The location, though a bit removed from the central business district, offers a refreshing break from the city’s fast pace. Tucked away in a quiet, serene neighbourhood, it’s perfect for those looking to unwind. A short taxi ride gets you to the nearest metro, so getting around is still quite manageable.

I had a reservation at Park Regis by Prince and was pleasantly upgraded from a Double King Room to a Deluxe King Room. However, a minor issue in the room led me to contact the reception. The staff, especially Nishanth and Shariq, were incredibly responsive and helpful. They not only resolved the issue immediately but also surprised us with an upgrade to a beautiful Junior Suite with a stunning sea view, right on the water. Their exceptional service truly made our stay special. I’m very grateful for their efforts. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent hospitality and friendly staff.

Food variety was not good

The service of the hotel staff is excellent. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The meals timetable was very extended, allowing to adapt to our time preferences. Both the hotel and private beach facilities are very good.

The internet is miserable, which is an important aspect given that the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. There is little variety in the lunch and dinner buffet, you end up eating the same things over and over again. The only available soft drinks at the bars were water and coke, no natural juices. The employees were always asking for the room number despite I had the all-inclusive bracelet, which was very annoying.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the hotel staff were pleasant and accommodating. I enjoyed the lovely view of the beach from my room.

However, it was quite noisy during the night of my stay as beach parties continued until the early hours, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. I also noticed that the beer was overpriced—what should have been a cheap drink was charged at a premium, and although I ordered Stella, I was served a different brand. In the bathroom, both the shampoo and conditioner containers were empty, which was disappointing. These should be checked before guests check in. Additionally, the internet connection was very poor throughout the stay. Despite these issues, I still had an overall nice experience, and the breakfast was good.

Amazing New Hotel, near Deira, once we cross the bridge the wind makes us feel like we are not in summer, many facilities, room is very clean and view of sea and beach, pool is clean and temperature is perfect and game area we play volleyball, football and ping pong, thanks to the hotel staff Mr. Rol and Karim for warmly welcoming us and Ms. Atiksha and Chef Hamza for the wonderful breakfast and special thanks to Ms. Ashish from security for guiding and assisting us during our stay he is very professional and really made it a memorable stay, we are planning to come and stay again in the first week of July, hope to see you all there, thanks

All was fine

Me and my family are visiting Dubai for 15 years. Deara Island is new and where RIU and Centara resorts have their own audience, we had a great relaxing stay at Park Regis by Regis. Matter of fact , we have seen this hotel building up while visiting Centara for past years. We have seen many startup problems with major 5 star hotels many times, but I will always respect all staff that are doing the best everyday while you are relaxing. Location is a bit of a problem , but I experienced the same when Centara was new on Deira Islands. Everybody should get startup time... and they have a post-opening to be able to serve (stranded) tourists. Just for you to know, this hotel has done a very great job when floods where there recently in 2024 by making rooms avaialable for Emirates stranded tourists and Dubai people that became victim of these floods in their own residences. I have observed, tried to help and chatted with all people. This Hotel has the best interest in making visitiors a great experience. I will definitely go back to Park Regis by Prince !

This is a starting property with a lot of setbacks because of bad 3rd party deliveries. But these setbacks do not overturn your stay here. So many care and relaxings. I am in direct contact with staff and I can assure you they will do everything to make your stay perfect. Don't worry about the pool , they have done so many great measures, we didn't even feel any setback on our holiday experience. They have added 2 biiiiiiig pools on the beach with bar at the beach .. Many gratitude to the guys that have fixed the pools and jacuzzi ! Salut to my friends from Tjazikistan.
