The reception and restaurant staff were awesome! Very welcoming, always available and easy to communicate with. Negative points to the cleaning staff and room cleanliness. For a 2 week stay the bed sheets were changed twice and we had to tell reception for this to happen. Refilling the complimentary water bottles, coffee capsules and toiletries was also sporadic. One day they put nothing the other just water etc. Bathroom towels were also very sporadic some days they take our used towels and leave no new ones, other days they leave the dirty ones and add new ones.. Room was quite dusty in the bar area, the window sills and under the cabinets and on top of the TV had a lot of dust accumulated. Smart TVs in the rooms are a must have for 2025..

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable as well. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. A special mention goes to the breakfast team for their attentiveness and warm hospitality. Breakfast was a real highlight. There was a wide variety of options, and everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Fresh fruit at breakfast was excellent good spread of salad cakes Borek and usual fried items with eggs. Scrambled eggs was very good. Staff friendly and helpful even if they did forget what you asked them and had to remind them. Rooms are kept really clean and we were upgraded to a corner room when we got there. Nespresso machine was a nice touch. Small fridge was useful.

Gym was not really a gym. Just a cross trainer one bench no barbell and a few weights. Air conditioning in there not switched on till 9am when the spa receptionist arrives. I'd say it's a three star I don't believe there is a swimming pool.

I really liked the cleanliness and standards of the property. Every time we came back to our hotel rooms in the evening, the rooms were so well prepared as if it was our first time walking in again. The hotel concierges, Ali and Muhammet, were really kind and helpful throughout. Ali’s service is excellent - he explained everything to us patiently when got to our rooms, took the time to answer the queries we had and gave us a lovely welcoming present which I haven’t experienced at any other hotel. All in all, we had a fantastic stay here and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here in the future or recommend the hotel to anyone.

The staff were very helpful, and the location is about a 12–15 minute walk from public transport. My mum and I stayed for 5 days, and we had a room on the top (9th) floor. The guy at reception changed our room to a higher floor because I asked for it when we checked in. There were no robes or slippers in the room at first, but they brought them right away after I called. Breakfasts were tasty, but I did miss having some good-quality ham.

The spa and gym weren’t really prepared for guests. The sauna was cold, and the gym didn’t even have yoga mats. Plus, it only opens at 10 AM, which is way too late — it would be much better if it opened at 7. Also, the air conditioners in the room were dirty, so we didn’t use them and just opened the windows instead.

I had a great stay overall. The area around the hotel was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. Within a 10-minute walk, you can find some lovely cafés and restaurants, which was really convenient. The nearest metro station is about 1 km away, but taking a taxi to the city centre only costs around 250 lira, so it's very affordable and quick. Breakfast at the hotel was enjoyable, with a good variety, and the staff were absolutely wonderful—always helpful, kind, and welcoming. Highly recommend for a comfortable and well-connected stay!

I booked the room at a special discounted rate, so overall it was acceptable. However, if I had paid full price, I would have expected better. The bathroom needed a bit of maintenance, the cleanliness wasn’t quite up to standard, and the door was frustrating—it took a long time to open each time. That said, the kindness and helpfulness of the staff really made up for everything. Their warm attitude left a great impression and made the stay much more pleasant.

I really enjoyed the location of the hotel. The hotel is situated 15min walk from metro station called Osmanbey station (this station is only one more stop to the main Taksim Square metro stop). From Taksim Square metro stop you can easy walk to Galata Tower, Galata Bridge, Grand Bazaar, Basilica Cistern, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque. Rooms were spacious and had anything you need for a short stay: mini fridge, kettle, shower, air-con, free wifi. My recommendation - use metro/train to main atractions/airport otherwise you will be stuck in a traffic. Use chatgpt to provide you directions from airport to hotel and from hotel to airport and so on. For the internet outside hotel use app called Airalo (install everything at home). For 7eur I got 3GB in 4 days I used less than half. Download google maps at home so you can use it without internet when going from one place to another.

Small improvement could be done when cleaning stayover rooms. Would be good to have fridge replaced with soft drinks.

Everything was amazing we was very comfortable staying here the staff welcome us with a surprise in our room and in the check out time they let us take our time and there was a very nice person hasan served us in a very gentle way give us a tea and coffee and help us with the bags scale them and at the end bring us sweet and chocolate as a gift was really cute thank you for everything❤️

It provided easy access to many of Istanbul’s key attractions and transportation points, while being situated in a quieter area, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful retreat from the bustling city.
