Hotel was comfy and cozy, you will feel like its your home. Staff are friendly and helpful. Marelle in the reception was so friendly and helpful. Sangita in the house keeping the only one who made our room super tidy and clean. The breakfast staff were excellent. Laundry service were super.

I didn't like that they don't wash the dirty dishes and when we asked why, the answer was that there is a dishwasher and we have to use it, and there will be an extra fee if they wash them for us. The cleaning was 6/10, we stayed 6 nights and every day there was a lack of cleaning or tidiness. Breakfast seletion was limited.

I didn’t plan to stay for three weeks in dubai. But for some reason I had to. So I made a decision to switch hotels every week. This hotel was my last hotel and I regret why I didn’t stay here for my whole three weeks. I spend a week in jumeirah beach, and two weeks in business bay. The building is very newly built, the rooms are full of appliances like gas, washing machine, full size refrigerator, beautiful bathroom, everything was great in the room, I wonder why they didn’t shared everything in the pictures. And the staff… oh my god. They were perfect, I traveled Europe, Turkey, and a lot of other countries, this staff was something else. I don’t know how did they find them. But they were great from the beginning. Specially Jenny. The pool also on the roof the same as the gym, and the gym was now good, i had to take a video to show it off, to my personal trainer. It’s very close to Dubai mall and business side of Dubai. I don’t need to say anything about the breakfast. Every thing was fresh, the coffee made by a barista, the egg station was magically good. Very good experiment. I will definitely, I mean definitely check this hotel out again.

The only improvement I can ask is the wifi speed. I think in the new age, guests need more bandwidth.

This hotel was exceptional in every area! Brand new, we loved the 'studio apartment' we had for our visit. What a treat to have in-suite laundry! The roof-top pool has absolutely amazing views (Burj Khalifa is right there! At nigh time it was right out of a postcard) and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever had–I would seriously come back to Dubai just for that. Not to mention I hadn't made a booking that included breakfast, they decided to include it, for free, for our entire stay as a welcome since it was our first time! Above all the staff we so friendly and helpful–and it felt genuine! They helped me when my drone was confiscated and I had to make several phone calls, even remembered us upon retuning at the end of the day and asking if everything had been resolved and if they could help with anything else. They even gave us a small gift on checkout! Really above and beyond in every aspect. Don't waste your time looking at other accommodation. This is where you want to be.

If you prefer to walk or take transit the hotel is not super close to the metro station, but Ubers were prompt and affordable. Especially with the heat we preferred this anyways.

I stayed here for over 3 weeks, and it was truly a luxurious, cozy, and value-for-money experience. The hotel is new and impressively modern, with seamless technology throughout. I initially stayed in a 1-bedroom apartment on the 9th floor and later upgraded to a 2-bedroom apartment on the 12th floor after my family joined me. I would’ve extended my stay if it hadn’t been fully booked for Eid Al Fitr—as the holiday approached, availability ran out and I had to move out. As a kind gesture, they offered me a late checkout until 4 PM in appreciation of my extended stay. That said, there are a few minor inconveniences: 1. Access to the hotel is slightly inconvenient due to the short roadside concrete traffic barriers, requiring a long turn to enter. 2. The reception team is not notified when “Do Not Disturb” is activated, so they called multiple times to check on guest experience or offer assistance. However, after I mentioned it, they respected my preference and stopped calling. 3. Suhoor was delayed a couple of times despite requesting it to be on time, but this only happened twice in three weeks. I want to especially thank Mr. Gamal from Ancora restaurant, who was incredibly friendly and ensured the food was served promptly thereafter. 4. The 2-bedroom apartment on the 12th floor had one bathroom where the floor slope wasn’t ideal for proper drainage. Water would sometimes spill out of the shower cubicle while bathing. That said, the housekeeping team was very prompt and cleaned it up for us every day without fail. Also, not to forget the amazing view overlooking the water lake—absolutely soothing and added a peaceful touch to the entire stay. While no hotel is perfect, my overall experience here was excellent—which is why I wanted to stay longer. They even gave me a keycard as a keepsake when I checked out. I would definitely return if I need accommodation in Business Bay again. Highly recommended!
