Whole hotel was dreamy!! Open spaces and lot of installations, I loved the design of the rooms and how big they were. Personal attention was very kind and attentive. Beach was clean and they took care of everything all the time. Loved how attentive are with guests in the beach/pool/dining area. I could repeat here again and see a little more these amazing sunsets. See you soon!

Even when I paid in advance because I didn't bring that card with me to this trip I had a little trouble at the check in but staff make a solution and resolved.

The staff at My Beach are top notch! We stayed here 3 years ago and two staff members, Nat and Duan, remembered us. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. When you stay here you feel like you are part of the family. Shout out to YaYa, Nat, Duan, Cookie, Pang, Nam, Jane, Bom, Jae, Koy and Billy for taking good care of us. We also love the improvements that have been made since the last time we were here. The beach bar is great and the cafe is also lovely.

I think it would be great if the Spa/Massage area was given an upgrade. The ladies are wonderful but I think they need a better space that is a little more private and quiet.

The staff were very kind and friendly and the food in the resturant was lovley. The pools were also good.

We booked a pool view room, however you could not see the pool unless you went outside and looked way over the balcony. The beach was really dirty and not able to be swum in safely. The extra fee for the pool view was a waste of money. As the view we could actually see was just of other rooms.

It was all exceptional. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The food was delicious. The petite beach was charming.

Nothing. Just a few quick thoughts. I think closing the bar at eleven would be a better decision than ten-thirty, given the lack of other options. The room was quite dark.

Very attentive staff, clean and comfortable. Beautiful location. 1hr from Phuket International Airport. Secluded but not too far a drive to other livelier locations. Didn't seem far for us anyway. If lively location is what you are after, this isn't a resort for you. There are no nightclubs nearby. Patong is on the otherside of the island. If relaxation, quiet, rest, modest luxury, beautiful private beach and scenery is what you are after then this is the resort for you. The resort would get day visitors who were staying at other hotels but came for the day for some beach privacy and relaxation. The pool is clean and large and overlooks the ocean. Same as the restaurant. There is a greenhouse like structure, Parisian style adjoining cafè which i do not remeber the full name of, sorry. Do yourself a favour and after your buffet breakfast go and get your coffee and extra pastry from them. Their signature dirty coffee was creamy and delicious. Every coffee we tried on their menu was great! And you can watch the pastry chefs construct their goods through the window into the kitchen. With traffic the average drive from the resort to other lively areas took about 30-40mins. This was to Chillva Night Market, Naka Weekend Market and Phuket Old Town Markets. Phuket Old Town Markets was the best for us. Just be aware there will be CROWDS. There is not anything walking distance from the resort except a 7/11 and a few stand alone beach clothing stores. But we were after seclusion to switch off and completely relax away from crowds and noise. We stayed in the premire Beach front room. Waking up to views of the beach and ocean right in front of us was very relaxing. The bed was comfortable and spacious, same with the bathroom. The large heavy blinds kept the light out well and helped keep the room cool as well as air con. The staff are happy to help cater to your needs and incredibly friendly. Is the resort suitable for kids?

There was nothing we didn't like. The massages were great, however I think the resort would benefit from an expansion of their spa facilities to also offer facials, manicure, pedicures and day spa packages. The buffet breakfast was ok. I have nothing bad to say about it, it was just ok. A large spread of different food to cater to a variety of international visitors. This resort isn't cheap. Prices are similar to Aus prices in respect to some things. Tipping isn't necessary but appreciated.

My beach resort + the driver who picked us from the airport was professional and polite, he supposed us withe the languages and gave us information about the island, weather and general information. The hotel offered us an early check in smoothly and politely after offeryus a welcoming drink. The room was nice with astonishing view. The hotel facilities were wonderful; nice gym with sea view, nice massage center and all around the hotel you will find the swimming pools open at the rooms balcony. The breakfast was at the hotel restaurant with an amazing coffee which was one of rhe most delicious coffee i had ever. Although halal varieties were limited but the pastries, egg options and fresh fruits were more than enough. The free yoga classes were wonderful and the yoga teacher is a wonderful person indeed besides the professional front desk staff and smiling house keeping. The location was fantastic and although it was away from the city but it has multiple nice places to eat, souvenir shop’s, travel agents and 7/11. The coffee shop at the hotel with a nice view and menu sweets were worth trying. I would differently recommend this hotel strongly if you are looking for a nice beautiful relaxing vacation. - I would suggest specific hours for ladies to use the gym and spa services would add a good value to the hotel

Beachfront property, absolutely amazing. The view from our room was breathtaking. The ladies at the reception and the restaurant, extremely pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast was really nice.

We asked for an early check in and the ladies advised that if the room was ready. They would be able to assist. When we arrived. It wasn’t ready, and that was okay. We didn’t mind waiting at the lobby because of what we were witnessing. When they advised the room was ready, it had three beds. Of which we didn’t understand. It took up space. The there was hair all over the sheets and the floor and that made it unpleasant. I am very pedantic, so it could have just been a me issue but I don’t want to deal with such at that kind of establishment.

The team was amazing, everyone was super nice and very helpful.

They have an amazing beach, very quiet, goes very well with the pool nearby.

Relatively small but very good hotel in quiet location. Staff lovely & went out of their way to be helpful. Beach & sea great at full tide. Good food - restaurant & coffee shop. Excellent value for money.

Unable to swim in the sea at low tide due to rocks.

Paradise….. we arrived on Phuket 6 days ago and went to Kata Beach to climatise and settle in and we then moved to My Beach Resort to unwind , recharge the batteries before we go on to other Thai resorts. My beach resort exceeded our expectations, we are a family of 4 with 2 teenage boys, we had the room on the beach with private pool, and the boys were above us with beach facing room & jacuzzi on the balcony. The rooms are very spacious, huge very comfy bed facing the sea, immaculate service from the staff, the views and room very 10*, and all for the price of less than a premier inn per night than some UK dump cities. The beach is private, you have the prettiest vegan restaurant next door ( although non of us are vegan we tried the food and it was delicious). You can walk 5-10 minutes down the beach to an area of a few more shops & restaurants and a 7/11. The pool area is perfect, the pictures you can get with the sea back drop are stunning. Every staff member is helpful, cheerful and cannot do Enough for you. 10 out of 10 in every area.

Nothing the hotel can do but when the tide is out there is a few rocks under the surface to be mindful of. When the tide is in it’s fine, sandy beach. Nothing else to mention.
