The staff were tremendously helpful and accommodating! After arriving late at night to the airport, the hotel night manager Azad made sure to call and message me to confirm my arrival and went the extra mile to make sure I receive proper directions to the hotel and even offered to speak with the airport taxi service to make sure I didn’t land in a tourist trap - thankfully this saved me lots of money as the original transportation quotes from the airport were exorbitantly high! Due to the Azad’s guidance I was finally able to source a ride to my destination at a fair price. Upon arriving to the hotel I was kindly greeted by Batuhan who was waiting outside of the lobby in anticipation of my arrival and without hesitation assisted me with my luggage. Upon checkout, Omer and I had a fantastic chat over a cup of delicious Turkish coffee about which parts of Istanbul to explore and to contact him if I ever need any assistance navigating the city. As charming as the hotel is in and of itself, I typically do not leave feedback and simply rate my stay; this time around however, I feel compelled to leave a review considering the exceptional service received from the staff. To those who made my stay incredibly hospitable: 5 stars out of 5!

The hotel is super charming and in a great area, with riverside views. Very well-connected, with an amazing grill restaurant a short walk away and a late-night kiosk/shop. There was also a pharmac6 and other little eateries. The staff were incredibly nice, helpful, and supportive. They answered all our questions and were part of the experience from the start, including setting up an airport transfer upon our arrival. Shootout to Emre for his stellar service as well! The room service was really great and the breakfast was also pretty nice. There was also AC which really helped with the high temperatures outside. The rooms were clean, relatively spacious and nicely designed. They also gave us complimentary fruits upon arrival, and small water bottles every day. Overall, 10/10 stay. Well-connected, clean, quaint and safe, and affordable too.

The wifi could have been faster, and it was a little sad that their rooftop restaurant/shisha lounge was under construction.

Our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The staff was outstanding—especially the gentleman at the front desk, Mr. Azad and Yagiz, both incredibly hospitable and friendly. They went beyond normal to ensure our comfort, leaving no stone unturned to make it our best hotel experience. Moreover, the price is also very reasonable, absolutely value for money. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety. Room was very spacious, which made it perfect for our family. Our kids especially loved the stay, because of the family-friendly environment of the hotel, thanks to Azad and Yagiz. We would definitely choose this place again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with family.

Very satisfied with the services we have received.Azad wa s excellent, he helped us settle when we arrived at the hotel, he was so accomodating and ensured that our complimentary breakfast was served the morning of our arrival.Omar was also very helpful.Thank you very much for making our stay enjoyable.

Everything was really good, apart from one thing, I think, wifi signal needs a lot of improvement.We rarely get a good signal in our room.We were in the first floor and we have to go out of the room or go downstairs to get a good signal of the internet.

We stayed in a room with three beds,it was comfortable.The hotel porter helped us with luggage, explained everything about room nicely. The room view was to another building,but we were happy because there was no (or little) noise of traffic. The front desk managers were very kind and helpful,espicially Neslihan hanim,Omer ve Mert bey,Kamuran bey,Baran bey ve other personnel,huge thanks💜. They arranged for us breakfast though we chose option without breakfast.That was extremely wonderful gesture of client oriented service! Good sound proof rooms.

Everything is amazing clean and the staff is amazing specially a person his name is Omar in the reception when we arrived at 2/7 he take us to the room explain about the hotel and give us amazing service we didn’t have any problems because of his Hospitality and professional service and explaining 🙏🏻🙏🏻👌 We absolutely coming back to the hotel because of the Service of Omar and the other staff zinab from the reception amazing staff 🫡

Nothing every thing is perfect

We really loved our 5-day/4 night stay at Ramada by Wyndham in the Sutlece area. The staff were absolutely lovely and very professional. 1. Extensive and interesting complementary breakfast buffet. 2. Daily room cleaning and towels were replaced. The housekeeping staff were very sweet and not intrusive at all. 3. Wifi strength was good and immediately available on checkin. 4. Our request to accommodate our luggage for 4 hours after checkout was immediately accepted. Me and my family will definitely choose to stay here again. 100% recommended.

The hotel was extremely clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, close to the Golden Horn and main attractions. The staff were very welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The breakfast was varied and delicious every day. The room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a peaceful stay.

The parking area was a bit limited, and the Wi-Fi connection in some parts of the hotel could be improved. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Great location on the Golden horn sea/river, 15/20min drive/taxi from the old town and historic center, the room was spacious and super comfortable bed/pillows/blanket, we were a bit cold so asked for extra blankets. The staff were so friendly and doing their best to help for any request. From the first moment we set foot in the hotel, despite it was late night/early morning (2am ish), Azad and Bathuan were so helpful and friendly taking time to answer our many questions as it was our first visit to Istanbul. We bought a sim card to get set with data and Bathuan spent at least 20min talking to us about different things to do and recommended places to visit including a Turkish hamam which we went to and was great. Mert was so helpful in responding promptly to our questions, changing money, calling taxis etc, Omer with his friendly welcoming manners and the genuine smile, thank you so much guys🙏 Highlights: - Friendly recommendation of things to do. - Responding efficiently to our requests: extra blankets, extra coffees teas milk etc. - In house spa with many treatments including turkish hamam, my wife was happy with the reflexology and relaxing massage. - Great room service and tasty delicious fresh food, served warm to our room. - Plenty of turkish restaurants nearby (next door!) - Grocery Shop with open till late night. - Taxi (+-150TL to old town) 5min waiting time, bus stop at 1min takes 25/35min with one change to old town. - Pharmacy 1min away. - Indoor roof terrace with stunning views on the Golden horn river. - Nothing was too much trouble. I hoghly recommend and we will definitely go back!
