Excellent view of Abu Dhabi and great location. Right by the beach, good sized pools with various depths, perfect for family with kids, nice sand and sea Comfortable bed, extra sofa for kid at no cost, kitchen and cutlery provided, great room service

We arrived at 2 AM in the morning 12 hours after the normal check in time and paid full day rate, I asked for a discounted rate only for the arrival day but not accepted. They could have provided a discount or offered free breakfast or dinner or free upgrade

The Rotana Hotel chain keeps its mark. Stayed last year at Beach Rotana, this year we decided to try Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana and have no regrets. Everything is at the highest level. Rooms are spacious, cleaning is excellent. We took a room with a balcony. There was everything you need in the room, even bathroom scales and ironing board with iron. Breakfasts are above praise, very large choice, all fresh and tasty. At breakfast there was a separate corner with a kitchenette for the kids. It's really nice that the hotel takes care of its small and cranky guests. I would like to mention Vanessa, Mamun and the administrator of the restaurant where breakfasts are held, Adil - very attentive and professional staff. As a person who has the opportunity to compare, I want to say that the cuisine and restaurant staff here is superior to other hotels of this chain. Thank them for this very much! The hotel is more suitable for family holidays, with children. There is a playground, entertainment activities for both children and adults. Several pools, both deep and not so deep, with a very comfortable, stepped entrance to the water. The hotel is located in a very quiet location. Near are other expensive hotels, and their guests, with whom you do not come into contact. In walking distance are attractions such as the Kasr Al Watan, and the Mandarin Hotel. Twice a day a shuttle takes guests free of charge to the theme parks in Yas Island. The hotel lobby is well designed. I also recommend you to try the ice-cream in the lobby, it is very tasty))) We hope to come back here again in the future. Thank you very much for everything!

Regarding the hotel, everything is great. However, there were two factors that were a downside for us, for which the hotel itself is not at fault. Firstly, the sea is a bit deep, making it challenging for non-swimmers since the bottom suddenly drops after 3-4 meters from the shore. Secondly, there are no big supermarkets or malls nearby. The nearest large market turned out to be inside a neighboring hotel.

Beautiful hotel with pristine facilities and customer service . Ahmed from the reception was amazing and he made sure our check in was seamless. The girls from the lobby cafe were great . Spacious pools and nice private beach. Rooms are clean , cozy and equipped with everything you need. Food at breakfast was overwhelming with variety of options. Overall really good value for money .

Music by the pool / Beach would be great addition

Very good hotel in a very good location. What I like the most is the service there. The hotel is so good that I extended my stay for one more night and then when I left to Dubai I booked the stay also at Rotana there. Big thanks for the excellent customer service to Ismahane and Abdelrahman. Room has everything for the comfortable stay for a single traveler. It is also quite large. Balcony is a good bonus. There are restaurants and a nice beach is available. My overall experience with Khalidiya hotel was great. It is also a great value for money.

The room was awesome! It was spacious with all the amenities, including slippers, bathrobe and toiletries. The view from my balcony was incredible! I could not believe how amazing the palace and the sunset was it was an amazing weekend. The trainer in the gym was also very helpful and the beach was great!

Guests should be allowed to take food to their room if they want, after all, we have paid for it. I couldn't understand the reason behind it, when we are allowed to order room service to the room, it's the same thing. After dinner I wanted to take a slice of cake to eat in room with a cup of tea and the manager on duty made a big deal about it when she saw me. Obviously, I didn't appreciate the drama, so I totally ignored her and the other 2 making a big deal about it and I went to my room and had my cake. I will be visiting this hotel again next month I am hoping not to have the same experience.

Big and beautiful hotel with fantastic outdoor facilities. All the staff are very friendly. Rooms are big and comfortable. We had a room with a sea view, enjoyed the view every second. The pools are very good and the facilities for children are better than expected

The beach looks nice at first glance, but it actually feels like you're swimming in a canal. I know it's hard to be on the open sea in the Emirates, so thanks for this too. We had a stomach virus during our stay, but I don't think it was the hotel's fault, it was just the high traffic of people and guests, plus we have a small child, so viruses are easier to deal with.

We had a fantastic family stay at Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan. The room was spacious and clean, with a huge balcony that offered lovely views — perfect for relaxing. We also appreciated the free late checkout at 2pm, which gave us more time to enjoy our last day. The food was excellent, especially the dinners with themed nights like surf & turf, Italian, Asian, and international dishes — always delicious and varied. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, including a live bagel station and freshly made Eggs Benedict, which were a real highlight.The staff were attentive and welcoming, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The location is great, and the pools are large and never felt crowded, which was a big plus for us as a family. Just one thing to keep in mind when travelling with kids — the beach is part of a bay and the sea gets deep fairly quickly, so a bit of extra supervision is needed for smaller children.

A couple of small downsides: the AC in the rooms is quite strong and not easy to fine-tune. Also, the beach is part of a bay, and the water becomes very deep just a few meters in.

- Small but very good private clean sandy beach, perfect water entrance so you can swim not walk too far. - Comfortable room, bed, pillows, everything. Good wide enough balcony. - Room cleaned with linens changed every day. Overall very clean and nice odor everywhere. - Private underground parking with direct access to the lobby/rooms by the elevator. - Good variety of food, mostly different every day.

- Lack of fish in dinner menu: only single type of fish everyday. - Rather expensive during the racing week, but I believe it’s with all hotels at that time.

Personnel - very polite and willing to help stuff all across the hotel (waiters, cleaning service, reception etc). We asked for the power adapter and was given one quickly. Food - we had breakfast and dinner package, it was really really good. Many dishes from different cuisines, exotic fruits, pastries were good etc. I experienced before in other hotels that you can have a lot of dishes and all of them could be average taste. On the opposite here, dishes selection was not that huge, but almost everything we tried was very tasty. Location - close to UAE presidential palace, 1 small grocery shop nearby and 1 shopping center within 10-15 mins walk with pharmacy, french cafe and large frech grocery store with good fresh fruits selection. All other tourist attraction can be reached by taxi. Beach - private beach on the hotel territory, clean, 100% sand with no stones, calm water with no waves. Sunbeds are a bit too close to each other, other than that it is perfect. Hotel room - clean, large room for 2 adults, comfortable beds, properly working air conditioner, good sound isolation (haven’t heard any noise from neighboring rooms), bath robes and sleepers. Hotel itself is not new, though very well maintained.

Hotel room was missing a proper hanging airer. It was a bit of it in the bathroom, but i would prefer to have more space to hang wet clothes and swimsuits after the beach. Also fixed shower is a bit unusual to use, would really appreciate to have it in a more flexible settings. We had a feeling that it was a bit lack of personnel, eg in the main restaurant during dinner rush hours it was just 2-3 waiters for quite a few tables. The same for the room cleaning since it was almost never done while we were on the beach, even though personnel asked when they can come at a later time and it was possible to have cleaning after dinner.

We had an incredible experience at Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and located in a beautiful area. The highlight was the amazing hospitality — especially from Mr. Khushnud at reception. After a long drive, he made our check-in comfortable, invited us to The Lounge, and offered complimentary drinks. The surprise birthday decoration and cake for our son was heartwarming. Every staff member was polite and professional. Truly exceptional service!

There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything exceeded our expectations.
