Baba Nest - booked 5 weeks in advance and when we arrived our booking had been cancelled or the staff had thought we had already arrived and positioned us in the back corner of the nest. Service was rushed with photos taking and it felt the staff were inexperienced or under pressure to deal in a calming manner.

Sri Panwa is a taste of heaven on earth. The design of the room was very suitable for newlyweds on their honeymoon, and we were pleasantly surprised by the perfectly moulded couple swan towels & rose petals on the bed, and the complimentary champagne & snacks/mini-bar. Private pool & sunset view was spectacular and one of the highlights of the stay. We always looked forward to the extensive buffet breakfast that had new items on the menu daily, and kept us full all the way until dinner. The exceptional staff service is also mentionable - every single one of them took the initiative to check in on us, take nice photos of us, and provided everything we needed.

Although overall the staff service was excellent, our swipe card to enter the room did not work and we had to call up 3 times for them to replace it. The AV system/TV was difficult & complicated to use, had to ask them how to show us.

I stayed in the pent house private pool villa. It was amazing. The sunset from the pool was one of the most peaceful sights you'll ever experience.

Lizards..there are lizards everywhere.. including the pool. For a person who is scared of lizards, I had a tough time. The place is expensive. So they can do something about the lizards. It was quite irritating. Lighting in the bathroom/shower can be improved. It's too dull.

They literally give you that vacation mood where you dont need to think everything for A to Z is provided for you, and the fact that its insect free with the jungle that is surrounding the hotel is amazing too

Hotel with amazing and rare views. With a nice kitchen, I still miss their tempura prawns. Every day they bring free of charge snacks and drinks. My villa was really big with my big fridge and my own kitchen. And outdoor bath looks really awesome.

Unfortunately every time I was needed a cleaning I had to call and ask. Hotel is really nice but requires some renovation I'd say. Room downstairs had a bed smell of the mold.

Sri Panwa is simply the best resort I’ve ever stayed at in Thailand truly exceptional in every way. Everything exceeded our expectations. The only minor point is the location, as there isn’t much to do nearby. But honestly, you don’t even need to leave the resort it has everything you could possibly want. There are many amazing restaurants on-site you’d need several days just to try them all. The spa is world-class. You’ll also find tennis courts, table tennis, foosball, billiards, and more. Beach access is a bit small but beautiful, and they offer free kayaks, surfboards, and life jackets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, diverse, and served with an incredible view. Our room had a private pool, which made everything even more magical. One of the absolute highlights of our stay was watching the sunset at Baba Nest — it was a breathtaking, unforgettable experience. Truly magical. We booked this place without expecting all of this and we were blown away Three nights were not enough to explore everything. Now that I’m back in Saudi Arabia, I still can’t stop smiling. Thank you to everyone at Sri Panwa. You helped create a memory that will never be forgotten. You were true ambassadors of Thailand such a beautiful country with warm and welcoming people.

This place is a gem!!if you are looking for a vacation in paradise combine with some peace and privacy this is the place you feel like you are in your own little paradise and they have lot of choices in term of food basically no need to leave the resort grounds

The customer service was great until it was time to check out, the gentleman that did our check out was not pleasant at all did not ask about our stay and never say thank you he just wanted us to pay the bill and was not helpful explaining it either it is a shame that our beautiful stay ended with this unpleasant check out experience but beside that the rest of the staff was pleasant and helpful

The property location was brilliant. There’s a lot to see and do. The waterfall pool, the restaurants, the beach, everything was beautiful. The free minibar drinks and the treats were very much appreciated and the stay was very memorable.

The cleanliness level needs improvement. We communicated this more than once, there were fingerprint marks behind the pillows on the wall just next to the bed, also, there was hair on the floor, and crisps behind the tv couch sofa.

- The Luxury One Bedroom Ocean View room features stunning views, generous space, and is impeccably clean. - The staff are incredibly friendly and understanding.

- Initially, the villa we checked into didn’t provide complete privacy, as higher villas overlooked ours, and its proximity to the shore made us visible to guests swimming in the hotel’s main pool. After sharing our concerns with the reception, the staff were very accommodating and offered alternative options. We eventually moved to a villa called Angle LV 11, located at the far end of the sunrise row, which offered better privacy. - The breakfast buffet mainly offering Thai dishes and lacked variety. -The hotel is located on the mountainside, far from the Old Town and City Center, it takes about 30-minute ride to reach the city center. - Pool is temperature controlled.

the views, the room, the pool, the restaurants were all really good. we were staying for our honeymoon and found sparkling wine in our room on arrival which was a lovely surprise. we were also able to get a later check out due to a late flight on the day we left which was really appreciated.

we were staying for our honeymoon and on arrival we were asked to pay 12,000thb security deposit. this isn’t stated anywhere on the booking details so felt in bad taste. we paid a lot for our room and just felt that given they already had the credit card details on file it was not a great start. the staff also were over zealous all the time. they would take food plates whilst we were still eating, ask what room we were staying in constantly while walking to and from breakfast, to our room, to the pool etc.
