I got an upgrade from the hotel and the room was good, very spacious. The kids loved the room a lot. We had taken full board and it was not disappointing. The spread in each meal was good. The housekeeping staff need a special mention specially the supervisor Mr. Yuvraj and attendant Nabeela. They were very prompt in their service. At the front desk Ms. Ishishika is very co-opeartive and understanding

The food was amazing!! The variety was perfect cause we wanted to try new cuisines and the buffet had it all! Everything was perfectly seasoned and absolutely delicious. Food was refilled accordingly and regularly so it was so appealing to grab seconds! Also the drinks corner was rich with choices of different hot and cold drinks. Even the H2O pool bar had it all and was rich with refreshments. I have to mention everyone in Arabesque restaurant because they gave an exceptional and excellent service! From the very first day they were delightful, helpful and cheerful! I would like to thank Mohsen, Jehanzaib, Farhan, Khalid and his team and Of course Mr Soumajit Chaki for making our stay extra special. They helped my family to throw me a beautiful birthday surprise and even left us some wonderful delights in our room as a thank you for staying with them. Also I would like to thank the lovely people in the reception, especially Hajar, she greeted us with a smile and presented us with complimentary drinks and she also helped us with our check out and was absolutely pleasant. We also tried the spa service and the relaxation massage fits the criteria well and the girls did a wonderful job. I would also like to thank the beautiful people in room service as they have done a great job at keeping the room clean and tidy and help us whenever we needed them. Special thanks to Afan for helping us change rooms due to a minor problem with the door lock, they were all quick to fix the issue and he was very sweet and helpful throughout the moving. Everybody was amazing with no exceptions!The seating area in the beach was always neat and clean not a litter or chaos in site. Also the life guards were very attentive and polite and made sure of everybody’s safety. We booked our stay in a very windy season and I noticed the wonderful job of life guards and how they guided people to stay on the safe side. We had a pleasant time swimming there as well as the pool, it was warm and clean.

Excellent location, good swimming pool, nice wellness center and private beach. The front desk staff was extra nice and helpful. They upgraded my room for free and I am specially thankful for that. Excellent spa facility with reasonable rates.

Choices of breakfast for subcontinent travelers should be more and there was a pungent smell in my room throughout my stay and I ad to open my window all day n night

The staff were very friendly and helpful and really went out of their way to make our stay pleasant, particularly at checkin. The room was lovely and there was a good choice of food at dinner and breakfast. Really good value meal packages were available and nice touches like fruit left in the room for us. The pool was also heated to a nice temperature considering that the weather has been on the cool side.

The only thing I can think of is that the shower water needed to be hotter.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Hema and Hassan. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Hema was warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, while Hassan went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality truly made a difference. It’s rare to come across such dedicated staff. Thank you both for making my visit so enjoyable!

**Amazing Staycation Experience at Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel!** We recently had a wonderful family staycation at the Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience. Firstly, I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the reception manager Sam and agents for being incredibly accommodating and ensuring our check-in process was smooth and welcoming. Their professionalism and warm hospitality set the tone for our entire stay. The restaurant staff were absolutely lovely and made our dining experience enjoyable. Special thanks to Tedy, Prashanna, Junaid, Hussain, Kimberly, and Roshni for their exceptional service and friendly demeanor. The food was delicious, and the service was always prompt and with a smile. Our room was always kept spotless, thanks to the diligent housekeeping team. Their attention to detail truly made our stay more comfortable. We spent a lot of time at the pool, and I’d like to give a big shoutout to Michelle, one of the lifeguards, for being so kind and attentive. The hardworking staff at the pool bar were also amazing, making sure we were well taken care of. Our all-inclusive package was definitely worth it, and we will certainly be returning with the whole family. The coffee shop staff were also very friendly, making our overall experience even better. We had a fantastic stay, the service provided by the staff was truly professional—everyone was attentive, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile. The restaurant exceeded our expectations with its delicious food and diverse menu options. The beach was pristine and well-maintained, offering a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The pool area was equally impressive, with clean water and plenty of lounge chairs for relaxation. Overall, this hotel provided a top-notch experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

I loved every minute. Because it was my birthday they bumped me up to a suite and the view was SPECTACULAR!!!!! The staff were amazing from the amazing people at the front desk up to the room service guy who topped off my favorite tea. And they brought me cake too :) Honestly I spent most of my time in the room because it was just that good. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, the view was so relaxing and the bathtub was massive. I had so much fun. I did go down to the pool and the jacuzzi in the evening and it was pretty good. In hindsight I should have swam more but no regrets, it was so worth it for the comfy bed alone...

Not really a complaint but if I had to pick one thing, it would be the fruit section of the breakfast buffet. A little more variety would have been nice.

Excellent location with a beautiful beach view. Was very comfortable and staff were attententive, polite and dealt swiftly with any requests. Even though I was a solo traveller on this occassion I would return with my family as it was family friendly. Overall pleasantly surprised.

Some noise at night from digging and works going on next door. Decor and interior a bit dark and dated but still clean.

Great hotel with very friendly and professional staff. We received a free room category upgrade. The balconies had a view of the Persian Gulf. Delicious and varied food, heated pool and jacuzzi, beautiful lobby, gym and water equipment rental available on site. Professional lifeguards, taking care of the safety of recreation on the beach and by the pool. There are quite a few stores and services in the area, as well as a local gold market - much less commercial and more friendly than the one in Dubai.
