I loved everything! It’s a really great place, very comfortable! We had a stunning view from our room facing the beach. We would definitely return.

The only thing I found somewhat difficult to understand where the half board/ full food packages. It sounded unnecessarily overly complicated. However the food was great :)

Magnific experience ! Thank you so much Hilton The Palm and Miss Norina from Hilton Honors reception for helping us celebrate 25 years toghether🙏When we got to the reception we were welcomed by Miss Norina with a great smile . We are so gratefull to Miss Norina because when we told her about the reason we came, she prepared us an amazing surprise in the background before checking in . We received a complimentary early checkin and a late checkeout . When we first got to the room we noticed we were upgraded to an amaaazing suite !… with a gorgeous 180 degrees full see view of The Palm and the Skyline , higher floor right on the middle of the hotel!!! The housekeeping team had already prepared in advance a beautifull chocolate cake with our 25th aniversary text written with chocolate letters … On the bed there were balloons and other stuff for celebration . We also want to mention Miss Gabriela from the Lounge who upgraded us with breakfast and tea happy hour at the lounge at the 13th floor . She is a very pleasant person and really knows how to entertain a good conversation . We also have to mention Miss Asmae from the guest relations who came to us at the end asking about how our stay , Miss Jeniffer and Miss Noela from the reception and Mr. Titus who assisted us with our lugage , a very nice person . Thank you Hilton and thank you again Miss Norina, you certainly made our celebration a one to remember and I know that none of this would have happened if it wasn't for you to make us a surprise like this from the heart .

This hotel is probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was wonderful, with a great bathroom, fantastic facilities and a big balcony. Beyond amazing breakfast - literally every food you could ever imagine. The staff were all very professional and lovely - one of the highlights was the hotel spa, and Raj, the masseuse, was just amazing. One of the best massages I've ever had. Also, the complimentary steam room and sauna which was awesome. There are so many restaurants on site its almost mind-boggling. And the private beach is great, with a fantastic cityscape view across the water.

The check in process took quite a while... I was queuing for at least 10 minutes, and then it took an additional 15 minutes to actually check in. But it was fine. It's a big hotel so I guess it is to be expected, and the lady at reception was very nice. I asked for additional water in the morning, and that also took quite a long time (around 40 minutes!). But again, the staff were great and very helpful and it wasn't a very big deal. The only thing I didn't like was the almost forced review at check out, where I was asked to show my booking.com code and then basically on the spot asked to write a review. I didn't like that very much, as even though I had an amazing 10/10 stay, I'd like the opportunity to say so without added pressure.

Hotel itself is very modern and nice. Staff is well trained and tries their best to cater for everyone's requests. As everywhere in Dubai, you definately need a car or order taxis to get around.

I might be picky, but the ''Adult Area'' of the hotel pool is not honoured, and staff is not doing anything to prevent that from happening. Some guests are also misbehaving, but no one from the hotel is doing anything about that either. This brings down the overall experiance a fair bit I'm afraid. Breakfast area tends to get full, so you might end up having to wait. Overall feeling is sometimes chaotic at this hotel.

The breakfast had good selection, the location on the Palm was gorgeous. We also had a fabulous view from our balcony in our room. We had tea/coffee facilities and the towels were changed daily. The rooms were also kept spotless.

The one issue we had was the amount of available sun loungers around the pool. There are plenty on the adjoining beach but the ones around the pool were always all full. This was mainly due to our stay being during the Eid period so it was very busy with families.

The location of the hotel is just incredible. I loved it. The valet staffs was so lovely especially Simmone. The housekeeping staffs was polite as well. There was a black security guy who even brought our towels when chilling on the beach. His act was much appreciated.

Staff in the bar on ground floor should be more polite towards colored guests. I felt discriminated compared to other guests. There was a lady who seemed to be the manager of the bar was rude and with no smile while taking our orders. Our order which was only 3 bottles of beers took a lot time to come while other guests who came after us got theirs before us.

Excellent food choices at breakfast. Excellent staff throughout. Comfortable sized room. Plenty of well maintained sun beds and plenty of fresh towels, water and ice by pool. Great mall across the road with good restaurants and supermarket.

Public transport is tricky….3 modes of transport needed to get to old town; monorail, then tram, then metro. Food and drinks prices were a bit excessive. We would have eaten more lunches and dinners in the hotel if the prices had been fairer. Even coffees and cakes in lobby were out-priced.

Location was excellent, facilities were spotless, family friendly facilities and staff were all amazing. Food and drink offerings were exceptional. Brilliant value for money.

Insufficient sun beds/space around the junior pool

We received a fabulous welcome upon arrival. Staff were super efficient and friendly. We were upgraded to a King size, sea view room with 2 double beds. The pillows were firm and the bed was comfy, if mot a tad small to our taste. . The bathroom was well kitted out. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, catering to every one's personal taste. Staff were attentive and super friendly and helpful. The beach and pool area was fantastic and very well organised with lovely, fluffy beach towels, free water and lots of sun beds. An awesome stay at a 5 star hotel.

The double beds were a little small to our liking and the pillows on the beds were not particularly comfortable.

My stay at Hilton has been exceptional! What truly made my stay unforgettable was the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff. I would like to mention Monica and Alina - their professionalism and friendliness made my experience truly memorable.
