Birthday Surprise: The resort surprised us with a delicious cake for my daughter’s birthday, which added a personal touch to our experience. 8. Unfortunately, there was one disappointing issue. After my departure, I received an email from the facility claiming a false damage charge of 15,000 THB, alleging that we had damaged a sofa with cigarette use. This was baffling as no one in my family smokes cigarettes. I requested the resort to recheck their claim, as it seems completely unfounded. I am still awaiting a response from the facility regarding this matter.

Amazing Stay at Andara Resort, Phuket – Truly Unforgettable! Just returned from an incredible holiday at Andara Resort in Phuket and I couldn’t be more impressed. The villa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and provided a high-end, luxurious experience from the moment we arrived. The service was absolutely top-notch – the entire staff was attentive, kind, and professional. A special shoutout to AIR and the assistant, who went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. Their warm hospitality really made us feel at home. The sound system in the villa was the best I’ve experienced – perfect for relaxing by the pool or enjoying the evening vibes. If you’re looking for a clean, elegant, and peaceful getaway with exceptional service and stunning views, I highly recommend Andara Resort. I’ll definitely be back!

Breakfast spread and English proficiency could be better

We had a magnificent time at Andara. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property is absolutely stunning – spacious, beautifully maintained, and even more breathtaking than the photos online (which really don’t do it justice). The room, facilities, and service were uniquely designed and thoughtfully prepared. Our villa had a personalized flower arrangement that added such a warm and elegant touch – a true reflection of the care the staff put into every detail. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and made our stay extra special. A few names I remember are K. Lin, K. Pleum, K. Bella, K. Bank, and K. Mook – each of them went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They accommodated our many requests with warmth and even surprised us with a complimentary birthday cake when they found out we were celebrating. Breakfast was exceptional – fresh, delicious, and full of variety every day. This was truly one of the best resort experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you, Andara, for the unforgettable memories!

The views and space were amazing. The villa was huge and you could not beat the view of the sea. The hotel food was really good. The staff are fantastic. The Thai night in the restaurant with traditional dancing was great and the kids got involved with help from the dancers which was really fun . The helpers in the villa were extremely nice. Khun O and Khun Aye.

One of the bedrooms smelled, and felt damp as the air conditioning was not working properly. Looks a little worn in places -such as the torn blinds in the bedroom . When travelling with kids it would be good to have access to a washing machine for washing clothes. This I would have expected in a 4 bed villa. The hotel laundry prices were extremely high so we sent out to a local laundry service that was very reasonable.

Excellent time at Andara; our second stay in 2 years. Had a 3 bed pool villa which was great for space and facilities. Staff always courteous and helpful. Resort facilities are great with ease of access to Kamala Beach and town. Large communal pool in resort. Sauna is fantastic form all kinds of treatments - visited twice with family and were able to make use of it on our last day before getting our transfer to airport. Excellent food options for all meals though we did get room service a lot of times as we enjoyed the villa and the opportunity to relax in the villa space.

Our stay at the Andara hotel in Phuket was unforgettable! We booked a private pool villa, and it was absolute paradise—spacious, beautifully decorated, and secluded. The private pool surrounded by tropical greenery felt like our own hidden retreat. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel pampered from start to finish. The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and every detail was thoughtfully done. Breakfast was delicious. If you’re looking for a relaxing, luxurious getaway in Phuket, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

Our stay was perfect. The hotel looked great in photos but it was even better in person. Staff was extremely helpful and kind and the breakfasts were the best I’ve ever experienced - incredibly wide selection. Also we didn’t know there is a shuttle to the beach included for guests which was extremely useful so made it very easy for us to get to Kamala beach and restaurants there. Generally the hotel staff paid great attention to detail which I really appreciate and feel makes the difference of a good and great hotel. Overall, our stay was very special and I’d happily visit again.

Nothing bad about the hotel but the area of Kamala Beach was not as nice as we expected.

Excellent hotel, booked the 2 bed penthouse pool suite. Room was large, well set out with 2 beds, lounge space with dining table and well stocked kitchen and outdoor balcony. Small private pool with sun beds were on the roof accessible by a set of stairs within the suite lobby area. Main restaurant is great for meals, though we ate mostly in our room as plenty of space. Good choice of western and thai dishes for adults and kids. Excellent sauna which we visited twice. Very helpful staff. Use of hotel transport for runs into Kamala for free was great facility. Hotel has prime location on the edge of Kamala town which can be reached by use of complimentary hotel transport or a short walk. Also only 3 minutes to nearby closest local restaurants, 7-11 and Pharmacy.

Minor gripe about the water pressure for the showers in the room. Would run ok, then water would slow to a trickle and then run normal again; this would repeat for the whole time during use. Possibly due to using pumped system to reach top floor of block of 3 suites. Small kids club where space and activities are probably more suited to toddlers (2 to 6 years) than older kids (>7).

Breakfast timing should be more.. they end by 10.30 am… usually people go for holidays, wake up late
