We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Overall, the service was excellent and very satisfying. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were great—friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. From the reception to housekeeping, everyone treated us very well. The food was absolutely amazing, especially the buffet, which offered a great variety and quality. We also had the chance to visit the sea nearby, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I got an upgrade from the hotel and the room was good, very spacious. The kids loved the room a lot. We had taken full board and it was not disappointing. The spread in each meal was good. The housekeeping staff need a special mention specially the supervisor Mr. Yuvraj and attendant Nabeela. They were very prompt in their service. At the front desk Ms. Ishishika is very co-opeartive and understanding

The room size was brilliant and it had all the facilities we needed. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices. The time for breakfast was more than sufficient. Tedy, Nishaan and Zeeshan were super helpful. Location of hotel is outstanding and the pool and other facilities were great. Plenty of lounge chairs outside. Loved the sauna. Staff were meticulous about cleanliness and ensuring that all facilities were available. Thank to the room service teams for always being swift and ready to accommodate all our requests. Diverse restaurants and shops nearby. A place we'd love to visit again 💕.

No bus available to nearest attactractions. More of the basket type chairs are needed outside.

The hotel is beautifully maintained with a welcoming and professional staff. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, offering a great view and all the necessary amenities. The location is ideal peaceful yet conveniently close to local attractions. I also really appreciated the smooth check-in process and how attentive the team was throughout my stay. Kimberly at the front desk was very supportive and helpful. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ajman!

It’s my 3rd or 4th time in Bahi Ajman and as always I really commend their friendly and very professional service. I enjoy my one-night stay thats has been instantly upgraded, special thanks to Douae for generously offering that option to upgrade. I really love the rustic and calm vibe of Ajman. And the service is very warn and accommodating from Luggage/Lobby services, front-desk, pool/jacuzzi staff (towel handler), room service all have handled our request very professional and polite. The only flaw I think of is they can change their policy or timings of pool usage. For me it had to be from 6am-10pm (or at least 7am-9pm) since it is summer and better to swim either on early morning or a bit late in the evening, good thing though the morning swim between 8am until before 10am the sun rays is not yet too hot since the hotel building is covering the pool from the sun. And also I think add more lights at night for more dramatic and aesthetic on the balcony of each rooms or on the pool and beach side.

We had a wonderful stay and were truly impressed by the exceptional hospitality of all the staff. Everyone was kind, supportive, and genuinely welcoming. A special thanks to Kimberly at reception for allowing us to check in early and even upgrading our room—it made such a difference after a long trip. Romeo at concierge went above and beyond to help with our baggage, especially since we were attending my son’s graduation at the function hall. He handled everything seamlessly. We also appreciate the free fruits on plate given to us in the evening. We’re also grateful to Dores at the kids’ play area, who was warm and accommodating with my son, making him feel right at home. In the evening, housekeeping checked in to see if we needed anything—extra towels and bottled water—which was thoughtful and appreciated. Raj also deserves a shout-out for making our check-out quick and smooth. My son especially enjoyed the swimming pools and the beach, and we were impressed by the wide variety of breakfast options each morning. Thank you for making our stay memorable and stress-free!

From the moment we arrived we had a warm welcome from Romeo- he gave us welcome drinks and wet towels to freshen up; He also ensure that our luggages were delivered to our room. The check-in process was so smooth as well, we thank the staff who assisted us. They also gave us free extra bed for one of our child. We tried the room dining, and the food was tasty and the portion size was big, a real value for our money. We also enjoyed as a family, the breakfast - the staff were all accomodating and the variety of food and taste were superb. Thank you for making our stay worthwhile.

The atmosphere and the friendly crew of the hotel, the food and the facilities . It was great . Hats off to Ms Kimberly at the reception, Mr Usama and Mr Khalid at the pool bar and life guard crews. And the female staff member at the main entrance of the hotel restaurant ( wearing blue ) could not capture her name. In between this was my third time in bahi ajman palace hotel ( the previous 2 times were under different name and reservation)

One small note just to increase the room service team members so they can cover up easily.
