I can confidently say that every aspect of our experience was nothing short of royal treatment. I cannot think of a single thing that I did not like.

The location and cleanliness of the property. The staff are friendly and welcoming and whatever you’ll ask they’ll make sure to deliver it. It was my wife’s birthday so we had a greeting message from the hotel Manager Mr Hani and was warm welcome. Amira Shawky was an amazing host before arrival to our checkout she was welcoming and accommodated all our requests. Sara made our check-in process very simple and explained all amenities and facilities of the hotel perfectly. Thanks for this amazing experience

We had a wonderful experience at Kempinski! Everything exceeded our expectations—the staff were exceptionally friendly, and the service was impeccable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Our room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. We cannot fault this place in any way. Special mention to Ms. Milena at the reception who was incredibly helpful, kind, and provided amazing service. We are already looking forward to our next visit. The view to the palm and sea was amazing. The breakfast was amazing as well. The receiving when we arrived was also amazing and the guide to the suite was really nice. The beach was nice and not crowded.

Classic loopy and decorations. Some of the staff (two) of swimming pool were rude when we asked some towels and my kid was swimming.

The stay was really amazing. There was some little issues which was solved immediately by the active duty manager Ms. Amira Shawkey. She was very cooperative, friendly and essential. that’s why we extended our stay. We will come again and again for sure. Salman

We had the most perfect stay in Kempinski. The best of all was the staff they made our journey unforgettable. We were greated by Oksana and she took care the entire time that everything runs perfect. The breakfast was also wonderful Erica was welcoming us every morning with a smile and was so nice to our children. The team of the restaurant Dinesh, Adnan and Ayang thank you so much for the great Service and for being so kind and friendly to our children. Yusuf from the kitchen team made the best French toast and decorated it so nicely. Our room was spacious and always perfectly clean with the most beautiful flowers, thanks to the room service team :P.Upendra, Mujib, Ramandeep. Also at the pool and beach was everything incredible and the team with Bikram prepared everything so fast so that we could enjoy. This is a hotel where we will definitely come back!!!

Our experience at the Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah was nothing short of fantastic. The rooms were excellent—spacious and comfortable (Room 523 is the best), and the hotel's location on the Palm offers the best possible view, especially for a spectacular sunrise. What truly set this stay apart was the remarkable hospitality. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and cooperative, making us feel welcome at every turn. The rooms at the Kempinski are great, but the TVs are a disappointment. It's time for an upgrade—the old televisions are not what you expect from a hotel of this caliber, especially when most competitors now offer smart or Android TVs.

There were plenty of activities to keep them entertained, giving us adults some much-needed relaxation time. Overall, Kempinski made our family vacation unforgettable. The hotel was in a quiet location and was very relaxing ambiance. I was waiting for my ID card to arrive and the concierge Mr Rahman was so helpful and coördinated when the courier would arrive. Hé literally took the stress out of my hands. The second conciërge was very helpful arranging a car rental and nothing was too much for them. It was my birthday while i was in the Kempinski and on my arrival i found a delicious birthday cake in the fridge and rosé petals over the bed. This made me feel a birthday girl. The breakfast was amazing, from fresh fruit to fresh Juices to all kinds of egg dishes. The quality of the food was excellent. The staff at breakfast were very friendly and professional at the same time. They were very attentive and remembered what kind of coffee you drank the day before. I got the idea everyone in the hotel were passionate about their work. The atmosphere was very positive. The night manager Mr Mohamed was very efficiënt and helpful in taking care of my needs. I would come back to the Kempinski and bring my mother as its a very comfortable place to stay while in Dubai.
