Location. The hotel is in a very good location right next to the Etihad Towers and the observatory at 300. Just opposite is the Emirates Palace and The Founder’s Memorial. Qasr Al Watan is very close by. Room. Our room was extremely spacious, very clean, a large wardrobe for our clothes, as well as an iron and ironing board, while our bathroom had a bathtub and shower, and finally there was the possibility to make your own coffee, since there was a kettle, and there was also a refrigerator. Hotel. The hotel offers a royal breakfast with a huge variety of food and you can eat ... as much as you can stand, it has an outdoor pool and private beach, restaurants, bars, a hairdresser, it certainly offers other facilities that I did not have time to discover, since we were constantly out, to see the sights, while you will always find a taxi available waiting for you outside the hotel. STAFF. But to run this whole hotel, you need staff. And the hotel has truly exceptional people. I can say that they are some of the best staff I have met in my 40+ years of traveling. Always with a smile and always there to answer any question you have and always there to help you.

I think the only thing that could be improved is the internet speed during peak hours.

The breakfast was really nice. The hotel was very clean and also the rooms the staff are very friendly.

Unfortunately we booked a suite which I thought was for the five of us and there is only one double bed. So my children had to seep on the floor there was no other rooms available and there were no other beds available and when I asked for bedding they were quite slow to provide. Would’ve been nice if they could’ve just seen that I’ve booked for five and in advance told me that the room was only for two people.

The wifi internet in the room is not working. You need to ask for an additional router. The pillows and mattress are very unconformable. Missing european sockets. Missing sockets near bed. The sunbeds on the beach are very old and broken. Very cheap shower gel/shampoo provided in the room.

All the staff were polite and attentive. The hotel was in a good location and the room comfortable and well appointed. Food and drink in the restaurants were of good quality.

Our rooms had a wonderful view of the Emirates Palace and the Presidential Palace. The rooms itself were spacious and comfy. Breakfast buffet was superb. On top of that, the staff were very warm and helpful. Special thanks to David, Fia and Rhodette. Even the cleaning staff (unfortunately I wasnt able to take their names) were very helpful in guiding us whenever we had questions.

We had to request for some items that we were expecting should be in the room (toothpaste, bath salts, etc). However, they brought it quickly.

Everything was exceptional! All working staff were kind, helpful, friendly and very supportive.. in the main restaurant every morning even if it was too crowded, the waitress were always polite, smiling and helpful. The housekeeping team were professional and supportive. The laundry service team were professional too and very accommodating. The room service were polite and accommodating to all special needs. The concierge team are the best in the whole world! Very helpful, fast responsive and friendly. The front desk as well were helpful, highly knowledgeable and accommodating to all needs even if weren’t basically at the selected room. A very special thank you and regards to the Front Desk Director: Mr Bhavesh Tatawni, He is a highly professional hospitality Director, well presented and respected by everyone.. he made my stay at the hotel very comfortable and I had a great experience where I felt home.

The hotel’s location is excellent, overlooking the Presidential palace and Emirates palace hotel. The hotel has an impressive oriental decoration at the lobby and restaurants. Contemporary, big and bright room with large windows and stunning view. The breakfast buffet had a big variety of foods for every taste. Restaurant ala carte had a lot of tasteful options. A plus was also the room service. Very kind and helpful stuff. Also the everyday cleaning service was excellent. The pool and beach areas are very nice for relaxing.

The extra bed we requested and paid was so uncomfortable that our son had a very bad sleep during our stay. The hotel beach waters were not so clean to swim.

I recently stayed at Bab Al Qasr Hotel in Abu Dhabi and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, especially towards my 1-year-old baby. They were always ready to help with anything we needed, making us feel truly welcome. The food at the hotel was amazing, compliments to the chef! Every meal was a delight. My luxury apartment was just perfect, featuring two toilets, an office, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room. Everything was clean, stylish, and extremely comfortable. The beach is beautiful and ideal for families with small children. There’s also a large grass field where kids can run and play safely. Whenever I needed anything in my room, the staff responded quickly and efficiently. The cocktails were fantastic, and they also offered a great selection of beers. Check-in and check-out were both very fast and smooth. The lobby is stunning, and it was such a nice touch to have a musician playing the piano every day, it really created a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend Bab Al Qasr Hotel and would love to come back again!
