Staff and food excellent

The all inclusive package was restricted and did not clarify what the restrictions were on booking. Very disappointed. I wish to add a comment since I posted this review. On arrival back in the UK I received an unexpected phone call from the hotel manager, Mostafa, he was extremely apologetic and dealt with our complaint in a professional manner resulting in an agreed conclusion. I appreciatede the effort he made and I will now return as he listened and took my points onboard which in turn should benefit other customers who have booked. Thankyou Mostafa.

The hotel’s staff is very welcoming and knows how to handle every situation with professionalism. During our stay, we were particularly impressed by Mr. Moubarak, who demonstrated exceptional problem-solving skills and ensured all guests felt at ease. His ability to manage situations calmly and efficiently truly stood out. The scent of the hotel is amazing. Mr. Mouhammed welcomed us with a great smile and outstanding service, always going the extra mile to make sure every guest had a memorable experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a perfect balance of comfort and functionality. The hotel’s location is another highlight—conveniently situated near key attractions and easily accessible. Overall, this property is an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers, thanks to its exceptional staff and top-notch amenities. Highly recommended!

I loved the location of the hotel. It is located at the end of the Marina and by the beach and also just by the connecting bridge to the other side of the Marina towards the metro. It’s a convenient walk to the Ferris Wheel, metro and Dubai Mall. The supermarkets and restaurants are easily within reach. The service of the staff were exemplary, especially the Indian senior gentleman (im so sorry i didnt catch your name) at the concierge who remembered all the minute details in our conversations and took care of our luggages overnight. The gentlemen at the front desks were equally helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and the balcony had a good view of the beach. The hot water works well and fast and water pressure was good. The gym was spacious and had extensive equipment as well. I would highly recommend this stay.

one of the room cleaning staff wasn’t Not interested in small detail after cleaning there are some missing complimentary thing are missing like water and coffee and soap bar i have to ask. The elevator busy during breakfast and night time

Our stay at Amwaj Rotana was wonderful. The hotel and facilities were exceptional! Our room was beautiful and the view from the balcony was superb. The lights from the wheel were fabulous every evening. The staff were all so courteous and helpful. This was our first stay in Dubai, and we will definitely come again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I cannot recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and their friendliness made me feel right at home. The hotel itself was spotless, with every area maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. One standout aspect of my stay was the exceptional valet service, particularly provided by Alamin. His attentiveness and professionalism truly enhanced my experience, making arrivals and departures smooth and stress-free. The location of the hotel is perfect. My room offered amazing views, adding an extra layer of relaxation to my stay. The beach is only a few minutes walk away, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sand without any hassle. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by numerous food places, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Overall, the combination of great service, friendly and accommodating staff, and the ideal location made my stay truly enjoyable. I look forward to returning on my next visit.

The only downside was that they only had 3 lifts, which had us waiting for a long time at times.

I was disappointed that the promised free taxi service was not provided, which is why I booked a taxi elsewhere. I hope you will still honor your promise of a free taxi to the airport as I am departing Dubai on Friday, February 7th, in the morning.

Great location on JBR. Close walk to beach and plenty of restaurants. Breakfast had a good variety (we had it for 6 days). Staff were great
