I had a reservation at Park Regis by Prince and was pleasantly upgraded from a Double King Room to a Deluxe King Room. However, a minor issue in the room led me to contact the reception. The staff, especially Nishanth and Shariq, were incredibly responsive and helpful. They not only resolved the issue immediately but also surprised us with an upgrade to a beautiful Junior Suite with a stunning sea view, right on the water. Their exceptional service truly made our stay special. I’m very grateful for their efforts. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent hospitality and friendly staff.

Me and my family are visiting Dubai for 15 years. Deara Island is new and where RIU and Centara resorts have their own audience, we had a great relaxing stay at Park Regis by Regis. Matter of fact , we have seen this hotel building up while visiting Centara for past years. We have seen many startup problems with major 5 star hotels many times, but I will always respect all staff that are doing the best everyday while you are relaxing. Location is a bit of a problem , but I experienced the same when Centara was new on Deira Islands. Everybody should get startup time... and they have a post-opening to be able to serve (stranded) tourists. Just for you to know, this hotel has done a very great job when floods where there recently in 2024 by making rooms avaialable for Emirates stranded tourists and Dubai people that became victim of these floods in their own residences. I have observed, tried to help and chatted with all people. This Hotel has the best interest in making visitiors a great experience. I will definitely go back to Park Regis by Prince !

This is a starting property with a lot of setbacks because of bad 3rd party deliveries. But these setbacks do not overturn your stay here. So many care and relaxings. I am in direct contact with staff and I can assure you they will do everything to make your stay perfect. Don't worry about the pool , they have done so many great measures, we didn't even feel any setback on our holiday experience. They have added 2 biiiiiiig pools on the beach with bar at the beach .. Many gratitude to the guys that have fixed the pools and jacuzzi ! Salut to my friends from Tjazikistan.

We were excited to visit because its a get away from the city the place was amazing, very quiet, cozy, we enjoyed the beach and pool. Room was clean, the only bad experience was the check -in, we where there at 16:00, i already did the online check -in but still it takes long time to check- in , like i did the same process in the online check-in , and after that the reception told me that the room was still not ready, we waited a little bit, but we reached 17:00 still the room is not ready, where in the standard check in should altleast be at 15:00, but she offered us a late check-out until 14:00, we then checked - in and get in the room by 17:30, by the tike we reached the room, Air condition was not working properly, that was the only issues we had but over all we had a great time..

I love the hotel, the location, if you want to escape the city, its like a private hotel, staff are helpful

The check-in at 1:30 am was amazing. Shariq at the reception was so friendly and even followed up on my email with my question if it was possible to get a room with a sea view. I didnt get an answer prior coming to Dubai but Shariq surprised me at the check-in , he already fixed it! 😀 Thank you Shariq! Best view ever! Boris at the beach bar was so friendly and played the best music and made me the best Basil Gimlets! 😀

The carpet in my room should be cleaned. There were no stains but you could feel that it was dirty

We stayed here for 3 days 2 nights with my husband. We feel relaxed & comfortable. For its priced it was a good one. I booked a Queen Size Sea View & Joseph the receptionists upgraded us to a King Size Bed with sea view. It was a very kind of him to welcome a new guest in the hotel. We enjoyed the pool and we loved the pool next to the beach! If you want a hotel which is not crowded and not that far from the city. I highly recommend this place! And mind you by weekends the pool is open from 7am-10pm. We will surely comeback! ❤️

We had a very relaxing Eid holiday staying at Park Regis. The location is ideal for staycations with a pool, jacuzzi and a stones throw away from the private beach. The staff were also very accommodating and quick to address requests and queries. Appreciate the fast check-in and check-out times & in spite of it being fully booked it never felt crowded.

I noticed the carpet had a few stains which need deeper cleaning. The pool temperature could’ve been warmer, which left us and other guests waiting for the weather to warm up before we could go in. The location, while ideal to avoid downtown Dubai chaos, is affected by aircraft noise.

that it is in a quite area though it is 5 minutes far from the crowded city you feel you have travelled + access to the beach and pool are both nice.

the guy of asian nationality at the reception (sorry forgot his name) is always trying to put obstacles for any special request mainly for late check out, while the other staff do not show this attitude. The hotel 90 % was empty but he still insist that late check out is not possible and calls on the room exactly at the same exact time of check out. In case he accepts late check out he shows attitude that it is out of favour
