This is an all-inclusive resort; it includes all buffet meals. Some alcohol is also included (beer, wine, and cheap spirits). The food was varied, but of average quality. Snacks, including ice cream bars, are also available at certain times. The location was ideal for visiting the ancient city of Side.

The times for meals and activities are very restricted. If you miss the window, you will not be able to partake. This includes time to pick up pool towels, and when you can have meals. If you are late for meals, you will likely miss out on many choices as they are not restocked in the last hour of the time window. The room was basic, didn't even have a security peephole, which is standard in almost every hotel. It was not next to the beach; a short walk is required. But they do have their reserved area on the beach.

Overall it was a good experience, hotel is nice. I liked the restaurant, food variety and quality.

They were claiming that Wi-Fi is free, however it’s free only on reception. To get a Wi-Fi in the room, you need to pay 3 euro per night per device! It’s also was a very hard process to make it work, as it wasn’t working on my device. Another annoying part we’re elevators, that are weirdly configured to make you wait as long as possible :) Bad soundproofing, every night there was a loud event, which was starting from 9:30PM until around 1AM. You can’t escape it, if you was unlucky so your room was facing pool area - you will not be able to sleep before 1AM.

All inclusive was decent with service excellent..location great also with a pleasant 30 minute walk to old town / marina,,rooms cleaned to good standard daily although I was offered an upgrade on booking the accommodation with ‘booking.com’ and arrival only offered a standard room - I didn’t challenge this as I didn’t wish to be complaining to staff when it didn’t appear to be their fault - disappointing as there appears to have been a break down in communication between yourselves and hotel - but it didn’t spoil our time there as we enjoyed..entertainment staff even this late in season were top class in their attitude to work 👏

Seeing senior staff in the catering department unnecessarily having a ‘go’ at waiters and a particular waitress when they appeared to my wife and doing a decent job working hard

Good sized room and bathroom. Unlimited water bottles in common areas. Very clean and nice pool area. Nice beach. Good meals, nice variety. Opt for seaview, much better. Sixth floor has amazing views to the sea and old town. Good wifi everywhere.

Crowded food halls, we recommend eating on terrace. Have seen better animation teams, this was a little cheap. Sunbeds are reserved in the morning and people tend to keep them reserved all day with their towels.Hotel does nothing to stop this.

Very good breakfast

I booked double room with sea view, but was given twin bed room, after complaining housekeeping connected beds, not very comfortable. Were offered room change after asking many times.

The location is close to everything, the staff are helpful,, the gusts mostly Germans which means elegant and simple and sophisticated, Fatosh the receptionists is very sweet lady and speaks good English, also Layla at the restaurant is very kind and helpful,,wahiiudin the jewelry owner is very kind and respectful man he sold me jewelry in a very decent price also made a good discount, all the staff are helpful and some speaks Arabic which is a very good brivallge like Sami the activity guy.

The way they remove the food from the display at the proper time which means if you miss the meal time one minute you will sleep hungry or you go and buy your self a sandwich,, crane digging sounds ( new constructions beside) .

We like e erything, just because of the winter not busy days many part of the hotel was closed. Like the outdoor pool and many restaurants.but it was good enough to enjoy our stay.

The hotel was very nice, our room was amazing with a pool and beach view. The food was very nice with a variety of options. The staff were very friendly and approachable at all times. The beach is literally a few minutes walk from the hotel and the beach bar is very nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a holiday in Side.
