The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. We were a large group of both old folks and young kids, and the staff accommodated all our requests. Friday chocolate hour was fun for my 8 year old. The place is clean and comfortable. I recommend their massage services (balinese and deep tissue) at the spa. Their Turkish bath was convenient as well, if you are looking to ease into it. All the food we had there was of good quality: breakfast, snacks at the cafe and their Italian restaurant. (Coffee, unfortunately, was not always good. Stick to Turkish tea.)

The location was a bit far from most of the historic sites in Sultanahmet and Taxim Square. However, it was close to the most shopping malls (Zorlu & Cevihar) and Nishantashi.

Cozy rooms with minimalist style liked, the view was so good. Really clean! (which sometimes rare in Istanbul hotels). The furnitures were new (in the room, corridor, lobby, lobby restaurant zone). These details like : coffee capsules in the room, furniture, smell of the flowers near the reception center, not only typical Turkish breakfast, compliment desserts into the room, wheelchair in spa.

There is no selection of foreign wines by the glass on the wine list unfortunately (as like Italy, France or so on; Sauvignon Blanc, DOC, DOCG). Like in the lobby, so in the restaurants upstairs too. (Not everyone can drink a bottle, but can drink 1-2 glasses of good wine easily).

We had a fantastic stay at the Mövenpick Hotel Bosphorus during our weekend trip to Istanbul. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-located—close to the Bosphorus and the lively Ortaköy area, but still peaceful and relaxing. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view, and the breakfast each morning was excellent—fresh, varied, and generous. What really stood out, though, was the service. The concierge team was exceptional—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They even arranged a surprise birthday cake for my son, which was such a thoughtful gesture and really made our trip extra special. We also took full advantage of the spa facilities, which were fantastic. The sauna, steam room, cold plunge shower, and swimming pool were all spotlessly clean and a great way to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing. It was a real highlight of our stay. It’s the kind of attention to detail and quality that makes a hotel memorable. We left with great memories and would absolutely recommend the Mövenpick to anyone visiting Istanbul. We’d love to return.

The staff first and foremost were very hospitable and went above and beyond to help us during our stay. we upgraded to a high floor room with Bosporus view (much nicer than the one we originally reserved) for a little extra. The restaurant on rooftop has a beautiful view and the lobby cafe are both nice and worth trying. In terms of logistics, the location is still relatively close to the centre and grabbing a cab from the hotel is very easy so didn’t require a car to move around. Besiktas harbour only 5 mins away by car and Zorlu Centre 10 min walk away.

The only thing I’d mention is to add Netflix (and other apps) compatibility to the TV for international guests, and to provide the tea bags and coffee capsules free of charge as a nice touch for guests.

I truly had an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued. The room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and modern. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail in the decor added a luxurious touch. I left Movenpick Bosphorous feeling relaxed, pampered, and already planning my next visit. I found the Mövenpick Istanbul Bosphorus elegant and comfortable. The location was very convenient. The staff were very friendly, supportive and helpful, especially house keeper staff and their supervisor, where they provide the necessary services immediately with their beautiful smile, keeping the hotel rooms and facilities very clean . Breakfast was good, delicious and varied. Definitely Mövenpick Istanbul Bosphorus will be my home when I visit Istanbul in the near future.

Honestly , there was not much that disturbed my staying at the hotel.

This is my second visit to this hotel. I feel like I am at home. It is extremely clean and all the employees are friendly without exception. I have visited many hotels in Istanbul and it is one of the top 10 hotels for me in Istanbul. The wellness and spa center is wonderful and comfortable, and all its employees are from East Asia and professionals. They have an Italian restaurant on the last floor with a panoramic view of the Bosphorus Strait. I recommend visiting it. Regards ,

The downside is that it is on a main street, so guests who are disturbed by the sounds of cars prefer to take a side or back room
