Service was on point Kids amenities were spectacular Fantastic and excellent staff but in particular Mike at the restaurant and Patrick at the reception were exemplary helpful…..

The fact that even being on half board they don’t offer water during meals …. This was the one thing that will make me never set foot there. How can kids be eating and some are choking and you sell water??? Water ( in Dubai ) is almost free every where you go. Remove the juice from the reception and give people water during meals The water issue was a complete turnoff and HUGE disappointment .

The facilities at this resort are fantastic! The staff are wonderfully helpful, smiley and attentive! I'm so impressed with how every iota of this resort has been well planned out - they've thought of everything! The food and the variety was delicious, we were all inc for 7 nights and were fully satisfied! We had a fantastic time and we've come away very satisfied and happy! Thank you to all at the hotel!

Security could be placed on all floors to curtail the noise of kids playing in the corridors when others are sleeping.... although, saying that, when we did call security, there were there in 2 mins and stopped any noise instantly!

Breakfast was great! Pool facilities were just wonderful, the kids were very happy. The beach was so close. The room was cleaned every day.

The only thing that left bad impression - it was always hard to catch an elevator, because they were always coming full, and when you're a family with 2 kids, you need to wait for a long time for it. Stairs are needed very much! Maybe they are even there, but not marked, we could not find them.

Good food, cozy rooms, cleaning every day, lots of facilities for kids. I won’t put it as a minus but it’s still a point worth to know for those how are in the process of hotel selection: there is an airport rather close to the hotel and airplanes are flying relatively low right above the hotel like all the time (including the nights), for us it was like “white noise”, not very bothering, but for some people it might be a dealbreaker.

Two things: 1) I will never understand the concept when you are paying for full board and still can’t get a glass of water. Ok - tea, coffee or other drinks can be for an additional price, it’s ok. But water, seriously? I believe in every culture in the world a glass a water especially for the kids is just a basic thing. I really think you should reconsider this point it’s just ridiculous especially in the country there you can drink from the tub) 2) I was a bit disappointed by the beach line - lots of small rocks (actually these are the pieces of concrete), seashells filled with concrete…

Honestly, it was an exceptional and outstanding stay. The resort offers all services, a variety of activities, and is a perfect destination for families. I will definitely visit again.

There was nothing I didn’t like; it was a wonderful experience in every aspect. I just have a small suggestion: it would be great if the adults' swimming pool could remain open after 8 PM.

I like the family atmosphere and the safety degree was so high for my kids, the facilities of the pool side reachable areas for kids safe place to move from pool to pool and the towels are available

The cleaning of hotel floors, elevators, carpets and basemant carage area (smelly) needs more to be focused on as the floor side to be more clean with cleaning equipments and special floor chemicals - Room should be better in having specialist coffe machine not only a catle for hot water

Facilities for the kids were all great, there was actually "too much" for them to do. Meals were great, Uno Mas restaurant requires reservation but it is not so easy to get. To debunk the plane noise myth, the hotel is honestly busy enough in the pool and beach areas that you could barely hear the planes.... in the room as well, unless it was night time and you had the window open. Complementary water bottles given by the hotel were more than enough (2 per adult per day), and my kid was even offered occasionally an apply juice or a coke for free (we did not have all inclusive). Overall, it was a great stay!

Location was a bit remote, but nothing you couldn't fix with taxis, which are very cheap. The quality of some guests (basic education and common sense) was lacking at times, but this is not the resort's fault.

Very nice hotel, great for people with kids. Great pool, beach access, kids club and other facilities, like water slides, climbing park, evening movies outdoors and shows. Restaurants and bars great, too. Nice variety and to my taste, I liked the food and the available options, including drinks and the services. Spacious room, nice, rooms service also ok. I would rate the room 4 star.

Locations on the major aircraft route constantly taking off or landing directly above the hotel is the only issue. I am personally fan of the planes and liked watching these huge a380 and boenings777 one after another almost non stop, from close proximity, but the noise at night could be challenging for some and the windows / insulation is not updated to eliminate the noise.
