

This hotel with perfect location. You just need less than 5 mins walk to the beach. 10-15 mins walk to shopping areas. I like the distance coz it stays a bit away from the busy area but easy enough to reach. They have different room types and we have booked two bedrooms duplex with shared living room and a Jacuzzi on the balcony which is really lovely. They provide racks outdoor so we can dry the wet clothes so easily. The room is clean. Air conditioning is strong. We ordered room service which comes fast and yummy!!! You can relax in the room and enjoy good food at the same time. Oh! Their roof floor pool is also an another highlight that you shouldn’t miss! We use hotel-airport pick up for both ways and their price is reasonable. After settling down, we booked an ATV Tour and a PP island tour from the hotel. The assistant manager Dang is very friendly and helpful. She manage to enrol us to the tours with discount! What a surprise 🥰 everything is welly handled and hassle free. The breakfast buffet is good. They provided different varieties and changed dishes everyday. Staff are always polite and cheerful. Very friendly and easy to communicate. We had wonderful time in Phuket and choose to stay in the Charm is definitely a best choice!

Staff were lovely, nice hotel, pool access room was great. Close to the beach. Not to far of a walk to the main strip. A good stay overall!
