My stay was so amazing, everyone was so kind and helpful going out of their way to ensure the best stay for me. Veslie and I were in touch before my trip to arrange transportation and she did her best to help me through my stay. Breakfast was amazing every morning and staff did their best to make conversation and ask how I was to be sure I was having the best experience possible. Room service was prompt and the food was delicious. Housekeeping was very friendly and always made sure my room looked great. The bellboy Eray even went to local restaurants for me when I couldn’t to get me food. I was upgraded rooms multiple times for free which was amazing and really changed the experience of my stay. The room had a full kitchen as well and when asked I received items in my room such as cooking utensils and supplies. The room was also fully equipped with two TV’s 2 beautiful restrooms, a full living room with oversized windows that opened to let in fresh air as well as in the bedroom, a washer, dryer, dishwasher, stovetop, oven, and microwave oven and lastly a full size freezer and fridge. Overall the hotel was beautiful, staff was friendly, and amenities were top notch.

There was one minor error. I had a friend joining me but I did not inform the hotel however the hotel did issue them a key to my room without asking me. Thankfully it was someone that I trusted and knew but could have been bad.

We really liked it, especially the friendliness and helpfulness at reception. Breakfast was very varied and we enjoyed it very much. In the breakfast room the tables were cleared after a long wait. The staff seemed to be overwhelmed, we always had to wait for cutlery.Unfortunately, there is also something negative to report, and that is the room cleaning. The cleaning ladies don't even make an effort to clean the rooms properly. The sink, faucet, shower cubicle and toilet were not cleaned at all. After we arrived, we found cockroaches in the shower and it lay there for the next two days, although it was cleaned. It was only after I complained to reception that it was removed. Dust on the bedside lamps, stains on the floor, all of that is really not nice. I think it is really a shame for such a great hotel.

The housekeeping team ensured everything was spotless, and the attention to detail was remarkable. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep. The restaurant staff was attentive and accommodating, ensuring a delightful meal every time. One of the highlights was the hotel’s amenities, including a spa, pool, Everything was well-maintained and contributed to an overall luxurious experience. Depend on why u are visiting Istanbul. Location is not convenient if you intend to visit the typical tourist attractions is it is far away. Far from amenities. you can not just walk around, you will need to take a taxi for any trip. Althoght mall of Istanbul looks as if it is just across the street, You actually need a taxi to get there. the pool was a bit cold (to be fair I went there in January). it is surrounded by busy highways, so even at 30th floor u can still hear the muffled noise ( I think the windows don't have sound isolation).

I enjoy every thing in the hotel, the house keepers are very nice, changing rooms every day, the breakfast is great, they change the food every day, The best staff for us when we were there, her name is Hale, she is so good and caring, she helped us a lot if you're asking where to go as a tourist and many other questions she answered us, She also help my family of 6 to change rooms that were bad. Mrs Hale is a good staff and she knows her job very well.

The fact that some staffs are good, and one of them is extremely rude and aggressive. She hung the phone on me 3 times without listening to what I have to say, her name is Elif. Honestly outrageous and out of control of her job, she shouldn't be allowed to work here. She should learn more respect and manners due to her not even apologising after the incident.

I had a truly wonderful experience at Rotana. The service was exceptional, and everything from the room to the dining options exceeded expectations. A special mention goes to Vesile Kaya – she was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely attentive. Her warm demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made my stay even more memorable. It’s people like her who elevate the entire guest experience. Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and outstanding hospitality.

Very nice rooms. We received upgrade and the rooms were huge on high floor. 😍 It was quiet and nice in the spa area. The staff at the reception and restaurant were very nice. Especially we loved the manager of the restaurant. He was very caring and fun to talk to. Also the Guest Relations Assistant. Manager Vesile Kaya was very nice and welcoming.

Maybe for others it's the location, because it is not in the center. But we were for business and that specific location was perfect for us.

The location is good: next to Mall of Istanbul. I was upgraded to an apartment room. It was a beautiful and very spacious room. Very clean too. The hotel staff were friendly and hospitable. Room service was very good and very quick too. I will be staying here again for sure. When I returned back home, I received a message from the guest relations assistant manager: Vesile Kaya. She wantrd to ensure i had a good and comfortable stay and also checked up on me to make sure I made it home safely. How nice is that!

our stay was great everything was excellent the receptionist was helpful and easy check in, moreover I asked for room upgrade as we were celebrating special occasion and really I appreciate that they upgrade our room! the location was good as well overall it was wonderful experience.

The only thing was the cleaning staff, when we asked for room cleaning, they forgot to put towels, shampoo and toilet paper then we have to call the room service to ask for these things, that only the thing we don't like it.
