Staying at Mr. Cas Hotel was an absolute pleasure. The location couldn’t be better—right on Istiklal Street, in the heart of Beyoğlu, with endless cafés, shops, and historic sites just steps away. Perfect for exploring Istanbul on foot. The hotel itself is stunning, with a beautiful mix of vintage charm and modern elegance. Every corner feels thoughtfully designed, from the antique furniture to the grand chandeliers. It’s like stepping into a different era but with all the comforts of today. The rooms are immaculate, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Attention to detail is evident everywhere, from the soft bedding to the carefully curated décor. It’s the kind of place where you feel instantly at home. What truly makes Mr. Cas exquisite , though, is the staff. Everyone is warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure you have the best experience. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines history, elegance, and top-notch service, this is it. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

The breakfast buffet was lovely and the cocktails in the evening were great. The restaurant staff were great and remembered our orders from one day to the next. It was a very comfortable room and great nights sleep.

The walls are very thin as it's an old building so it's impossible to not hear the noise from the street or from other guests.

Overall, our experience at the hotel was delightful, with its prime location, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms, though it was slightly marred by the noise from nearby clubs. One of the standout features of Mr Cas Hotels was its excellent location. Situated in the heart of the city, we found ourselves just a stone's throw away from various attractions, famous food joints, and shopping areas. This proved to be incredibly convenient and added to the overall enjoyment of our trip. The hotel staff truly deserves appreciation for their warm hospitality. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. Furthermore, they pleasantly surprised us by upgrading our rooms to a higher category, which was a delightful gesture. This small act of kindness elevated our stay and left a positive impression on us. We were also impressed by the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the rooms. They were well-maintained, neat, and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable and inviting ambiance. After a long day of sightseeing and shopping, returning to the cozy rooms was a treat in itself. Additionally, the proximity to various famous food options and shopping districts was a big plus. We had the opportunity to savor local delicacies and indulge in some retail therapy without having to travel far. This added convenience made our stay even more enjoyable. Despite the minor inconvenience at night, Mr Cas Hotels - Special Category provided us with a memorable experience. The excellent location, friendly staff, and well-kept rooms contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. If the issue of noise is addressed in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to rate this hotel with a full 10 stars. I highly recommend Mr Cas Hotels to fellow travelers looking for a pleasant and convenient stay in the heart of the city.

However, one significant downside we encountered was the disturbance at night caused by nearby clubs. The hotel's otherwise tranquil atmosphere was disrupted by loud music and noise, which affected our sleep quality. It would be advisable for the management to invest in soundproofing the rooms, especially those facing the clubs, to ensure a more peaceful and undisturbed stay for guests.

Beautiful, aesthetic and atmospheric hotel in the centre of Istiklal Street - super convenient for transport, dining and sights. Staff friendly and helpful and delicious cocktails in the beautiful art deco roof top bar. A cute little museum outline history of the building and paying tribute to the artistic associations with the place was a really nice touch.

Low lighting - I know it’s atmospheric and mood inducing but I could barely read my book at night so perhaps one strong lamp needs to be added as an extra for those that need it.

Absolutely nothing I didn’t like

The hotel is located in the center of Istiklal Street, which made it very attractive for me, as stepping out of the hotel brought us right into the heart of the street. Since we didn't have much luggage and enjoyed walking, we didn't face any difficulties. However, anyone who has trouble walking should consider that cars can't reach the hotel entrance, and you need to walk to get to the metro or bus. The hotel management was very friendly and provided us with the necessary guidance to find the appropriate metro or bus. Our room was comfortable. We booked the hotel without breakfast to keep our trip economical, so I can't provide an opinion about breakfast.

Very charming and tastefully done Hotel full of history along with modern touches in a very central part of Istanbul. Staff was very accommodating and helpful with everything including moving rooms. And the top floor breakfast draft Restaurant is quite cool with Turkish breakfast each morning. .

Not the easiest place to sleep. All the premium front street facing rooms have music blasting on the 24 hour walking street. The rooms on the back of the house are awakened by loudspeaker at a school five days a week. The hotel provides earplugs but they just aren’t enough for the pumping base from the neighbouring clubs.

From the moment you step inside, you are transported into history ,every corner is a piece of art, and the entire place carries the true soul of Istanbul. It feels like home, yet with an elegance that makes you wish your stay would never end. I originally booked for two nights but ended up staying for almost a month, simply because I couldn’t bring myself to leave. The atmosphere, the charm, and above all, the staff each and every one of them make you feel truly special. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality create an unforgettable experience. If you’re looking for more than just a place to stay, but a place to feel, experience, and cherish, this hotel is the perfect choice. I can’t wait to return!

Loved everything. First, the staff. So kind, patient and helpful. Special shout out to Selim, who ran the reception so efficiently and gave us the best recommendations. Then Mustafa who ran the bar and the breakfast, always smiling, always helpful and doing a great job. And Mesut who also helped us, with a smile. The hotel is brilliantly maintained, looks like a Wes Anderson film set and the rooms are top notch. Super comfortable beds, great linen, thoughtful amenities, and very clean. We had the room facing Istiklal, and read reviews about how it could be noisy because of the nightclub in front. But honestly we enjoyed it, and after walking the whole day, nothing could disturb us. We had the best holiday, and a large part of it was because we chose Mr Cas to stay at. So much history and so pretty, just added to our love for Istanbul.

Nothing. Loved everything.

The location is directly on the famous İstiklal Avenue in Istanbul (see picture). There is no way your taxi can bring you in front of the door as it is a pedestrian street. If you don't mind to walk 50-100m it should be OK. I would advise to book the room on the rear side as the street can get a bit loud. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the alley in front of the hotel and a lot of shops on the avenue. The breakfast is served and not a buffet, if your stay is included then the fresh orange juice is an additional expense and you have to choose one breakfast. For the breakfast you can choose for example a Turkish breakfast, French breakfast (with 2 croissants), Omelette or scrambled eggs. The breakfast is served in the lounge on the last floor and you can also see the view from the roof terrace (see picture). At the south end of the avenue, you have the possibility to get to the funicular station and arrive not far from the bridge going to the gran Bazaar. The famous Galata tower can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The staff is very polite and helpful.

It can get a bit noisy in the evening, but if you want to be in the center it is a very good location. There is little place for your clothes, but you are in Istanbul to buy more clothes? Right? ;-) The lounge/bar (see picture) is only open from Thursday on for the week-end until 23:00. Otherwise from Sunday to Wednesday until 17:00.
